God I hate it when he does that

"I'm getting 17th"

*gets 7th*

"I'm getting 25th"

*gets 5th*

Just drop the 1st number and tell us what you actually think you're going to get already ~_~

Leffen, you did really well vs Armada this past weekend. Almost though you were in fact, going to wreck him, lol. You'll have him next time.
Haha, even though it was 4-0 it certainly was pretty damn close lmao. I hadn't practiced enough before/during the tournament, and it showed =/ Its pretty funny to think about
"What if we had played in NTSC?"...I could very well have won 4-0 instead lol.

No johns though, I'm definitely gonna win next time. I'm also gonna spend a lot of time learning the Sheik matchup.. The last 9/10 or so of my tournament losses outside of Armada has been to Sheik and that was to Dr. Peepee lol.

Hopefully the vids will go up on youtube soon so I can have ppl critique

I'm going to start taking double serious with a friend of mine. Our team comp will be me on fox (always I think) and him on sheik (possibly always, maybe on peach as well). Can someone with experience in that comp give me how you think the main strategy should be played?

I really like having sheik play support for fox with him being aggressive. But I remember when I was 1st starting out to not think of doubles as 2 1v1's so it never occurred to me after that to force 2 1v1's when you are better players/have a lead.

My knowledge of doubles is mainly focused on splitting up the stage and just dealing with the space that you have covered. I do not think this is how doubles should be played anymore, or at least not only like this; and that is why I am here asking for advice.

I also really like how with peach having so much priority/disruption we can swap the role of aggro and support if need be.

Close games vs. Peach doesn't really mean the same as a close game vs. other characters. She's based heavily off of trading and CCing so she's much more guaranteed to take damage and lose stocks to other people, but as long as she can keep that style at 51% efficiency where she is doing more to the opponent than to herself, she can pull out consistent wins. That's how it feels when I play Peach anyway. The character just doesn't seem designed to pull of JV5. She's all about attrition and winning the long distance battle.
