i started logging my win/loss ratio every time i sit down to play undr. last time, it was 1(7):3(20) with no consecutive wins... lame. i don't care if he plays a higher tier'd char, i'm going to find a way to reverse that ratio. can't decide if i should focus on improving my samus or learn to play smarter

lol @ still having never played against any char other than pit. i'll be slaughtered when i finally get around to going to tournaments/brawlfests. that kinda makes me lean more towards learning to play smarter so i learn faster when i play against the other chars for the first time

My dazzel seems to have issues when recording online matches. <_< It random desyncs and the audio is off or the video it sped up or slowed down at random times.

Did you try limiting the recording time per file to less than an hour?

I use a PVR/PMP and love it so maybe invest in one of those?

What does the recording time have to do with the sync and the FPS of the dazzel capture? I should also mention I use a splitter so i can see on my TV. Does using the Svideo matter at all? You think that would help.

Basically it goes Laptop. to Dazzle. Dazzle has three cords coming from it that i bought, called 2M 1F. I plug in 1M into the Dazzle, then 1M into the TV, then the Color cord from your Wii into the 1F slot so its split. This way i get two signals and needn't worry about the video issue.

How is yours setup?

Exactly! The cool part is when he's hit by that shell from a tank and he smashes into the ground. He gets back up and fires a missile and blows it up! That would be awesome!

That's the same set up I had when I had a dazzle. I found that if you make the files too big they start to get messed up. This is probably because it has to write the file after you record and your comp might not be able to handle too much (especially if it's a laptop). Just try less than an hour recordings (all you have to do is hit stop then start again before it reaches an hour). I dunno what else to tell you without physically looking at your equipment.
