Isabelle is tending to her garden, watering the flowers and the like. One flower suddenly disappears into the ground, and then several others. Suddenly, giant red balls with goggles and feet appear out of the holes and Isabelle runs away.

Suddenly, one of the balls poofs up and pops with tons of air blowing the rest away. The air clears up, revealing none other than...well, Dig Dug.

An anime-style trailer. The camera starts in a dark hallway with few lights. A male and female figure can be seen walking through the darkness. You can make out the male figure to be a very scared Luigi, but with the way the lighting is, the female figure is too far into the darkness to be identifiable. Luigi then enters a room with an computer with static on it; the female already inside. The camera cuts to the female grabbing an invitation from on top of the keyboard. From the light of the keyboard, you are able to identify this as none other than the Half-Genie Hero: Shantae. Shantae then strikes a quick pose in celebration! After doing so, she runs up to Luigi and hugs him.

“Thanks, Luigi! You have no idea how much this means to me! Now let’s get out of here!” Shantae says. With fright still in his face, Luigi gives her a nod accompanied with nervous laughter.

Cut of the two walking out through the hallway they came through. Shantae is in the front, with Luigi following. Cut to Shantae, who is clearly the happiest she’s ever been in her life. The sound of Luigi screaming is then heard. Shantae looks to where Luigi was, and now he’s gone.

“LUIGI!!!!!” Shantae yells. She looks both forward and backward, contemplating on whether to save Luigi or make a break for it. “It’s Smash. He’ll come back.” Shantae says, while making a break for the exit door. Shantae transforms into a monkey to give her extra speed to escape. Right as she gets to the door, she returns to human form and struggles to open it. It’s not locked, but it’s hard to open. The camera now takes Shantae’s point of view. She’s struggling to get the door moved, with light coming from the cracks coming from between the door and the dooraway.

Spoiler: For Effect

Shantae looks behind her, only to see a menacing robotic bear launch itself at her from the darkness. The screen abruptly cuts to black as Shantae’s last scream is heard.

The trailer transitions to a black background in CGI, where the real challenger is revealed:

A Wish Finally Granted

The trailer starts with the Smash kids and Lumas gathering around a fireplace resting, one of the Villagers holding what appears to be a blue doll as he witnesses a shooting star outside the window. while Rosalina looks on a bookshelf for anything to read to them. She eventually finds a book with a familiar star with a keyhole on it and turns to them with a warm, anticipatory smile. She floats to a chair and the kids and Lumas turn to her as she begins to read.

Once upon a time, there was a wondrous place known as the Star Road. It was a magical place where shooting stars would go to grant wishes.

One day, an evil group known as the Smithy Gang appeared and shattered the Star Road, scattering its pieces around the world.

It was up to an unlikely group of heroes to band together and restore the Star Road for the good of everyone's wishes.

These heroes were Mario, the red-capped hero of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Peach, the fair princess of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Bowser, the mighty tyrant of the Koopa Kingdom.

Mallow, the prince of a kingdom within the clouds.

And last but not least, there was a being who possessed a doll named-!

FWOOSH

The story was interrupted and the music stops as the group notices a single star fly into the window and float around for a bit. It stops above the doll in Villager's hands, causing it to softly float from his hands. With a soft glow around the doll and a bright flash, the star infuses itself with the doll. The kids, Lumas, and Rosalina cover their eyes for a bit before they lower their hands and saw what was impossible: the doll had grown almost thrice its normal size. But more importantly, it was alive. As the doll looked around, it is now made clear to the audience.

Their wish, at long last, had been granted.

GENO Shoots For The Stars!

Cut to the gameplay of Geno in the Smash engine, whose Specials look and feel plucked right out of Super Mario RPG, ranging from his signature finger guns to his Geno Whirl to his Geno Beam. The trailer then shows Forest Maze, a stage where the fighters pop from different sides of the screen. It then shows his Final Smash, which has him transform into a giant cannon and unleashes a mighty Geno Flash that engulfs the screen.

The trailer then shows the kids sleeping peacefully as Geno and Rosalina watch. The two turn to one another and softly smile for a bit before gently shutting the door, leaving them to sleep.

Spoiler: The Shining S.T.A.R.S.

Bowser's Castle is crumbling down as Mario makes a mad dash for the exit with a Power Star. Suddenly, Dry Bowser pops out of the lava and gives chase to him. As Mario escapes, Dry Bowser shoots a torrent of blue fireballs at him and lots of Dry Bones, Dry Goombas, and even Dry Piranha Plants attack the red plumber. Right at the exit, the Dry monsters all surround Mario. Just as they're about to take the star from him, a rocket comes out of nowhere and blows the lot of them up. Mario and Dry Bowser look to the castle's entrance and see a lady with a rocket launcher aimed straight towards Dry Bowser.

"You want stars? I'll give you stars."

I made a thing today.


