I'm not getting a 60 dollar remake of a 2006 game with none of the Platinum enhancements and one-time use TMs when I can just wait for the shiny new Pokemon game that actually tries something new

Continuing the trend of me wanting to get into fighting games because the characters look really cool, Darkstalkers has top notch character designs and I wish Capcom did something with it. At the very least a re release would be appreciated
I think I wanna replay DMC3 sometime in the future. In my first playthrough I had to lower the difficulty because the game was too damn hard for me but I feel like doing so negatively affected my enjoyment of the game
I've never played Guilty Gear but Sol Badguy has one of the coolest designs I've seen for a fighting game character and I would be completely fine with him being in a potential future Smash game
What's a good Street Fighter game to get into the series with? I own a PC, so it has to be on that. Also I've basically never played a traditional 2D fighting game, so it's also for the genre as a whole.
Goku for Smash memes are starting to make me laugh hysterically and I think that's a sign that I'm regressing as a human being

Crazy how the Shonen Jump vs Capcom creation thread already has a better roster than either of these brands' latest crossover fighters (Jump Force and MvCI) and it's not even close
I say this as a HxH fanboy despite neither Gon nor Killua being included yet because we have crazy **** like Light Yagami, Usopp, and Herlock Sholmes and they can all beat up Goku

Here's the list of game series represented by a character sorted by the ones I played, the ones I haven't played but have some sort of interest in and the ones I have no interest in
Note that I haven't played an equal amount of every series in the played section, nor am I neccesarily interested in playing more of them. I've played every mainline Pokemon game other than Let's Go (and BDSP is looking to be another skip) but have only played Pikmin 3 and never finished it (though I want to)

If they reveal the final NASB characters in the direct, the NASB character announced would be of more emotional significance to me than any of the characters they could possibly have in store for us
Even if it's Decidueye (my most wanted) Avatar was my favorite show growing up and I still consider it to be the greatest work of fiction I've ever consumed, nothing can top that

God I forgot how F I R E the Shovel Knight OST is
Like of course there were specific songs I remembered like High Above the Land (one of my all time favorite game songs) but I guess I've grown so tired of the Plains of Passage theme that I just forgot how good the rest of the OST is. Really hoping Shovel Knight is our last indie Mii costume and he comes with a track that isn't Strike the Earth.
