So, I recently had a random idea to do with stage bans, and wondered if it would work, so I thought I'd ask you guys.

Basically, it involves having 2 different counterpick stage lists, a counterpick 1 list for most counterpick stages, and a counterpick 2 list with stages often seen as borderline between counterpick and banned, such as brinstar and rainbow cruise. Players would then get 2 bans instead of 1; one ban is usable only on a stage from the counterpick 2 list, and the other ban is usable on any stage (including a second ban from counterpick 2 if you wish).

I reckon such a system would make it more reasonable to legalise more stages without people complaining too much, since they essentially would get a free ban on one of the more "ridiculous" stages.

Comments/criticism/improvements/etc welcome; this is just a random thought I figured was worth posting =)

Well Jei, he still called me ******** which is a bad attitude to treat members on the site, so yeah earls a jerk lol.

But hopefully this victory will help motivate the ROB players everywhere, including me.

I do think that m2k probably wasn't at his best though, he did rage quit melee pools apparently. Ocean was the highest non high tier player though.
