You could swap the subjects of MatPat's two most infamous theories and they make much more sense
Ness growing up to become Mario (and on the same note, Paula growing up to become Peach) is 100% an absurd headcanon, but it kinda works and fits well enough if you can suspend your disbelief a little - there's certainly a bit of resemblance if you look beyond the differing art styles. At the very least it's not fundamentally centered around the idea of bones not being organic matter.
Sans literally commits perfidy (which is against the Geneva Convention) in his monologue before the final battle of Undertale's genocide route, and exlaims "get dunked on!" after killing a child. Even if they're a child that also takes pleasure in murder, that still inherently makes Sans a psychopath.