A footrace is starting in Mario Circuit. There are the fighters known to be speedy in SSBU- Sonic, Captain Falcon, Little Mac, Bowser, Charizard, and Hero who is glowing green from Acceleratle. Mario waves the starting flag from the side of the road, and our racers speed off.
At the back, Bowser is struggling to keep up, and stops to rest for a second. Then, a rustle in the nearby bushes. Bowser turns to look but finds nothing. Then, we see Bowser’s face, then a black screen and a sound of impact.
Next, we see that Hero’s spell has faded, and he falls behind, from first to fifth. Clearly upset, he starts pulling up his command menu, frantically trying to recast his Acceleratle-and as he does so he sees something out of the corner of his eye that makes him freeze. He chooses Kaclang, but in the reflection of the metal we see a green light. There is another black screen and sound of impact.
Then, we see Charizard and Little Mac going neck-and-neck. They hear something too, and then go back to back, teaming up to take down this threat. But then the camera shifts to a first-person view of the perpetrator, where we see Mac and ‘Zard look up in horror. Cue black screen, this time with two noises of impact. (These black screens could also be traded for something similar, like the thing they did with Ridley’s reveal.)

Finally we see Sonic, who is now able to see the finish line, with Captain Falcon lagging a bit behind. We get an up-close view of Sonic’s face, filled with excitement. But then, the cheers of the crowd-filled with goombas, flickys, koroks and other characters-falls silent. Sonic’s expression turns dark, and he stops, the familiar skkkrt! sound being audible. He looks behind him, and Falcon is nowhere to be found. Sonic starts scanning the area, and then we see a glint in his eye-a reflection of a dark shadow and a green light. He smirks when he realizes who it is, and starts running in a large circle, bringing up dust. Sonic is now in the middle of the temporary sandstorm, and then he runs out to see if his opponent has become blindsided-but at that moment, his smile fades once again. He drops to his knees, then all the way to the ground. There, behind him, we see Shadow, and his splash screen that follows.

[Wario Wario Wario]

"Got Your Back"
The trailer begins with Mario jumping out a grey pipe into Bowser's Castle and dodging fire balls, wall jumping and backflipping as the blazes come in an endless supply. Finally, Mario approaches Bowser on the bridge and lights a fire in his hand, as a fight begins: Bowser drop kicks, throws hammers and of course, breathes fire, but Mario dodges every attack, until Bowser scratches Mario, sending him flying into a wall and shrinking down. Suddenly, a screeching sound can be heard as the screen flashes blue - Mario is being dragged forwards by a pale, gloved hand, "WOAH-WOAH!" he shouts, dizzied by blinding speed - as we then see a rad red sneaker kick an axe sending Bowser to the lava below as the last thing he sees before becoming Dry is Sonic's snarky finger wag. Mario and Sonic give a high five as Peach walks up to them, while Bowser is snatched by a robot hand. We see Bowser looking up to the ceiling with hope in his eyes, which slowly turn to dread as a red light projects upon him. Right as Mario and Peach share a kiss with Sonic appearing a little queasy at this display of affection, a giant robot Bowser stomps onto the scene, the 3 heroes run off in fear as we see the sole of the robot's foot, imprinted with a symbol of a moustached, glasses wearing figure - it fades into the individual depicted on said symbol in front of a dizzying, abstract background as he maniacally laughs

DR. EGGMAN snoops as usual!

After gameplay footage, the trailer ends with Sonic performing a homing attack on the robot, releasing a dizzy Bowser and causing the bad doctor to stomp in anger, as another scheme is foiled.

Spoiler: The Unsung Hero

Shulk, Link and Samus face off against Rathalos. Shulk attempts to initiate a Chain Attack (as Link fires his Ancient Arrow and Samus fires several missiles), but the beast is barely fazed. As their battle rages on, Shulk has a vision of Rathalos being frozen and then being smacked in the mouth. Suddenly, a giant ball of ice hurdles forward as the heroes get out of the way. Rathalos is frozen, and a round-looking shadow pops out and makes short work of Rathalos by smacking him in the mouth.

Shulk gets up and recognizes the round-looking figure as the camera zooms to it; it’s an old friend of his.

[Megadoomer]

The trailer starts with Isabelle and Pichu running through Norfair, terrified and looking around frantically as roars and stomps can be heard in the background. Suddenly, Ridley lands in front of them, grinning sadistically as he advances on them. A door opens behind him, showing a Samus-like shadow on the ground. Ridley turns around, only to get hit in the face with a rocket as Isabelle and Pichu cheer.

The camera cuts over to the doorway, where the boots shown clearly aren't Samus's. The camera pans up as a snippet from this plays, revealing...

Doomguy Rips and Tears!

Cut to gameplay of Doomguy on stages like Norfair, Brinstar Depths, the lowest level of Castle Siege, and Frigate Orpheon as he demonstrates his normal moves, using various weapons from his arsenal along with melee attacks inspired by the Glory Kills from Doom (2016) and Eternal (though they're just punches, stomps, etc. and don't have the bloody aftermath). He'll be in his Doom Eternal outfit, so I figure it would make sense to have BFG Division or The Only Thing They Fear Is You playing in the background.

After showing off his moves (and some goofier scenes, like him watching his pet rabbit Daisy bounce around as a taunt while he's wearing bunny ears), it fades to black, showing his stage (likely a Mars UAC base of some kind - while Nintendo seems okay with mentioning hell, as seen by Rodin's trophy in Smash 4 referring to the Gates of Hell, I don't think they'd be fine with a stage taking place in the depths of Hell itself) as At Doom's Gate plays in the background. After showing off the stage, along with the various demons that make appearance, Doomguy lands on the ground, only this time, he's wearing his classic armour (the version from Doom Eternal, so that way he has the same gear as the modern suit).

