i just had a makeshift tourney with a couple friends last week and ended up in the grand finals, losing to an mk. =/ (mained gaw, seconded fox)

note: fox is wicked against diddy. =) laser spacing + nut/banana reflecting ftw.

anyway, i'm wondering about nairs. it seems there's a lot of ppl saying you can combo out of a nair but i never seem to have the opponent within my attacking range after a nair.

i'm not sure if it's the hard hitbox or the soft hitbox that's supposed to connect to combo (into upsmash, for example), but neither seems to be viable for a follow-up. the knockback seems too far to land another hit.

maybe at lower percents it would combo, but i don't know if its just me not knowing what i'm doing...

Yeah soft works at any % below 100 in my experience but dont quote me on it...im pretty sure im right tho it combos in training :) . Make sure youre moving towards your opponent while youre doing SNair and then dash right into the USmash and voila

Where are the kill percents for Fox' Usmash?
I don't think anyone's made a list with and without DI + momentum reduction. A list that doesn't take at least MR into consideration isn't that useful. If I'm mistaken anyone may state so, but I'm sorry if I am =( Because the boards are filled with bitterness

hmm, i'd have to say the throw, but then again idk if the lasers are lasers used in the animation of is specifily part of the throw.

do the lasers do the same amount of damage, if they do there prolly laser lasers, if not then its part fo the throw and the throw gets refreshed.

<3 I actually made one a while ago and so far, they have been pretty useful, and are actually pretty accurate...Even with DI and such. I wished it was used more T_________T

Theyve all been pretty **** accurate >_> Especially with Meta Knight. And Sean has pretty good DI IMO. He dies off of the corner every time I upsmash and is around that percent when I upsmash him. So yeah @_@

Hi all. Just visiting with a present for everybody. Man... I needa visit this place some more... i play with Fox a few times too.

Anywayz, cutting to the chase:

I was wondering if you guys could make use of this new AT with pikachu? I'm teaming with my bro (arc-thefallen-, plays Toon Link and Falco) and am going to advance the technique in the future. Here's the original post AND video! ^_^ enjoy!

Cool thing about this move is that it allows a instant NON-FASTFALLED d-air right in the middle of it. Works for those with laggy (but epic) moves with high fastfall risk.

Thanks for the time. Please pm me if you have any neat contributions or comments. :D

Shine has a pretty small hitbox that comes out on frame 3. You have to hit them on that frame. Basically, go next to them, push Down+B.

or if your in the right position (they're just under the ledge) fall to the far side of them and shine them from there, you should get a stage spike on certain stages

i know this is pretty nooby to ask but is there a certain way to time or do drill + grab?

it's coz a lot of the time when I try it instead of a grab my shield comes up and it's annoying.

and what are some of the common bad things nooby foxes tend to do a lot?

you have to buffer the grab if you want it near inescapable

common bad things? usually mess up Rising Fair on recovery and dying from it, messing up short hopped lasers (making them land with lag, punish that) and they tend to over use drill and uptilt set ups
