The PS5 was made like 5 months ago and yet games are still coming out for the PS4

I could very well be wrong, but the PS5 (And Xbox Series X but mostly the PS5) feels different from the shortages of something like the Wii or the NES Classic. It really feels like there's nothing of note about the console except for it's name, and it feels like it's just getting worse. The PS5 is now pretty much just a PS4 Pro, and we already have that.

It will probably get better in a while, but for now the PS5 feels like a symbol of how "upgrading" can be really unnecessary if there's barely any changes to be made

People seem to be really upset at Friday Nighr Funkin’s Kickstarter getting a lot more donations than other indie games like for example Hollow Knight, and I don’t get why they’re so annoyed.

FNF is an ongoing game that’s become extremely popular right now, so it would make sense that a lot of people would want to donate to it, because they’ve already played the game and trust that the developer would make good content.

Hollow Knight, for example, turned out to be absolutely amazing but there wasn’t really any way of knowing when it was on Kickstarter. People wouldn’t exactly know what the game would play like, and how fun it would turn out to be. You have to understand that just because something is popular now dosent mean it was always popular.

I feel like people kinda exaggerate the complexity of the story of MGS and Kingdom Hearts. Like, if you play the games in order and are paying attention, you’ll definitely know enough for things to make sense.

The only parts of MGS that are truly “confusing” IMO are the political bits, because it sometimes takes a good bit of political knowledge and/or historical knowledge for it to really make sense.

A sonic game implementing new gameplay styles to try and “Break the pace of the game” almost always ends up awful if it’s not optional. For example, I really dislike the werehog transformation in Unleashed and the tails and knuckles levels in Adventure 2, but don’t mind the classic bonus stages and chao garden.

This article says it’s “Hidden plotlines in Fire Emblem Three Houses,” but literally all of them are major plotlines and literally the basis of some of the characters.

One of the entries is literally just “the church of seiros” like are you actually ****ing kidding me? Not only is that necessary for the plot, and is clearly explained to you like two minutes in, but even lots people who haven’t played the game would know what it is. Heck, it was even explained in the Nintendo Directs! This is incredibly stupid even by ‘The Gamer’ standards. I don’t think they’ve done a dumber thing.

The same person who composed the music for Shrek also composed the music for some Metal Gear Solid games. MGS 3 even agnowledges this on the back of the box, making Shrek officially agnowledged by MGS.
