To keep the Smash speculation scene alive, (cause we all know a fandom has to be super active all the time) Sakurai should post a video of him holding up a picture of a badly-drawn version of a video game character (that isn't in Smash) and saying their name about every 3 months and everyone gets into really overheated debates about who the next character should be. Sure, there wouldn't be a game, but it'd pretty much be the same as normal.
The people who make POV memes that aren't actually from a point-of-view don't not know what POV memes, they just switched to third-person mode.
I haven't seen any of the episodes, but I never really got why Coconut Fred was considered a Spongebob ripoff. Like, I can see some similarities, but outside of the water/tropical theming I don't really see that much that aren't like... kinda obvious inclusions. Like if you're making a show starring a dumb character obviously you'd have a straightman to react to what they do. Not even mentioning characters like the cherry, lemon, and strawberry, which are entirely Coconut Fred-original, and characters like Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Plankton, and Mrs. Puff, which don't have equivalents in Coconut Fred to my knowledge. Like, I can get that there are a lot of similarities in the theming and main character but outside of those I don't really see that much similarity.
I genuinely thought the main character of the new FE game was named Colgate and didn't really question it until I saw people calling them "Toothpaste-chan/kun." (I honestly hate that name and I don't really know why)

Whenever I see Pipca (the person who started the krabspill and some other stuff) it feels kinda surreal cause I used to know her when we were both kids on Scratch and now she's a kinda-slightly-big thing I think. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for her it just feels a little weird. (Though she may not be as well-known as I think and it's just bias from me.)
I used to identify as a trans girl before changing to non-binary but recently (like a couple minutes ago so this post could be invalid in a bit) I considered going back to trans and had a bunch of other questions about my identity. This is partly because I've been going to college where people actually respect my choice of name and it doesn't really feel as good as I thought it would be. And I don't really know if that's because I'm "not" NB or if somehow by my parents and family misgendering me all the time I got used to it or something? IDK. Either way, I wished my family would've actually supported my decisions instead of being like "Well you might change your mind in the future so how you feel now isn't valid at all lmao." Ironically, if they supported me and if I "wasn't" NB then my parents actually get what they "wanted" sooner. I really don't think I identify as male, but I don't really know what I do identify as.

I think it's kinda wild that (I'm pretty sure) competitive Smash actually started out using item rulesets. They're as so "antithetical" to the comp scene now that it's weird to think they were at least tolerated.

This may be a hot take, but I feel like Steve should've had his blocks as his main mode of recovery. It feels like it'd be much more interesting than elytra, which is pretty much just another "go up" recovery move. Don't know what other up-B to give him, though.

I think it's kinda funny how by being kinda cheap and just throwing a bunch of already-existing songs onto stages instead of composing original songs, Nintendo shifted the expectations of Smash fans into fighting game stages having multiple tracks instead of just one.
