No, you don't. You can measure people independently based on how they perform each tourney. If they perform well with multiple teammates, then they are good for teams.

but if they perform badly with multiple bad teammates and well with good team mates they might be underestimated in their ability and ranked too low. On the other hand ranking very high with a good team mate carrying could also place someone higher than they deserve

No, this is incorrect.

I said that I intended to get it updated after the March 3 Stock'd, and that it was likely. No-one really cares though, so I assume we aren't.

HBOX combo is duck grab to rest, or rest out of fox u throw > attempted u air, or maybe even rest in general he was the last to pick up jab rest he thought it didn't work XD