Doomguy demonstrates his special moves on opposing fighters as well as using them on the demons (we also get a shot of Kirby's hat that he gets from copying Doomguy), finishing off by using his Final Smash, which would have to be the BFG. He fires it, hitting several opponents (Ridley, Bowser, Dark Samus) along with a zombie that was unfortunate enough to be on the stage when he fired it, before it cuts to the Smash Bros. x DOOM logo.

Extra Mii Fighter Costumes Round 7

We see a Super Star bounce around on Yoshi's Island Melee and land on a small version of the Mii Gunner about to be revealed, which causes him to grow in size and taunt
SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X SUPER MARIO RPG
This song plays as Geno is seen using Flame Pillar against Ridley on Omega Distant Planet, dodging attacks from a Sans Mii on Balloon Fight and reflecting K. Rool's cannonball in the second part of Garegg Mach; it ends with a freeze frame of him and newcomer Waluigi running into each other with their dash attacks, with the sunset of Omega Kongo Jungle between them.

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X MOTHER 3
This song plays as a Kumatora Mii Gunner costume using her hand as the cannon and a Duster Mii Brawler costume holding Wall Staples (similar to the Labo suit) jump on to New Pork, we see Kuma throwing a banana peel at green biker Wario on the Wuhu Island cliff, followed by Duster throwing a Smoke Ball onto Piranha Plant and using Exploding Side Kick to knock it off the stage in Castle Seige. This portion ends on a freeze frame of Kuma using Flame Pillar and Duster using Feint Jump in the opposite directions of Lucas, who is in the middle, on Magicant

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X MII CHANNEL
This song plays as a variety of generic Mii Brawlers wearing the classic Mii outfit are seen running in on Omega Tomodachi Life, we then see one on beach (Frisbee dog) Wuhu Island reflecting a Beastball with a Home Run Bat, a Mii on StreetPass Quest rescuing the prince in the cage, and finally a freeze frame of a Mii kicking a football on Omega Figure-8 Circuit.

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X SUPER SMASH BROS.
This song plays as a Fighting Polygon Team counterpart for each Mii type is seen, covering the head like a deluxe costume, first the Swordfighter performs a rather impressive combo (for Mii Fighter reel footage at least) on Jigglypuff on Battlefield Final Destination, then the Gunner does a Grenade Launch at a crowd of 7 Polygon Brawlers on Big Battlefield, hitting them all, and finally it shows a freeze frame of the 3 polygons in battle stance.

Then it cuts to black, we see a yellow, bouncy font reading "CHAPTER 6: SMASH BALLS OF DOOM" as a cat-like deluxe Mii Brawler costume is shown in its idle animation and a compressed soundclip is heard going "What could possibly go wrong?"
SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X BUBSY
this song plays as Bubsy dodges Pac-Man's key and Sonic's spin-dash in Green Hill Zone using Feint Jump, then we see him in Onett jumping over a speeding Dillon who ends up launched straight into a car, then we see him throwing a Sticky Bomb at an orange Olimar-Kirby on blue Mementos, and finally it ends on a still frame of Bubsy running away from Sonic on Windy Hill. The side of the screen says "Includes a music track!"

Mii Fighter Costumes Wave 7: GolisoPower Edition:

We are treated to a part of Luigi's Mansion, where the Yuri Kozukata filter is spread around the edges of the screen. Loud footsteps are heard, and a large pair of black boots walk on-frame. The camera zooms out to see a Mii Brawler in a black trench coat and a black fedora on his head.

Mr. X (Brawler)

The Mr. X Mii Brawler is shown with a scene of him chasing after a Snake on Shadow Moses Island, then again on the foyer level of Luigi's Mansion chasing after a Zero Suit Samus. This portion of the trailer ends with Mr. X next to Link, who is fighting a Rathalos on Gaur Plains.

Foreman Spike (Swordfighter)

A clip of a Foreman Spike Mii Costume for the Swordfighter is shown, swinging a small hammer-sword to fight a Donkey Kong on 75m. He is then seen smashing walls and bombs on the Wrecking Crew stage before a freeze-frame of him with Mario and Luigi is shown.

Primid (Universal)

A clip of a horde of Primids is shown fighting the Brawl cast on many various locations shown in The Subspace Emissary's campaign, with a Primid Brawler, a Sword Primid Swordfighter and a Scope Primid as the Gunner. They are then in a freeze-frame with themselves and Bayonetta (Referencing the Tabuu Spirit) together.

Cuts to black. As the music starts flaring up, there is a lingering shot of Yggdrasil on the Altar stage, as the following texts are shown:

"We shall always remember the day...

When Ori traveled to a new world...

One filled with wonderous lands...

And warriors to test his limits..."

Then, a Mii Costume in a familiar costume hops on-stage, ready to do battle.

