Its true that even if you cant move as fast as the fourth(shiz), with godly speed you have ridiculous spacing, which makes up for that difference in technical ability and speed. You also beat m2k's shiek on corneria w/. falco. Albeit that match was close as **** and could have gone either way.

Anyway seeing how I call shiz the Fourth because of is godlike speed you are Madara who can control space and technically time as well.

Madara can phase his body parts out so that even with that speed of the fourths, he can't get hit.

I don't doubt that. However, it would be silly to not remark upon the character differences in the two. Small changes like Sheik's D-throw being stupid good in NTSC versus its usable, yet remarkably less dangerous PAL version have contributed heavily to the characters being played very differently.

But, you are right, it's not so different that his skills won't matter. He seems pretty good about not being grabbed most of the time by PAL Sheiks... whether that's them not trying to grab as much because of the lower reward or simply intelligent spacing is debatable, though.

This is true. but its likely that one mistake can **** him over. Trading hits with fox is bad but there its a little less punishing. Hes gonna get hit by one and cry.
