didnt magus come in here and clear that up like a month ago. like just wiggle in between two points and if done right youll get multiple sDI inputs and be able to get out at 0%?
Yes, JPOBS defined it as the Magus claw.

He puts in between his middle and index finger then vibrates at those two points. o_O

But at 0% you still need proper ASDI to get out of a jab reset. I think below 10% or so.

you guys should analyze it from the other way around

what ways can the sheik approach a falcon?

dash attack doesnt usually work because it can be sheild->stomp i think

spacing f tilts can usually work, other wise they have to try coming in with an aerial

unless they try to sneak in a grab because they know you expect them to dash attack so the falcon will just sheild

not that the sheik has to approach at all

conclusion...the falcon is screwed

lol sheik. I go fox. I hate sheik, i always **** up combos against her.

Also thumbs, mute city is a horrible idea. It's already easy to deal with sheik's recovery, mute city won't change much. Falcon on the other hand, won't have a ledge to go for, which he can either grab or tech off of if dsmashed.

Really all you can do against sheik is space nairs and stuff until she screws up, and grab her, then do stuff out of that. Use platforms as much as possible to avoid needles and still approach.

If you're getting tech chased by a real pro, i'd say you have to basically just go for the edge. Like, if you get grabbed at a really low percent, DI out and tech towards the edge, and then try to edge cancel the next throw/just get throw off. You'll hopefully be at a low enough percent that you can be smart and snag the edge. What you do after that is your problem, but it's better than getting tech chased til like 70 and then eventually thrown off and definately die.

But yeah, at least in my case, I play fox as well so I simply wouldn't go falcon against a good sheik. I mean, if I was playing m2k's sheik it wouldn't matter, as the best i've done is take two stock off him, but against anyone close to my skill I wouldn't play falcon. It's just a very hard and not fun matchup.

Flick back on c-stick really quickly, then quickly push in with the control stick and wall-jump.

whats easier would be to dash attack to the edge, fall off

then di towards the stage

and do it

sheik beats falcon bad but you can nair oos vs ftilt even when it's spaced, also you have barely enough time to shieldgrab it

scarjumping is only done without using one's second jump (no one really knows what scarjumping is :()

when you're on yoshi's you really just have to let go of the ledge and DI in towards the stage and then smash away on the control stick, you don't HAVE to use the cstick but to scarjump as high up on the wall as possible press back on the cstick to let go of the ledge, DI in, then when you're touching the wall press away

i also recently found out that if you smash down and in on the control stick you can fastfall and hug the ledge and walljump before you die, thus saving your jump and walljumping VERY low (gonna use that as an edgeguard if i'm up 3 stock)

That's not a Scar jump though.

I usually tilt the control stick back so I let go of the ledge but don't Bair. I think the flick method sounds easier though and I'm going to try that later.

Also, fast fall scar jump bair to gimp Marth's recovery?

uair* yeah that's the plan

would be cool against pretty much everyone who goes low and has a vertical upB besides fox b/c his fire is gay and will gimp you

scar, I cannot wait for IKMIII. Can you promise a solid delivery like the previous two? I mean how many more unique falcon combos can there be?

yea it is

your not using your second jump
nah it has to be from hanging on the ledge to be a scarjump

tomacawk ikm3 is going to be the business, i have like 4 solid months to guarantee that no mediocre combos find their way into the video, and at the rate that i'm going i think i'm getting about 3-4 absolutely **** combos per tournament

the difference is not in unique combos, the same as was the difference between IKM and the second the difference here is player skill, i've gotten far far better and my combo ability is largely responsible for that, so i'm hoping that there will just be lots of 0-deaths and combos spanning more than like 10 seconds, combos to tech chases, tech chases to combos... i think the trailer was an accurate depiction on a smaller time frame

so does scar jumping only apply to yoshi's or something, and doing it off the edge? cuz theres a bunch of methods that i no of that lets u do it without the use of the edge on , DL, FOD, FD, PS, and yoshi's

falcon does best with marth or sheik hands down ... cf gets people off the stage very easily ... and then the edge guarding goes to the sheik and marth like a cake walk

I think Marth and Falcon is a good team, marth takes the front and falcon runs around kneeing people (hopefully the other team)

Yo scar

IKM3 better not disappoint
lol

where are the vids of me vs tree from GameUniCONN

falcon sucks in teams he only does well with a character that can create openings (jiggs/fox)

so does scar jumping only apply to yoshi's or something, and doing it off the edge? cuz theres a bunch of methods that i no of that lets u do it without the use of the edge on , DL, FOD, FD, PS, and yoshi's
yeah it's only on yoshi's and it's only from holding the edge

i didnt even notice that

he just put a "can" in there were it doesnt belong

he wanted to say "i get to name my other wall jump tricks"

unless he wanted to say "do i get to..."
