Part 2 of the Champion of Hyrule pink eye saga: I've never had to put in eye drops before so I got my parents to do it and turns out they'd been doing it wrong this whole time, I was supposed to close my eyes for about two minutes and keep them that way but instead I was just blinking a bunch. Tomorrow I'll finally properly put in eye drops.

English is a god awful language because the words “manikin” and “mannequin” are pronounced the exact same but spelled differently and refer to extremely similar, yet different things. The word “mannequin” is only used for fashion but “manikin” is for like every other use. Why do these need to be separate words?

Tetris was pretty good but had significant pacing issues at the start. The first 30 minutes before he went to Russia felt like a “best-of” in it’s licensing history and did not feel like a cohesive movie at all. Fine to start off with for the first five minutes or so but that was 30 minutes of set-up which makes it very jarring when the movie actually “becomes a movie.” Not surprised that this was originally three movies and it could have benefited from a longer run time especially since this is on streaming.

I have pink eye currently and it turns out the eye drops my dad had been using the past two days were actually some “alternative medicine” bs and he just didn’t read all the label. The fact that they sell those right next to antibiotics really annoys me now.

what the hell why have I not beaten this one boss in superstar saga after, I kid you not, 20 minutes of consistently dealing attacks to it. I’m not even exaggerating because I watched a youtube video in the background that was 20 minutes long and haven’t beaten it.

I think my school is pretty middle class, but every once and a while one person will casually say something that’s unbelievably privileged and rich. I remember someone saying he always used to break his toys or consoles or phones whenever he wanted a new one so his parents would buy him one. I also heard someone say whenever they go to restaurants they bring their own truffle and just put it on pasta they already bought. Like I can’t even make up some of this stuff.

This probably isn’t even that weird to others who live in bigger cities but a mall near me installed a pizza vending machine and I thought it would just be like you put in a dollar and it gives you a cold pizza slice. In reality it actually just cooks you up an entire pizza in like two minutes. I honestly don’t know what to make of this.
