Fun fact: Originally, the Spongebob movie didn't feature "Ocean Man" as the ending credits song. Instead, it was another Ween song called "Mourning Glory." There is currently no official statement acknowledging this change or why they did it, but it's generally believed that both the tone and lyrics of Ocean Man fit more with the (intended to be at least) finale of an underwater-themed cartoon. Another theory is that Nickelodeon simply wanted to use the more marketable and popular Ocean Man than the more experimental-sounding Morning Glory.
However, this change must have happened pretty late into production, as some early screenings of the movie played the original credits song. The earliest known mention of this was on a 4chan thread in 2015. The original thread talks about how the poster rewatched the Spongebob movie for nostalgia's sake and found the credits song was completely different from what they remembered hearing as a kid and described some very distinctive characteristics of Mourning Glory. While most other posters were confused as to what the original poster was talking about, some had also shared this experience of hearing the original song in theaters. While what the song was was identified pretty quickly, actual video of this version was considered lost media until it was found in January of 2017. Now, it's up on Youtube for all to see.
There's some additional stuff the video maker added that includes swearing so I need to spoil it.
