And how am I going to do that? Consider the logistical practicality of what your asking. Even if I arrive at 10:30 to pay my venue fee, I'm not going to find a partner locally, or else I wouldn't be asking people to team. By the time people start sizing up who's available and pretty much settling for what they can get (lol analogous to life), it will be long after the out of stater's arrive and register which will be well past 11AM. Now you could say 'cry me a river build a bridge and get over it', I just want to make it clear that you pushing people to begin setup teams lest monetary punishment.

EDIT: Just like blockbuster charges late fees unless you get an online streaming plan.
