Can we please stop calling open world games "the future"? The future should be a varied ecosystem of all kinds of games for all players, not just whatever the "most advanced" game type is.
I agreed with very few of the things RelaxAlax said in his oversimplified logos videos, but his worst take was that this mess is a good logo:

A lot of times I'll say Super Monkey Ball 2 is the best 3D Sonic game, which might seem absurd at first - but I should establish that when I say "Sonic game" I don't mean a game with Sonic in it as much as a game with a very specific gameplay style - specifically a momentum-based platformer revolving around balancing speed with precision while being treated as a spherical object - which Monkey Ball does perfectly and none of the 3D games with Sonic in them have, to my knowledge, fully attempted.
Best 3D game with Sonic in it? Call it a hot take but I'm quite partial to Lost World.

It's kinda surprising that, to my knowledge, SpongeBob and The Simpsons haven't ever officially crossed over. A crossover episode obviously wouldn't work given one is a children's absurdist slapstick cartoon and the other is a satirical down to earth sitcom - but a couch gag or some sort of crossover Super Bowl ad really feels like a no brainer given they're probably the two biggest comedy properties, animated or otherwise, on the planet.
This image is just an animator painting Fred Flintstone, yet it has a really ominous vibe. Something about the angle it's shot from.
I don't really know where the idea of "Classic games being the only Sonic games it's cool to like" came from. Most places I've been to the Classic games are the only Sonic games it's cool to hate.
