DJN to the rescue. Too many people getting good with Bowser, Mewtwo and all these ****ty characters. It's very misleading when the average Joe sees this then tries to play Bowser. Taj made me feel ******** when I saw his Mewtwo then tried playing the character for a whole ten minutes before realizing how bad I sucked.

that wouldn't mean mango isn't the best anymore. i would think not losing a tournament since pound 3 would still make him the best.

no because armada was definitely not at any of the tournaments mango won except for this one. if armada would have won, he beat shiz and m2k which imo were the only ones who had at chance at taking out mango.

I just have to disagree. I mean, Jiggz/Peach has to be the most boring match up that can happen in Melee.
Both players are amazing, Armada's combos are really awesome. But man I hate Mango, he can beat everyone with his Falco and he's just playin his Jiggz to be sure to win that ****ing money.

He don't want to do the show, he don't care about that. I'm really wondering how do you guys enjoyed these ****ed up Grand Finals, sayin this was maybe the best GF ever recorded (WHAT A JOKE). I've been waiting for these match for too long, i'm really disappointed. Hope that players like DSW, Zhu, SS and others will win major tournaments, they just keep Melee alive.

These Grand Finals were extremely epic. This tournament was also pretty amazing in the fact that not a single Fox main in the top 10. This is a tribute to the balance and variety that melee offers.

I hope we see more character variation amongst the community now. Less fox players and more peach/puff/falcon would be nice.

Join date means nothing. Personally I liked that he went Puff since that was his main. The matches weren't all that but they had their moments and watching the sets you can see on the very last match how Puff broke down Armada into using a character that wasn't his best and basically lead him into second place. Armada did great but between the crowd and the momentum Mango was getting during his later matches Armada was beat. I'd love to see him play again vs Mango in the next few months or year. Should be a wonderful rematch.

Axe is the man. Pika is soo good.
