characters that should have made it to SSBB

Out:
Wolf- Although I like playing as him, he's basically just another Fox clone...
Ness or Lucas- I like both of them (aside from their recovery), but I don't think Mother deserves 2 representatives.
Replace:
Toon Link with Zant- I like Toon Link, but he's a clone and Zant is so much cooler
Ike with Hector- Ike is alright, but Hector was badass and could have been the same type of character without being another sword user
Assist Trophies that should have been characters:
Isaac- He would have been such an amazing character, and could have potentially had one of the most unique movesets in the game
Lyn (maybe)- She's a sword user, and Fire Emblem doesn't need more than 2 representatives, but she would have been a cool character regardless
In:
Dimentio- Easily one of my favorite characters ever. His abilities would have made for an amazing moveset, and he was such a crazy badass character.
Banjo Kazooie- Banjo Kazooie was an awesome N64 game, and they would have made a great 3rd party character.
Ridley or Rundas- Metroid needs more representatives. I would personally prefer Rundas because he's more humanoid and he was awesome and badass for his short time in Corruption, but Ridley is more popular and has more of a history with the series... Either one is fine, but not both.
Change Movesets:
Ganondorf- Basing his moveset more around his sword and magic would have been really good.
Falco- Make him more Luigi-fied, and give him a non-Landmaster Final Smash
Wolf- Although I like playing as him, he's basically just another Fox clone...

Why does everyone want Toon Link out? Seriously piss Normal Link off Toon Link pwns compared to Normal Link.

Personally, I'd say Paper Mario. He'd be easy to find moves for too (Not cloned moves either.), and there are quite a few references to the Paper Mario in the game anyway.

Jigglypuff is a veternan sort of, and she was middle tier for the first 2 games.
Just because she's bad in one game doesn't mean she won't be the same way in the next (please buff her)
I don't want Mewtwo in tbh, but I want Lucario out too.
I never really liked these guys.
Although Mewtwo in the games is awesome imo, he just doesn't fit in the smash scene like he should.

Paper Mario, Banjo and Kazooie, a Dark Samus (with an original moveset based on phazon moves) maybe change ganandorf's moveset up and give him a sword, ridley. Give Dr. Mario as a costume for Mario.

Seriously... when's the last time Tails didn't suck?
Also, yeah, Marx would be a cool assist. Personally, I kind of hoped there would have been a lot more assist trophies (and that Tingle would A) not be in, and B) if he was that he actually have more random effects... it seems *most* of his "random effects" do absolutely nothing.).

Agreed! In fact, he pretty much admits it himself in Sonic Adventure 2. I forget the exact quote, but it was something like "Sonic finally asked me to do something! I can't let him down!".
