Zael(The Last Story)
The main protagonist of the last story, Zael was a mercenary ever since he was picked up by a man name Dagran who became his best friend & formed a group of mercs while zael dreams of becoming a knight.

One day, during a mission that took a twisted turn Zael got a power that grants him the ability that helps him in battle and protects his friends. Zael would took the role of being the count of Lazulis island as personal body guards for his daughters wedding. He would meet the princess who's name Calista and the two of them would fall in love with each other, but when an invasion strikes Zael goes through one tough adventure to becoming a hero.

In smash however, Zael would unfortunately took the role of a Mii Costume. Without the power of the outsider the mii swordfighter outfit would mostly be Zael's Chaos Blade(Used in his art renders like this one) as the normal sword, his brown & white striped hair for the wig and the outfit being his white coat with no shirt bearing his body, his necklace, and black boats.

his left arm can have the mark of the outsider while his right side is equipped with knight armor(he always wears it in almost all his art renders).

Venus of the Desert Bloom Venus of the Desert Bloom if isn't a problem I made a special version of the moveset for the front page, since I think the message is too large and will be better to have the content summarized to easy read. I also added the rest of content like the entrance, the colors, the victory poses, etc. EDIT: Added Janx's Classic Mode.

Do games that were published by Nintendo in certain regions but not owned by them count?
No, they don’t count

I’ll look into adding this in. That being said, we will be going with Janx’s Classic mode route. We utilized a lot of content provided by you but Janx did submit a classic mode so we will go with that one instead.

Don't worry, isn't a problem.

That being said, for the Mii Costume:

Professor Layton ( :ultswordfighter: )
I never played Professor Layton and since I aren't a big puzzle fan probably I will never do, but I think he must be here somewhere and a costume would be neat, I think he fit has a swordfighter since he has some skills with the rapier. Also would be neat to have the professor fighting Phoenix Wright once again somehow.

John Raimi (Geist) :ultbrawler:

Nintendo's attempt at having a FPS game wasn't succesful, but still Geist should get representation.
John Raimi is the main protagonist of the game, at first he was a normal human being that used guns but then he turned into some weird thing (I don't know I never played Geist).
He could be a gunner because he is at first but I think his weird transformation (Which is more recognized that his normal look) should be a brawler considering he doesn't wield any guns transformed.
John's headwear would be a mask similar to Vault Boy or Sans, and his outfit will transform the Mii's body into that galactic weird texture John's body has, also adding the stars (I guess) that are in front of him.
Geist is weird, and that's why he should be represented.

Captain Rainbow (Gunner)

Okay, before you raise eyebrows about the class I picked, hear me out for this one here: Captain Rainbow is a game that never got localized, but despite that has a fairly sizeable fanbase. Captain Rainbow wields a yo-yo, which can be considered a projectile, and thus you could call the projectiles in Mii Gunner's kit a bunch of sick yo-yo tricks. Captain Rainbow's costume consists of 2 pieces: the luchador-style mask for the headpiece, and the bodywear consisting of his bright cyan superhero suit.

Professor lauyton is in a weird situation as he’s not exactly first party as he was published by both Nintendo and Level-5. That being said, that area is murky so someone with a bit more knowledge on that could clear things up.

My cousin telled me that there is no faust spirit, but he is too popular :(, so with a little of his help I made this one. He said that the original idea was include Dr. Baldhead but he didn't represent very well what Faust is in the actuality so I only made Faust.

Faust (Guilty Gear X)
Class: Novice
Type: Neutral/Support
Slots: 1
Ability: Throw Items +
Puppet Fighter: Dr. Mario
Stage:
Smashville
Music Track: Alone Infection
Match: Stock (1)
Rules:
  • The enemy uses a lot of neutral specials
  • Random items will appear in large quantities

Wonder Red (Wonderful 101)
Wonder Red is main protagonist of 2013 Wii U game Wonderful 101 made by Platinum Games and he's a member of CENTINELS Planet Service in game's lore. He is also an ordinary school teacher of Blossom City Elementary schhol and his real name is Will Wedgewood. He fights alien species called JEATHGERKs alongside Green and Blue as it was shown in the game. He has even a younger version of himself called Wonder-Future (He is a secret character in Wonderful 101).
His main weapon is giant fist that gives a blow.

