If I had a penny for every time a cartoon adaptation of a retro video game had a "finding the lost parents" plot and didn't get to have a proper finale... actually no, that isn't very specific at all, that's just a really common TV plot and production circumstance, just because it's a long sentence doesn't really mean it's unusual.

I had a dream where the Avatar (bald not blue) Switch game was going to be localised for the UK, but because people hated it so much they reskinned it and rebranded it under the name "Warframe" (no relation whatsoever) to prevent Nickelodeon brand damages - and then half-way through the dream the source game of Warframe changed to the new Zelda, but also the gameplay was a tactical RPG with sumo/Smash KO mechanics?
