Godzilla is the heaviest character in the game by far - if Bowser is combo food, then Godzilla is a motherfreakin buffet. He's also the slowest character in the game. Also also, he has no Up B recovery, as he is so large he'll be able to reach the ledge without much worry (and he does have an alternative recovery tool).
Down B: Tokyo Panic
Godzilla stomps, and a large building appears in front of him. Think of it like a big Pac-Man hydrant that doesn't shoot water. They will be made of different materials and with those have different durability numbers, dependent on RNG, however all of his buildings are the same height and have poppy buildboards with Japanese text on them.
Up B: Call of the Kaiju
Godzilla looks up and roars, which stuns opponents within range and gives him momentary heavy armor. This is Godzilla's main move that he can use if an opponent is platform camping (which I imagine will be a very common anti-Godzilla strat) or if he needs to get people off his back as he's recovering.
Neutral B: Atomic Laser
Godzilla charges up a laser. He can aim in three directions, all of which vary greatly from one another, but the main similarity is that they all do big damage and keep the opponent in place, take about a second to charge, and Godzilla will stall for a second if he uses any variation in the air. He cannot use the aerial Atomic Laser more than once per airtime.
DOWN: Fires straight downwards, causes fire for a little bit that does chip damage but no knockback (think Pirhanha Plant's uncharged Down B with the active hitbox of the fully charged version). If in the air, this can be used as a recovery tool that shoots you straight up! But you're fully open apart from the laser so be prepared to be gimped if you're not careful.
FORWARD: Straight forwards. It will make Godzilla fly backwards in the air, which also has a hitbox on his backside like Orcane's fair.
UP: Straight up, causes a purely visual effect at the top of the screen where the sky opens up in a cool vortex thing. If used in the air, Godzilla will go down
really fast, which is good for combos and funny spikes but bad if you're trying to recover. He can snap the ledge with this but if you miss...uh oh. (same goes for the down version)
Side B: uh this thing
uh
idk what to call it
it kills
thanks for the idea