The trailer shows the Ori Brawler Costume battling on Gaur Plains against Ganondorf in one scene, then in another on Midgar where an Ori Swordfighter bearing the Spirit Edge from Will of the Wisps is jumping upwards to avoid Leviathan's flood attack. There is a final freeze-shot of Ori, in his Mii Gunner costume with Sein in his hand and ready to engage a giant Dark Pit in the midst of the Reset Bomb Forest.

The trailer begins with the newcomer (Crash Bandicoot) walking around Castle Seige, before noticing a bomb drop - to which he runs off in fear, with a Mii Gunner resembling Dr. Neo Cortex, complete with giant N and fuzzy hair, coming out of the explosion
(the splash screen is skipped as it is the same series as the newcomer)
This song plays as Dr. Neo Cortex uses a variety of moves to make short work of enemies, no specific references here apart from the freeze frame, which shows him with green DK and a tiny dark blue Min Min.

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X TINGLE
This song plays as a Tingle Mii Brawler is seen taunting on the Balloon Fight stage, sleeping with a flower on his head on Fountain of Dreams and fighting Young Link on Great Bay. The freeze frame references FPTRR's box art with his first jump animation being seen on the bottom left area of Great Cave Offensive

SUPER SMASH BROS. UTLIMATE X ANGRY BIRDS
This song plays as Miis wearing Angry Bird and Bad Piggy hats jump around, a Mii wearing a Red Bird hat destroys a top floor of Luigi's Mansion, sending a Bad Piggy Mii who was on the roof falling into the Bird Mii's punch, a Matilda hat Mii throws a beastball downwards on Green Greens, as a Boomerang Bird Mii dodges it, sending it into another Piggy, and finally a freeze frame of the original 4, including 3 tiny Blues Miis, is shown - the side of the screen says "7 hats for the price of 1!"

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X DOOM
This song plays as a Mii Gunner wearing the outfit of 1993 Doomguy is seen, with the face, obviously resembling the Doom HUD, barely visible, on the fire portion of Castle Siege. It then cuts to him on Norfair throwing a giant red Ridley, before launching a fully charged Charge Shot into him. It then shows a Mii Brawler wearing the fabled Cacodemon hat on Shadow Moses creeping up on Doomguy, before he responds with a side Smash, the freeze frame shows Doomguy doing the "gun into ground" taunt while two Caco-Miis taunt. The side of the screen says "Buy both for a music track!"

"IT'S TIME FOR THE MOMENT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!" the announcer shouts, before singing a song comprising entirely of "Da-da-da" (shortened considerably compared to its original version) as two new Mii costumes zoom in from a starburst background, when they're fully visible the announcer continues to shout "NON-GAME MII COSTUMES!"
SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS/DRAGON BALL Z
This song plays as a SpongeBob Mii Gunner costume, with the Krusty Krab hat covering fully the head and a tube of bubbles as a gun, and a non-deluxe Goku Mii Brawler costume prepare to face down on Final Destination, it then cuts to SpongeBob, teamed up with a generic Mii using the Krusty Krab hat as a well, hat, fighting a tiny green Kirby and blue R.O.B. on Pirate Ship - using Charge Blast and Absorbing Vortex, followed by Goku using a Soaring Axe Kick to take out Yoshi, then using a Feint Jump Kick on a purple Lucario on Mario Galaxy. It ends with a freeze frame of the Saiyan and invertebrate having a burger eating contest on Spring Stadium

In the Sakurai segment afterwards, he explains that these two costumes are a one-off, and there will not be any more non-game content from that point forwards.

So this trailer will start without the typical Smash logo at the beginning. That's because, like Joker's reveal, the surprise here will be that it's a Smash reveal, but not the character. This will be shown off in the middle of a Nintendo direct.

We start with Steve walking around in the plains of a Minecraft world (Yes, It's a reveal for Steve)
Suddenly, Steve gets hit by an arrow and dies. The camera pans to reveal who did it... It's Link... but as a Minecraft character?

What this reveals is a mash-up pack between The Legend of Zelda and Minecraft. (Don't worry, Smash will come later) We see the overworld, Hyrule transported straight into Minecraft. We see Eldin inspired by BOTW, Kakariko inspired by ALTTP, Zora's Domain inspired by OOT, and much more. We also see a few mobs, like zombies who look like Bokoblins, in a Bokoblin camp straight out of BOTW, Chickens looking like Cuccos in Lon Lon Ranch, and some squids resembling Octorocks swimming in the sea.

Once the showcase is over, we see Steve in front of Hyrule castle, with Link right next to him. Link drops what looks like a small piece of paper on the ground, for Steve. Steve looks at it, and it's revealed to be... A Smash invitation! Right above the letter it says the words:

So anyways, his gameplay trailer is revealed at Minecon, along with these Mii Costumes:

1. SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE X YOSHI'S CRAFTED WORLD
We see gameplay of a Mii Brawler wearing a Yarn Poochy hat on the Super Happy Tree stage. He's fighting off a hoard of tiny Piranha Plants, before using a special move to KO a normal Piranha Plant
Then, on the Yoshi's Island (Brawl) stage, a Mii Gunner grabs Bowser Jr and tosses him the other way, before using an up smash on a large Bowser.
Finally, on the Final Destination version of Yoshi's Story, another Mii Brawler with the hat starts to run from Dark Samus. Yoshi is also running, following the MIi

2. SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE X RHYTHM HEAVEN
We're on the Final Destination version of Suzaku Castle. A Mii Brawler in the new Karate Joe outfit is standing still, when a barrel falls. He simply punches it out of the way. The same thing happens with a crate and a soccer ball.
Then, we cut to the Pictochat stage. He starts to run, then KO's Wii Fit Trainer with a dash attack. Afterwards, a small grey Kirby, normal grey Kirby and large grey Kirby appear next to him, and taunt at the same time as Karate Joe does

3. SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE X ZOMBIES ATE MY NEIGHBORS!
We start on Windy Hill Zone, where Ganondorf, holding a Death's Scythe is chasing after Pichu. But then, a Mii Gunner dressed as Zeke from Zombies Ate My neighbors drops in, and KO's him. He then runs past Pichu, off screen. When he goes past Pichu, Pichu seemingly disappears along with the effect that happens when you eat food.
Then, we cut to Golden Plains where the Zeke costume is holding a ray gun. He runs forward and shoots two small Ganondorfs, then jumps up on a platform and shoots two others. Then, he does a forward tilt the other way, to KO RIdley

4. SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE X GHOSTS 'N GOBLINS
Keeping up with the "horror" theme, the next costume is the golden armor from the Ghosts 'n Goblins series. We see a Mii Swordfighter running quickly. He then jumps twice, and then does a down smash on a tiny grey Kirby. When he reaches the ground, a giant red Ridley is in the air, which he runs past.
Then, on the Dracula's Castle stage, we see him use a forward smash to kill a large Ganondorf. Afterwards, Pac-Man's key falls on the ground, which he picks up.

5.
First off we see Samus and Simon walking on the Great cave Offensive stage. They turn around and see two Mii Costumes: Quote and Curly Brace!

The trailer opens where Incineroar's left off, with the reptiles dazed on the ground and Villager sitting on Incineroar's shoulder, implying it may have been a tag-team effort, to thunderous applause, then a yarn ball quietly falls onto the ring, and suddenly, the light setup falls onto the stadium, sending Bowser Jr. and K. Rool into the Jumbotron, while Incineroar and Villager just nimbly escape, and look up from the edge of the ring at the new fighter, as a deafening sound of boos swarms the air, the newcomer pumps his fist in the air then points at his head "what could possibly go wrong?!"

BUBSY gets up, claws, and purr-sonal!

Incineroar groans and Villager looks on in confusion before this plays and it cuts to gameplay footage of the egotistical feline making snarky quips while fighting a variety of opponents using atoms; gliding; NERF guns; and, of course, gliding, and we even see the Furbitten Planet stage, as well as Bubsy's Final Smash where he wraps up his foes in a giant yarn ball!

The trailer ends in CG once more, with Bubsy grabbing Incineroar and Villager in a glide and throwing the two straight into the jumbotron, breaking it once and for all, he lands on the ground to even louder boos and hisses, posing gleefully, before looking back noticing Mac, Ken, Rool, Jr, Incineroar and Villager standing on recovery platforms angrily "Uh oh..." he fearfully groans, facing them directly, not even noticing that behind him, every single other character who has a HD trailer model is also ready to make a bobcat sandwich, we only see him fearfully shifting his eyes a little to the left before the trailer ends, leaving Bubsy's reaction and the outcome of the 76-on-1 a mystery.

Cross flair intro

The trailer starts with Chrom and Robin on a pilgrimage. They trek up a large mountain before reaching the summit, and there, off in the distance, was a glorious castle bathing in light. The camera then cuts to inside the hallways of the castle, where Robin and Chrom soak in the architecture of the castle. Suddenly, Robin's intuition kicks in and he tackles Chrom, which spares him the fate of a large golden weapon that would've taken the Exalt's head. They look back up and see a large warrior in golden armor, his obscured face no doubt glaring at the intruders. Chrom and Robin take out their respective weapons and begin charge forwards. Just before either side can strike, a new figure plummets from the above and strikes him in the head with a sword of his own, the blow knocking the enemy to the floor and disintegrating. The Ylisseans, while relieved of one less threat, look up to their supposed savior, who stands straight and turns towards the two, a look of conviction no doubt under his helmet.

THE CHOSEN UNDEAD Gets Rolling!

The Chosen Undead is then shown in the Smash engine, where he performs the "Quiet Resolve" gesture for an idle animation, and charges forwards. The character is shown to have a precision-oriented bait-and-punish playstyle that makes quick work of multiple opponents. We then see a Chosen Undead crouching in front of a giant Palutena in the Garreg Mach Monastery stage before the camera cuts to the Chosen Undead's UI showing an icon showing an Estus Flask as well as a green meter that slowly depletes as the Undead runs. We then see him use a parry on Ridley's Skewer before closing in with a brutal Riposte of his own, which causes the Space Pirate to explode like in a Stamina match. We are then shown to a prolonged shot of Anor Londo, the stage for Smash Bros, which has a simple layout. The Chosen Undead's Final Smash is then shown, using the White Dragon Breath to catch Robin and Chrom before summoning the Phantoms of Solaire of Astora, Paladin Leeroy and Maneater Mildred, who go all-out in attacking the two before the Chosen Undead finishes it off with a Sunlight Spear that strikes them both.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Dark Souls

The two Shepherds are worn down, tired from their battle, whereas the Chosen Undead continues to appear unaffected. The Chosen then puts away his weapons and lights a nearby Bonfire before motioning over to the two to rest near it. The two warily accept before the Undead pours two chalices from his Estus Flask and gives one to each of them. As they rest for a bit, the two begin to recover from their injuries thanks to the Estus.

