I'm not one to gender things or place expectations/stereotypes on gender or sex, but I gotta say: you can easily tell what gender someone is (or grew up assigned as) by whether they call this meme "Bibble" or "Baby Sulley".

The only people who say "toxic fans" or "toxic fandom" anymore are, themselves, toxic fans.
I serously hope the Switch Pro doesn't have that many exclusives, or if it does it at least gives the option to play original Switch games at their original specs.

I'm not sure if a Cortex Mii costume is a good idea. An accessory that puts a giant N on your Mii's head sounds like a recipe for disaster.
I can understand introducing a Wario version of Luigi over using Captain Syrup, but I don't get why the Mario Tennis devs used Baby Mario as Yoshi's double partner instead of the Stork, Kamek, or Poochy.

A long time ago I remember seeing a video on Banjo's potential Smash moveset where they argued Kazooie's bomb eggs wouldn't have a good usage in Smash and would be better suited for a taunt

The reason so many live action/animation hybrids take place in New York is pretty obvious - it's a way to justify extreme product placement, with all the ads you'd see there.

I'd rather have Kaptain K. Rool as an echo than an alt. For one thing, the Kap would require a different hitbox from the Krown - but for another I want some goofy swashbuckling animations for him - getting out a sword for a taunt for example.
So... Story of Seasons is the same as Harvest Moon, but is also the rival of Harvest Moon? Am I correct on this? And I thought Crazy Castle was complex.
It's amazing that the Harvest Moon games continue to use that absurdly 90s logo, and haven't even updated the CGI on it.
One of my Discord friends showed me these bat**** crazy animations and I'm hooked. Love all the references to retro tech like Vib-Ribbon, Hall of Tortured Souls, e.t.c. Apparently there's some kind of lore/hidden meaning? but I don't care, I just want to see the weird animation and stellar voice acting.

Bugsnax would be an awesome Smash item - like, a healing item you have to track down and attack before you eat.
Cuphead and Shovel Knight are two games that went around the same concept in complete opposite ways - "update retro games." Shovel Knight went for a modern game with retro graphics, whereas Cuphead went for a retro game with modern (in the gaming sense) graphics.
There are some modern elements to Cuphead's game design (purchasable upgrades), and retro elements to Shovel Knight's (instakill spikes) of course, but it's still an interesting contrast.
I much prefer how Cuphead went about it, but both are great ways to go about making a game.

I had a dream where I found out there were two borderline identical rereleases of Kirby's Dream Land just 2 years after its first release:
Dedede's Dream Land, which replaced Kirby's sprite with Dedede's and made it much harder (and also had a McDonald's tie in), and also Glass Joe's Dream Land, which was just the exact same game with different cartridge art.
Idea: Bowser's Castle and Bowser's Airship as Smash stages. You can see a bunch of airships in the background of the castle stage, and a different angle castle in the background of the airship stage.
Considering these videos are mostly made by kids judging from the heavy TTS use, I seriously hope the "please don't turn me into an oversimplified logo" meme can encourage the next generation of graphic designers to make more wild, eye-catching logos.
"References to abuse" is the most vague description ever. Like, what kind of abuse? A film having an antagonist is technically a reference to abuse so basically anything could be labeled as having "references to abuse".
Rayman forgiving and teaming up with the mosquito in the original Rayman is probably where my disliking for retribution/liking for rehabilitation (both real and and fictional) came from - like, no joke, that scene really resonated with young me. -
