Final Fantasy is such a big game series that I honestly think it deserves more than 11 music tracks. Too bad copyright is holding it back.

There’s a lot of misinformation whenever Nintendo shuts down fan made things. For example, when they shut down production of the Etikons, barely anyone knew it wasn’t 100% for charity, and it used copyrighted symbols. Please educate yourselves on the whole story if something like that ever happens again
Not enough blame is put on the copyright system whenever Nintendo shuts down a fan game. Of course it’s a ****ty move, but given the awful copyright system, it’s what Nintendo is technically supposed to do

Sephiroth referencing mostly Advent Children is like if Goku got into smash and most of his moves referenced Dragon Ball GT
Saying Sora is a “slippery slope” to getting non-video game characters in Smash is like saying Snake is a slippery slope to including real life CIA members

I’m... not comfortable with the fact that Advent Children is getting more representation in Smash than the original Final Fantasy 7 game. Everybody dies at the ending of Final Fantasy 7 and YOU CANT CHANGE MY MIND

It kind of frustrates me how people in the rate the characters thread keeps rating characters chances as 0%, if it’s a main character from a big game company the chances are almost never gonna be zero
I’ve never played Persona 4 or watched the anime, but somehow just through seeing memes I know the whole cast of the game

Final Fantasy 12 is a good game but most of the character designs are so bad, they feel like an insult to anyone who’s ever drawn anything
“Why would anyone want to watch Vtubers? They aren’t anything special, barely have any personality beyond saying cute things, give off a really weird uncanny valley effect, and are ridiculously annoying”

The Dragon Quest theme, Megalovania and One Winged Angel are the big three music that had me screaming in excitement for Smash

As a newcomer to the Final Fantasy series, I was surprised when I realized most fans prefer 6 or 9 to 7. Some even say 7 is mediocre when compared to the other FF games
If we don’t get any music from FF games besides 7, I will stick my head in a bear trap

So does Cloud have like, a new final smash just for fighting Sephiroth? If so, that’s cool and I hope we see something like that again
Sephiroth is the only Smash DLC fighter where music is unironically the most hype thing about their addition, in my opinion
Sephiroth is pretty much always mentioned when talking about the best video game villains, so it’s really cool that someone as iconic as him finally gets into smash
(I’m not a big fan of his alts though...)