As runs in for the finishing blow, Euden’s eyes turn red, and the wind intensifies (which blocks with his shield). His Dragon Pulse quickening, a green aura surrounds him and he transforms into his pactbound dragon, Midgardsormr.

The Mario 2 credits theme plays as we see a montage of classic NES games - Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, Kid Icarus, Ice Climber, and finally Super Mario Bros. - then it cuts to live action footage of all 5 games on a store shelf, an off-screen child is heard saying "I want to play these games!", as an off-screen mother says "it's just a fad, it'll rot your brain!" - then the song becomes orchestral as it cuts to an in-store demo of R.O.B. "why don't you buy this toy robot instead?" "mum, that comes with the Nintendo!" "hmm... then maybe we could sort something out..." - the orchestra increases in intensity as it zooms in on the robot

"R.O.B. brings the Gyro-might!"

Game A plays as we see R.O.B. in battle, mostly on NES related stages and against fighters from NES games.

The trailer ends silently with the kid at home, still off screen, playing Gyromite - as the camera pans to the Zapper and a cartridge of Duck Hunt lying on the carpet.

Who's The Girl Next Door?
The trailer opens with a close-up of Wario's butt, and a small poot coming out. Wario lies down on a sofa in a Sid sorta way while Waluigi picks his nose, waiting for something - anything - to happen.

DING DONG!

Wario wakes up from his slumber and Waluigi jumps out of his skin (not literally) - Wario shoulder-bashes open the door to his house and looks up, expecting a foreboding foe, while Waluigi walks out more calmly and quickly looks down with scepticism, while Wario then looks down, still annoyed. We see the shadow of a little girl with giant ponytails staring upwards. Waluigi is confused as to just who this could be, while Wario crosses his arms, slightly less annoyed.

The girl jumps from the shadows, revealing the pink-haired Villager girl was behind the ruse! she starts giggling, as cheery sound effects play, suddenly a magic aura appears around her and she is thrown to the side - a little girl similar to the silhouette appears with a wand that turns into a demon-like figure

Ashley and Red cast a hex on you!

Wario holds his clenched fist while Waluigi worriedly signals to Wario that he's gonna get bodied, the Brawl Ashley's Song remix plays as it cuts to gameplay.

At the end of the trailer it returns to CG. Ashley sits on a bench next to the Villager girl, a text box appears from the Villager: "Truth be told I only did that prank because I wanted you to show up!" - Ashley sighs and says "get out of my face..."



It's Pizza Time!
The trailer opens with a close-up of Wario's butt, and a small poot coming out. Wario lies down on a sofa in a Sid sorta way while Waluigi's stomach rumbles and Ashley tries to increase the size of a chocolate bar, resulting in it exploding into chunks.

Waluigi opens the door to see the silhouette of a chef with a very large jaw, Ashley walks over begrudgingly while Red flies over, squealing with excitement. Waluigi, in pure hype, knocks on the toilet to tell Wario, after getting no response he opens the door to see the phone using a "funny fart button" app, but Wario is nowhere to be seen, he goes back out the front and sees Wario laughing, filled with schadenfruede, Waluigi simply groans before Wario gets strangled and suplexed into a star KO

It's Pizza Time! plays as gameplay footage is shown

At the end of the trailer, Wario is seen with a black eye and multiple bruises, grinning after saying "I love it!" - his teeth shatter to the point where you can clearly read the words "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Pizza Tower" in their cracks.

The DK Crew and Banjo are stunned, but they quickly look up, as they hear the sound of propellers.
Camera pans to Mario riding the Odyssey then immediately to Sonic riding Tails' Tornado.
They simultaneously jump to the island and face Crash with fighting stances. Banjo sneakily, in a way you might miss if you blink, also confronts Crash.
Mario then states a new line: "It's-a 'bout time!" (Reference to Crash 4's Subtitle)

The Pokémon Stadium is fired up with excitement as are summoned in a 6-man team to battle a single opponent. The music stops as the opponent's Poké Ball is thrown onto the battlefield, and the challenger reveals itself. The light emitting from the opened Poké Ball turns into a small bunny-like shape; the bunny hops onto the ground with fiery pads, ready to face their opponents. And it's...

This song plays as the screen cuts to text reading "Sonic goes back in time!"

It then shows gameplay footage of the new blue blur - using the Boost as a new side B, Using a Drop Dash in the air, which functions like the Spin Charge move, followed by the Spin Dash on the ground, which functions more like the Spin Dash move. It then shows multiple of Sonic's non-special moves, both changed and unchanged, as well as Sonic's new, colourful alternate costumes, and the Knuckles AT's revised classic appearance on Green Hill Zone, with Classic Tails, Mighty, and Ray running in the loop in the background

We are treated to Garreg Mach Monastery's church section and shows a large golden Dedede standing still. After a while, a Mii Swordfighter with a spear in place of the sword wearing golden lion-themed armor lands in front of Dedede as he taunts.