As Mii Costume, his costume consists of:
  • Headgear: His mask and his Blonde wig.
  • Outfit: His red & black jumpsuit with W emblem and small red jacket on it.
  • Gloves: His gloves.

I nominate the Wonder Red costume, because Wonderful 101 is one of Nintendo titles that weren't directed by Nintendo itself, but it was published by it and Wonder Red has perfect proportions for a mii costume, which his design would fit like a glove.
Also Wonderful 101 should get more representation in smash rather than being a collectible spirit. His game maybe is niche, but still has a mii costume potential.

Sorry for getting back so late but Layton is far too removed from first party to be considered for a Mii costume for this job.

She would be a Mii Brawler with interchangeable outfits based what you see above. Despite Cing being defunct, Nintendo stills owns the IP and getting a MC could bring the series back to the limelight.

Dhalsim (Brawler)

The Dhalsim wig gives his face paint; earrings; and skull necklace, as well as removing pupils from your Mii's eyes. You get his shorts; bandages; rings and buff structure for body - if a female Mii is used, she will get a shirt made of bandages with visible midriff. To create an illusion of stretchihg, Dhalsim's hands and feet are a bit more flat than a normal Mii's, therefore making more arm/leg mass visible when strong attacks with heavy squash and stretch are used.

Yugo Ōgami (Brawler):
The protagonist of the Hudson-Soft-made Bloody Roar franchise, Yugo Ōgami is a wolf zoanthrope on a quest to figure out the death of his father Yuuji. The game has him traversing the world facing off against other zoanthropes, such as Bakuryuu, a mole, Shenlong, a tiger, and my personal favorite, the insectoid Stun. The costume comes with a wig of Yugo's hairdo and an outfit based on the character at the start of the match.

Now I'd like to take your attention to the last six words of that sentence. See, this isn't your typical Mii Costume: when a Mii wearing the full Yugo costume either:
  • Deals 30%+ damage to the foe
  • Reaches 100%+ damage
  • Holds the Special Button for the entire duration
...the Mii Costume transforms into Yugo's wolf form, replacing the wig with a wolf mask, and transforming the body into that of a werewolf's body. In the Mii Costume customization, you can choose whether you want to start as the human form or the wolf form.

Zetterburn (:ultbrawler:)

There's much precedent for popular indie games getting Mii Costumes as DLC and I'd like to think Zetterburn from Rivals of Aether can be part of that as well. As said a few pages back, it would just be really awesome to have a character who exists directly because of Smash's legacy as playable in Smash (well, except for Dark Pit I guess?), but if we can't have a fighter then I'll settle for a Mii costume. As for why Zetterburn specifically, he's the game's most prominent mascot alongside Orcane and probably fits the proportions of a Mii best out of the Rivals cast.

The body would be a fluffy lion suit (made of material similar to the Zetterburn plush) and the head would be a stylized firey mane around the Mii's head that moves and crackles a bit.

...why not the actual character, Arcuid?
Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t Arcruid technically debut in a visual novel, not a fighting game?

also even if that’s not true neco-arc is infinitely more recognizable than arcuid is, and has a design that’s a lot more distinctive and would look better as a costume people would actually want to buy

Edit: ninja’d

Mr. Meat (Fighters Megamix) :ultbrawler:
9k=.jpg

Fighters Megamix was the goat of Saturn Fighters, Akira and Jacky from that game also have Mii Costumes but both represent Virtua Fighter, so we should go with Mr. Meat for representing Megamix, maybe someone from Fighter Vipers like Bash or Honey could work, but Mr. Meat really stuck with the players despite being a weird unlockeable.
This costume wouldn't have headwear, instead the body of the Mii would transform into Mr. Meat himself.

Neco-Arc actually appeared in the VN too, just that her name wasn't neco arc at the moment and was just Arcueid, but the design is the same.

Fighting game Mii costume:
1652365291336.png

(I like this artwork)
Filia (Skullgirls)
Filia is one of playable characters and she is the poster girl of Skullgirls indie fighting video game, made by Reverge labs and released in April 10, 2012.
She was used to be ordinary schoolgirl, but one day she woke up without memories and second mouth in the back of her head. She has a host parasite named Samson, who has rowdy personality and mop of demonic hair with incredibly strong power.

