An instant way to tell if a news source is worth supporting is which words they put in quotation marks in their titles. Words coined in relation to modern social developments (such as "asexuality" or "transphobia") being put in quotations is a huge red flag. Any subjective term (such as "amazing" or "sick") going WITHOUT quotations is also a huge red flag.
"Group of 7 characters = the 7 deadly sins" isn't a theory, it's just basic character writing. Fully intentional, whether the biblical connections are conscious or not.

I always disliked how big they drew the feet and hands in Codename Kids Next Door. KND was a C tier CN show. It's not on the level of like, Squirrel Boy or I.M. Weasel, but it's certainly not a classic either.
The Zero Punctuation review of Crash 4 is absolutely terrible.
Going back to 2016 when Steve was just considered a "Smash meme" to tell people that he'll be in Smash is one thing, but how about going back in time to 2011/2012 when Minecraft was just considered a "niche kids' fad" to tell people Steve will be in Smash?

Time for Bubsy apologist mode again:
The first Bubsy game understood Sonic A LOT better than other Sonic clones, both from the time and today. That doesn't make it better necessarily, but the way Bubsy builds up speed is almost 1 to 1 with Sonic 1. There's still the cheap deaths and terrible level design holding it back, but Berlyn clearly did to an extent understand Sonic. I'd say the issue was Berlyn's history in text adventures, which are by design unpredictable and unfair, which works for an immersive experience like a text adventure but not for a Sonic clone.
It's so weird to see characters who aren't owned by Nintendo on the cover of Nintendo Power...

One time I clicked on a video that was a reading of a Sonic comic featuring an alternate universe good Dr. Eggman, and it started with a line like "Have you ever heard of the baby Hitler hypothetical question?"
I still don't get why the Smash version of Boxing Ring even exists.
YouTube likes and dislikes are a really bad way of measuring something's popularity or lack of. Most people don't leave likes or dislikes - the Take on Me music video has 1B views, but a measly 5M likes. For a less extreme example, the Emoji Movie trailer has 17M views but only 152K dislikes.
Finally, Disney made the sequel we were all waiting for.
Cyanide and Happiness is the least funny, most poorly drawn comic I've ever seen. I don't know how it's even possible to draw stickmen bad.
Most of the things fandoms get called "toxic" for aren't even bad or harmful in the first place. I'd say the only toxic fandoms are 1. standoms (which are a completely different thing from fandoms anyway), and 2. the ones where the creators or other official sources actively encourage toxic behaviour, such as PewDiePie during the T-Series conflict for example.

I know Nintendo don't listen to Smash fan polls, but honestly it's really fun to put down the dumbest possible characters you can on Global Smash Roster and see how many people vote for them. I got 6 votes for Rilla Roo. RILLA ROO. 6 VOTES. That's more votes than the entry I put in for RIPPER Roo.
I like how Steve's model is directly ripped from Minecraft, and as such his textures warp slightly in the same way. It's really charming.

I wouldn't say New SMB or Pokemon is Nintendo's "CoD/FIFA rehash series" - no, it's Yoshi's Island. People complain about Wario Land not getting any new games, but being a dead series with 5 legendary titles and 1 decent game is WAY better than being an ongoing, undying series with 1 absolute masterpiece, 1 decent game and truckloads of utter garbage.