Ornstein (Swordfighter)

The Mii of Ornstein is shown in a prolonged fight with Link with Dedede accompanying him that persists throughout until it freezes on a giant Ornstein performing an U-tilt on Marth.

Chell (Gunner)

A Mii Fighter of Chell is revealed fighting against three R.O.B.s and is teleported by an Abra before shooting all of them. The clip then freezes on Chell as she's carrying a giant cybernetic crate in her hands.

Mr. Sandman (Brawler)

The scene then shows a Mii Brawler of Mr. Sandman beating the everloving tar out of Little Mac on Boxing Ring before it cuts to Mr. Sandman smashing up the Wrecking Crew stage before it cuts to him with a raised fist as multiple ring-fight-themed characters lie in defeat.

Cuts to black. Fades into Luigi's Mansion Omega with the Yuri Kozukata camera filter. Terry is walking around on the stage slowly before he is suddenly hit with a Pitfall Trap. Just as this happens, it comes to the first-person perspective of something slowly walking up to Terry from behind before poising to strike him. Just as he hits, it fades to black for a bit as Terry's Star KO is heard. The camera fades back in as Terry lays sprawled on the ground before a Mii Swordfighter in a horrific-looking costume.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Dead by Daylight
The Trapper (Swordfighter) [COMES WITH A NEW REMIX]

The newly-revealed costume for Evan MacMillan, otherwise known as the Trapper, is shown in motion, chasing after multiple normal-looking fighters such as Little Mac and Ken. We then see the Trapper pick up a Mr. Saturn and throw it into a P.K. Fire burning in front of a giant Ridley before it lets out a roar. The Trapper walks off and the camera cuts to a freeze-frame of a crawling Snake trying to escape the Trapper, who is about to strike.

A Mii Fighter of Chell is revealed fighting against three R.O.B.s and is teleported by an Abra before shooting all of them. The clip then freezes on Chell as she's carrying a giant cybernetic crate in her hands.

Mr. Sandman (Brawler)

The scene then shows a Mii Brawler of Mr. Sandman beating the everloving tar out of Little Mac on Boxing Ring before it cuts to Mr. Sandman smashing up the Wrecking Crew stage before it cuts to him with a raised fist as multiple ring-fight-themed characters lie in defeat.

Cuts to black. Fades into Luigi's Mansion Omega with the Yuri Kozukata camera filter. Terry is walking around on the stage slowly before he is suddenly hit with a Pitfall Trap. Just as this happens, it comes to the first-person perspective of something slowly walking up to Terry from behind before poising to strike him. Just as he hits, it fades to black for a bit as Terry's Star KO is heard. The camera fades back in as Terry lays sprawled on the ground before a Mii Swordfighter in a horrific-looking costume.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Dead by Daylight
The Trapper (Swordfighter) [COMES WITH A NEW REMIX]

The newly-revealed costume for Evan MacMillan, otherwise known as the Trapper, is shown in motion, chasing after multiple normal-looking fighters such as Little Mac and Ken. We then see the Trapper pick up a Mr. Saturn and throw it into a P.K. Fire burning in front of a giant Ridley before it lets out a roar. The Trapper walks off and the camera cuts to a freeze-frame of a crawling Snake trying to escape the Trapper, who is about to strike.

I'm surprised that you'd give Dead By Daylight the remix and not Portal, given how well-known Portal is for its ending credits songs. (and its music in general is pretty good)

Then again, for Dead By Daylight, the only music that I remember would be the main menu theme and this. (I'm a Myers main)

Realizing that he might miss if he uses it the intended way, sucks out the banana from the bottom, and uses the peel like a boomerang as he tosses it to where the finish line is. tries to stop himself, but to no avail; he’s too fast to brake and then slips on the banana peel. The momentum sends him flying high and he lands in mud. laughs as he thinks he’s about to win, but then notices another racer in his right mirror. The mysterious race skids through mud and covers in it, causing him to fall over. The racer claims 1st place while claims 2nd place. The racer then jumps over a ramp and does a peace sign.

It then shows a scene with Alucard picking up a Killing Edge and getting faster attack speed before there's a final shot of him facing off against Dracula.

We see a large white-haired Ganondorf standing by himself in Castle Siege's volcano portion. We hear the sounds of someone hitting something before a Crate on Wheels rams into Ganondorf and sends him flying. Afterwards, a Mii Brawler in a white and red suit, with black hair and sunglasses runs onstage and stays on for a moment.

We are then shown the newly revealed Helltaker Mii Brawler fighting his way through hordes of Zombies and tiny Ganondorfs before reaching a black-clad Zelda. Then we see a scene where he's kicking away at crates on Midgar before Bahamut ZERO's Teraflare consumes him. We then see a final shot of the Mii Brawler and various Smash women in either black and/or red (Except Palutena, who remains white and gold) celebrating the Helltaker's representation.