Skullgirls is considered as very popular indie fighting game due to EVO E-Sport tournaments and it has fairly big fanbase.

As Mii costume, her costume would consist of:
Headgear: Samson Wig that stays like on this picture.
Outfit: Her school outfit with gray shirt & blue tie, dark blue skirt, dark blue stockings and brown loafers.
Gloves: Her bare hands.
She would be Mii Brawler costume.

I nominate Filia as Mii costume, because she would be first character, who comes from indie fighting game that gets mii costume. Also Skullgirls has content in Smash Infinite as form of spirits, but having her as Mii costume would be so awesome and it would expand the Skullgirls' content in the game.
Also her game was inspired by many fighting games like Marvel vs. Capcom, Darkstalkers and adding her would make sense.

(I originally planned to make Morrigan mii costume, but Filia would make more sense)

Resubmitting Temjin if that's allowed. I really regret having changed my submission during the SEGA Mii round, so I want to give him another shot
Fighting Game Mii Costume: Temjin from Cyber Troopers Virtual-ON :ultswordfighter::ultgunner:
View attachment 345224
Cyber Troopers Virtual-ON is a series of 3D fighter/shooter hybrid arcade games developed by the AM3 team at SEGA, who are most famous for also having been behind Crazy Taxi. Virtual-ON revolves around Virtuaroids (VRs for short), who are basically big ****ing robots who are decked out with weaponry and are fighting each other for the fate of the world. These battles are made possible thanks to one of this series' most distinctive and defining quirks: the use of a twin-stick controller to control the VRs, in which you have two arcade sticks complemented by a variety of other controls. This made for a rather unique control scheme in which the VRs are actually controlled like industrial machinery, which was a big factor in the series' popularity and is sometimes considered to have revolutionized the use of twin sticks in gaming. The mechs in this series are also notable for having been designed by Hajime Katoki, a character designer who has worked on Gundam.

The series has 4 main games that were released between 1996 and 2003. In more recent years, there has also been a crossover game with the light novel series A Certain Magical Index and a collection of the first three games on the PS4. This is actually a very notable series for SEGA - the original games were big hits on arcades, the series has quite the cult following, and SEGA reference it, like, all the time. I think the two most shining examples of the series getting referenced are the original game being playable in Yakuza Kiwami 2 and some of the more recognizable mechs from the series showing up in Super Robot Wars (fun fact: an unspecified Virtual-ON character was in the cards for Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed - apparently even having had a model made of them - but was unfortunately scrapped. this is so sad alexa pls play in the blue sky). But it also just keeps popping up in all sorts of smaller ways. The old SEGA 60th anniversary pfp thing they did had like a bajillion Virtual-ON icons. If you listen to any of these big SEGA music albums, there's a pretty high likelihood that there will be some Virtual-ON representation. It's just a series that SEGA clearly have a lot of reverence for (it's also gotten stuff like figurines, light novels, and drama CDs). Also it's a series about cool robots fighting like cmon we gotta get it in

Temjin is more or less the face of Virtual-ON. It's the mascot. The poster bot, if you will. Temjin is an all-around fighter, whose main weapon is a laser blade that can also be transformed into an energy rifle. This is why I suggest that the Temjin costume be available for both Gunners and Swordfighters: the former gets the rifle, and the latter gets the blade. Design-wise, Temjin's costume is one that covers your head entirely, in a similar fashion to the Sans or Bomberman costumes for example. As you can see, Temjin's design is pretty complex, so it'd have to be somewhat simplified/chibified for the costume. But regardless I think Temjin would be a sick ****ing Mii costume and I do believe Virtual-ON is a series of high enough caliber within SEGA's library to get a Mii costume.

TL;DR: cool robot

We will finish our results and submissions early as I will be busy later.

