What if after the next Smash game gets released Smash Ultimate got updated to add that game's fighters? It won't happen for various reasons from marketing to development but it's interesting to think about.
One thing I've always had a weird appreciation for in video games is "fake radio stations" whether they be an in-game mechanic or just a stylistic choice for the OST and the like. Obviously I recently mentioned Metropolis Street Racer on this note which does it pretty well, but I also kinda like how games like the Grand Theft Auto series handle this. Come to think of it, SEGA did this quite a lot in the Dreamcast era - Roommania springs to mind as another great example.

I lowkey think there's a ton of potential in this kind of system. I don't think it's patented anywhere, or at least I'm not aware of it being? This sort of system feels like it could work really well, especially in games with music or an urban landscape as a big part of their identity. Obviously it takes a bit more work than just playing the music and sort of takes control away from the player in terms of what's actually played, but... you could always have a playlist system or something.
I feel like incest has been fetishized so much in media that nobody registers it as abuse when it happens in media. As an example I remember when metal gear solid 2 had the twist that Hal Emmerich was forced into a relationship with his step mom and the general reception of the fanbase was to see it as a weird fetish thing somehow,

I can only imagine all the real life victims of incest that are blamed because of this too
