I don't get needing to watch a Youtube video while you eat. Is the act of eating really so boring for these people that they simply must be entertained while doing it?

I am feeling very neutral about the upcoming Nintendo Direct.
Youtubers referring to other Youtubers by their actual name instead of their username in an attempt to appear "professional" is always really funny to me.
What's the matter "TheIntellectualCritique," do you think that people won't take you seriously if you say "SuperMLPFan95" instead of Jeremey in your video about how this channel with 576 subscribers reviews of cartoons are subpar?
The entire Disney company crumbling after Mickey Mouse goes public domain and a daycare has pictures of him on the walls, a t-shirt stand on a New Jersey boardwalk starts selling Mickey shirts, and someone makes a low-budget horror film about him. (326 views on Youtube)
Why do the Stormtroopers in Star Wars wear that armor? It doesn't seem to stop any lasers from just like, instakilling them.
I had a sorta-dream of a post by WaWaWa that said "There is only one reptile in this image" and had a picture of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 4 individual tweets about each member of the Pac-Man ghosts, and a drawing of the bust on the Floral Shoppe cover as an 80's cartoon character.
If skins were allowed in Pokemon's DriDim season then I totally would've submitted Gigantimax Eevee with all of the other Eeveelutions riding in their floof.

At first it wasn't this crazy but then I just kept adding more and more stuff.
had a dream where there was some space station colony management game I was playing with cartoony graphics. I was doing pretty well but then I was interrupted by being in a real space station. It had to be some civilian space program because it was basically just a bunch of big hallways with doorways and there were there were a bunch of other people and sleeping/living quarters for everyone. Then a speaker announced that the day was over and we should all go to bed as all of the doorways closed up. (We could still open the doors of our quarters) So then I went to my quarters with my family.
Then I was back to the game. I wanted to build a music store and couldn't find a dedicated object for it but I found enough parts to build my own. Then I was back on the station in the next day. I really wanted to do something but then it was night time again. So then we all started going back to our quarters. I was trying to find the correct three letter combination for my quarters and couldn't find it.
But then, suddenly, zombies. So we were all running away from the zombies and trying to get to safety. Then we all ran to some escape pod or safety room but we had to cross a bridge of lava with rocks floating in it. After we do, my dad looks me in the eye and says that we should never do anything like this ever again and that our quality of life had decreased dramatically because our creative output had decreased. He also told me to write a book about the "effects of space on animals without suits."
Then Forsburn, Zetterburn, and their dad from RoA were crossing the lava but then Forsburn slipped and almost went into the lava and his dad tried to help him. But he just gave some speech about how he likes "the abyss" (meaning the lava) and how he won't accept his help but then his foot touched the lava and he got burned and he said "OW! The abyss ****ing hurts!" and crossed the lava. Then everyone started throwing their personal belongings at the zombies to keep them at bay. Forsburn's and Zetterburn's dad threw Puppycat from Bee and Puppycat at them and said "Whoops, kitty's gone." Some guy said it would be more effective if we threw anvils at them. Then it showed the Griffins from Family Guy fighting them off. Then it showed a montage of a bunch of moments that supposedly showed off how "greedy" the Griffins were but was really just a montage of improbable stuff happening in cartoons. Then it showed a chart which also showed how greedy the Griffins were. I think it may have been saying that we should throw them at the zombies but then I woke up.
After I finish up the technically VG fighters pass thread I really want to start up a Disney TVA vs Rareware platfighter thread for the lulz. Y'all probably know why.
It would probably be smaller in scope compared to other game threads due to the more kinda joke-ish concept. (though I do think that there is genuine merit to the idea) Probably similar in scope to All-Star-Strife to think about it.
Are there any updates on the joy con drift lawsuits? Or joy con drift in general? I haven't heard about it in a while.
I'm pretty sure I've seen "Nintendo can't put spin-off Mario characters into the main game because then kids might get confused." as an actual argument, (not as "kids won't know who these characters are" but as "kids will be confused as to why these characters they know are here") but wouldn't kids be more confused by spin-off characters only being in spin-offs? Kids don't know about all the different Mario serieses and which games belong to which, it's all just "Mario." I think it would be even more confusing if some characters just didn't appear in some games. If you don't know the boundary lines, the distinctions seems weird and arbitrary.
Guy who gets a haunted creepyasta-style lost episode of a cartoon but they just make an "angry youtuber" review of it.
Y'know what I think is kinda weird, the fact that most people see Smash Bros as a series that uses synonyms for 'fight' for each game, but it actually did that for only two. Fight-synonym titles are actually in the minority but whenever people make up ideas for new Smash games it's always like "Super Smash Bros Fisticuffs" or something.
Whenever I recognize a 4 syllable phrase or name I always sing it to the tune of the Spongebob theme in my head. This happens a lot more than you would probably think.
There should be a platform fighter where characters have 361 unique specials. One for every possible angle and none.
Genericization is so funny to me. Like, you just lost your **** because it got too popular.
(Ben Shapiro voice) Really? You'd stab Jerma985 to death in a dark alley? I find that hard to believe for a multitude of reasons. One, murder is illegal. And, historically, it does not seem that you are the type of person who would suddenly kill people on a whim. Two, you have a very high opinion of him. You watch his streams and subscribe to his channel. I highly doubt you would kill him if you saw him.
We should never let Wario see how much money furry artists make from commissions. I don't want to see anything that would result from that.

I like watching TF2 analysis videos when I barely play TF2 nowadays cause they're all something like

The fact that Deviantart did some big major redesign but (I guess) forgot to make designs for some types of pages I think is kinda funny. The fact that one of these pages is the freaking user settings is hysterical.
Does anyone actually like dash attacks? I mainly just tend to use them accidentally and have developed a distaste for them. Is there an actual use for them in gameplay or is it one of those thing that platform fighters do only because Smash does it? (Like flick smash attacks)
I wanna run a bunch of "Youtube Kids Channels" and completely make up a fake viral horror game and put it in the videos just to see if people think it's real.
More people should **** with platform fighter fangames that aren't Smash fangames.
I do think that Fraymakers is currently a good game but I also think they should've worked on it for a bit more. When they said "early access," they meant "early access." But that doesn't really seem to be what current Steam culture says. Tbh, most early access games on Steam kinda feel like "normal game but with more bugs and maybe a 'coming soon' feature or two."
One criticism of the Velma show I find really odd is people getting offended at the one joke where they say something like: "I'm gonna stay far away from 420." "420 is code for people who still watch cartoons." Sure it's not really a funny joke but it's just kinda... eh? It's not anything to get super insulted over and I don't think it was meant in that way. It's not even the first type of that joke by far.
I wonder what pieces of game trivia happening right now will be in the "top 10 unknown video game facts" lists of the future.
