well ive done this in a taunt party(i dont do those anymore)they will crouch so i did that AT and it made oit like slide i like doing that in battle

For all of you who think you know why it works, lemme explain.

Normally when you taunt spam, it goes like this.

Start Crouch->Crouch(for a brief moment)->End Crouch

However, with this method, you cancel the "Standing Up" animation into a walk for one frame, and then do Start Crouch again. This is why the vid is MUCH faster than just slamming down on the control stick. Its also impossible to do like in the video, unless someone out there can go from pressing down one frame to tilting forward the next frame and then back to down on the next frame. Im impressed with this thread though, good job guys.

i just discovered a new much easier way to do this,

hold A (like doing the pivot walk)+tilt control stick forward+mash c stick down = profit!

this makes kriby and GnW **** falco even more especially GnW because he can hold a out of a n-air
do some more research on desyncing the IC's, this could be revolutionary, lawl
the IC's look awesome with this

Meh, as a Kirby mainer, I'd say there are more efficient ways of going around lasers, since holding A, moving AND using the c-stick limits our movement... But one extra option doesn't hurt.

When you raise up you raise up, period. Thus you will still get hurt by anything.

It's fun to do, but nothing really noteworthy.

I saw this kid do it on WiFi Taunt Party and copied the same thing with Kirby which was a few months back.

Annoying with Kirby, but nothing grand.

vyse, i use that with squirtle all the time, and he can do it out of a dash too. when you do it after a pivot the slide is really distinct.

i'm definitely gonna use this wavebagging though...too funny
