The MySims rerelease is kinda surreal to me, because I've seen late 2000s games get remade and rereleased before, but I think this is the first time I've seen a late 2000s game repackaged if that makes sense? In the sense of the same content being marketed in a different way - I distinctly remember MySims being advertised as a power fantasy game, so it's a bit surreal to see it advertised as a "cozy game" in the same way that the ragtime slapstick chase game Pac-Man was remarketed to my generation as a techno dubstep rave, even though - unlike my Pac-Man example - cozy is an infinitely more apt description of MySims and how it should have been marketed in the first place.
