Why is there so much recycled content on the Switch? It has so many ports and remakes of past games and out of the 96 courses in MK8 Deluxe, not one of them is brand new and out of the 115 stages in Smash Ultimate, only 16 of them are brand new. The Wii U had more original content than the Switch does.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe does have brand new courses and you’re forgetting a ton of new games that debuted on the Switch like Mario Odyssey, Mario + Rabbids, Tears of the Kingdom, Age of Calamity, Bayonetta 3, Metroid Dread, and tons more.

I’m sorry to have to say this but your claim here is factually incorrect.

To be fair, most of MK8D's brand new courses were ported to Tour not long after their Booster Course Pass debut, so it's likely they were developed for both games at once.

That being said, I think a lot of Switch ports can be justified seeing how many of the first-party ones (NSMBU, 3D World, DKC Tropical Freeze, Pikmin 3, etc.) were ports of Wii U titles, with the Wii U not doing so hot, so porting them over to the Switch lets them reach a much wider audience.

I've been looking at this one particular Youtube channel which usually spews out a load of lies especially on the Deadpool & Wolverine claims, browsed through the comment section and I am beyond baffled to see how gullible they believed everything he said when in fact it is not true and feels more like something he conjured up without providing a single shred of proof and evidence to back up what he is stating.
