That's not the spirit of the system though.

It's designed to allow people to be judged in the Tribunal based on their recent behavior, not necessarily their past.

It shouldn't work backwards because that allows for people to skirt the line by only being toxic SOME of the time.

If you're being toxic enough to be reported, that doesn't go away, nor should it. They already have systems in place to avoid double jeopardy. The fact that they give people a chance to clean up and be judged on recent behavior is enough.

Persistently toxic players end up in the Tribunal.

Then going by what youre saying, once he gets active again he'll get reported again, then a more recent trial will be made, therefore completing the circle and in the end punishing him if the people see fit.

like i've done it a lot now and it's really REALLY strong and really REALLY gay

feels like an AD caster, like talon, except way way way way better

Happened to me when I was Lux, I just continuously kept trying to lane swap with my Yorick and eventually we started to win the game. Idk it's really weird though when you lane swap and they do the same thing

Is it crazy to think that League has characters that aren't used not because they are awful, poorly designed, or bad, but because the meta doesn't fit them quite right just yet?

I've played against froggens mid lee probably like 5 times and I can't really tell you how to beat it.

I can say that the one thing I've ever seen him lose lane to was Chausters malzahar
