Md/Va doesnt consider Southern VA to be a part of Md/va because its abouta 3 hour drive away from the rest of VA

The thing is though...you really arn't South...you're still part of the state VA. You never attend tourneys down here or were never involved with the South community. I think you should still try to stay with MD/VA.