Name3 Points2 Points1 PointTotal
Alexandria Rovias2 (6)028
Zael2 (6)1 (2)08
John Raimi1 (3)014
Captain Rainbow1 (3)1 (2)38
Wonder Red2 (6)4 (8)014
Ashley Mizuki Robbins02 (4)26

While Wonder Red didn't grab the most amount of three point votes and tied with Alexandria and Zael, he did get more two point votes which propelled to victory; clinching a significant lead which puts him as the winner of the round. Wonder Red will join our Sol wave which is rather fitting considering they both are connected to the color, red.

My submission would be Kula Diamond has a brawler, she will use her classic look that honestly, it looks better for her.
Kuma. It fully covers the mii. It's a swordfighter where he holds a salmon.

Neco-arc (Melty Blood)

This would be a full body brawler costume

MK is the last big fighting franchise with no rep. This could be our chance to throw it a bone since there's no guarantee for another fighting game rep.

Plus I think if we do an MK rep it should be Sub-Zero bc his moveset is cooler
Mr. Meat (Fighters Megamix) :ultbrawler:

Fighters Megamix was the goat of Saturn Fighters, Akira and Jacky from that game also have Mii Costumes but both represent Virtua Fighter, so we should go with Mr. Meat for representing Megamix, maybe someone from Fighter Vipers like Bash or Honey could work, but Mr. Meat really stuck with the players despite being a weird unlockeable.
This costume wouldn't have headwear, instead the body of the Mii would transform into Mr. Meat himself.

Here are our submissions! All are Mii Brawlers unless stated otherwise

Dhalsim from Street Fighter
Rock Howard from Garou: Mark of the Wolves
Yugo Ogami from Bloody Roar
Kula Diamond from King of Fighters
Kuma from Tekken
Neco-arc from Melty Blood
Scorpion from Mortal Kombat
Mr. Meat from Fighters Megamix
Filia from Skullgirls
Temjin frim Cyber Troopers Virtual-ON

With that, most of our content for the Guilty Gear and Sol Badguy submissions are done! I will continue to gather our information that we put forth but we will now progress forward to adding our typical Spirit Events, Tournaments, and some extra things here and there.

That being said, I do want to spend some time discussing...

Based on the fact we included:
  • Sony Playstation submission that produced Ratchet
  • JRPG that produced Lloyd
  • New Company which produced Sol

What newcomer prompt do you feel is fitting to round off our third party characters? We will be adding a first party character into this mix at the end but I do want to open the floor to potential submission prompts for our last third party fighter for DLC 2 that would include a character that feels like a natural addition alongside this lineup we currently have.

I mentioned I intended to use our last third party newcomer for a Western pick and I am still fine with doing that but I do want to open the floor to those who think we should, perhaps, go a different route instead.

I have my not so popular but just thing that I like idea, a character from a VN, sure, Phoenix is here but another one wouldn't hurt, there a VNs with a very big fanbase like Danganronpa, Steins Gate, Fate, Dies Irae, etc. Most of them would have some complex moveset but that I think would be fun to made and see.

Also one more acceptable idea would be a Hack n' Slash rep, all the characters from this genre in the roster are from Platinum (and the quantity is two anyway), here we would add the big names like Dante, Travis Touchdown, 2B or even the less popular but still interesing picks of characters like Momohime from Muramasa the Demon Blade (one of my favorites games of the Wii, just to say) or Gene from God Hand that could be weird to see him before Dante but hey, there is still a possibility.

But of course most people would want a Western pick, and since I said before, I don't have a problem with that, an oportunity to have characters like the Doom Slayer, the Vault Boy or Sub-Zero?, Sign me in.

And the 1st party would be at the end, some people think that that would "low the hype" but if its constructed correctly I think it would have a good impact.

How about submitting a character from an unrepresented/underrepresented genre

MOBA, MMO, Shooter, Racing, RTS, Simulation, Visual Novel, Survival, Sandbox, Puzzle, Hack n Slash

Get a lot of good options there, like a Runeterra character, Pretty much Valve's entire lineup of options, stuff like AoE and Starcraft, another shot at characters like Travis, Dante, and Raiden, shooter gives a chance for stuff like Doom Slayer, Vault Boy, and Lara Croft, Professor Layton and Maxwell get another shot with puzzle games...

I guess the "underrepresented" label should mean like, less than 5 characters from this genre