The trailer begins with an establishing shot of the Wild Area in Galar, where a Smash invite is floating along with the wind, much like in Min Min's and Terry's trailers. A Corviknight who is resting atop a tree wakes up and spots the Smash invite, its glowing red eyes widening. It flies upwards and its claws grip the invite as it lets out a caw in victory. Suddenly, large wooden roots strike the Raven Pokemon and cause it to plummet to the earth, where a Rillaboom starts charging to reach it. Just as it begins to grip the invite, a fireball strikes his hand, catching the Rillaboom's attention towards a Cinderace, who is looking as smug as can be. It runs along the ground, ready to use another Pyro Ball, only to feel limp and crumple to the floor from a strike from Urshifu. Soon enough, practically every powerful Pokemon in the Galar Region is in an all-out brawl with one another over the Smash invite, until suddenly, things turn for the strange.

A squeak is heard and the Pokemon stop brawling, looking for the source. Eventually, a Toxtricity calls to its opponents and points towards the invite, the crowd slowly looks down and they see...a white, ice-clad worm with the very Smash invite in its mandibles. The group of Pokemon look confused at the little creature before it tosses its invite up and shoots icy threads at the face of a Dragapult, causing it to stumble before the worm reels itself in and smashes its icy carapace against its face. It then bounces off Zacian, Intelleon, Galarian Darmanitan and Calyrex before landing on the ground gracefully, much to the shock of everyone. The worm turns around and lets out a squeak, introducing itself as...

"Snom, Snom!"

SNOM Worms Its Way In!?

In a drastic and unexpected turn of events, the Bug/Ice-type Worm Pokemon is revealed to be a fighter and shows in-game footage of one of its taunts, which is eating snow and giving its spikes a nice shine. It then shows a surprisingly powerful moveset that, in spite of its tiny physique and usually slow movements, is actually a heavy-hitter. It shows Pichu walking up to Snom, showing it to be even smaller than the Baby Mouse Pokemon before it shows its Specials, which include Struggle Bug, Powder Snow, and even Attract. It then shows the Wild Area as a stage, showing travel between different areas before showing Snom's Final Smash, which has it Dynamax and let out a loud screech that causes a massive swarm of Snom to swarm the stage and lay waste to anything in their path.

No smash logo-but we do see a black screen. As the E10+ logo fades in, the camera shows a live action scene. It's a window of a child's bedroom. There's rain all around, and its audibly and visibly storming. We see a kid inside, playing a game on their Switch. When we switch camera angles to see the screen, we can see that they're playing an online match of Smash Ultimate. The young Yoshi player broke their opponents shield, as they exclaim "Yes!". They position themselves and wind up a forward smash, but then-
Connection Lost.
No Contest.
"What? I almost had him!" They exclaim. At the same moment the error pops up, the child's lights go out and a conundrum is heard around the house, their family surprised at the power outage. "Mom, what happened to the power?" The kid yells.
"It's the storm, honey. We're going to call the electric company, but it will probably be a few hours until it comes back on."
Sigh. The kid pulls their laptop up from the floor onto their bed and open it. They type away on Google Chrome, but to no avail-we see the no internet dinosaur at the side of the screen. The kid taps the space bar, and the dino jumps to life, and starts running across the desert, as the kid helps him jump over cacti and duck under pterodactyls. The camera pans over to his alarm clock, which reads 4:15. Then it's suddenly 5:30. The kid is doing really well (it isn't just one continuous run btw), and has an extremely high score-but then the dinosaur stops, in an animation we've never seen from him. The kid loses control of his dino, mashing the up and down keys but to no avail. "What?" they ask. The dinosaur walks forward, into a cave that the kid has never seen before. The dino walks along the interior of the cave, much slower than he was going previously. Then, finally, he stops at a treasure chest. The kid is super confused now, and has begun filming it with his smartphone. The chest opens, and out comes a small, white, rectangular sprite. After a few, tense seconds, the sprite spins around, and there it is-the Smash invitation! The dinosaur jumps up, bites the envelope and holds it there, and runs off in search of the fight.

Spoiler: Unbanishing A Legend

The trailer opens in ancient ruins. The camera pans out: we can see five hallways: from left to right: one that resembles an ancient castle, one that appears to be made of raw steel, one coated in ice, one that resembles pure, uncut rock ,and one that looks immensely high tech. Wario, looking very exhausted but also happy, walks out of the ice chamber and looks in a sack he is holding over his shoulder. A glimmering shine emanates from it: we see gems galore, as well as small chunks of the five elements from the chambers. Wario lets out a hearty laugh, but suddenly the floor fall apart and Wario falls down (uttering an "oh my gosh" and "waaaa". When Wario finds solid ground, he looks around until he sees a statue at the end of the room. Wario walks up to it, and tries to pick it up (it would be a lovely decoration), but then it's seven eyes start glowing. Wario, shocked, starts stumbling away, until he realises how slow it's started moving. He calms down and starts walking away for about 5 seconds, but then the "statue" gets a massive boost in speed and uppercuts Wario, sending him flying upwards. This splash screen then appears:

Cross slash intro

The trailer begins with a city at night, the moon bright and yellow in the air, the sounds of chaos ringing in the air. The camera pans down to the hilltop overlooking the city, an armored figure looking down as the battle on the streets rages. The camera then zooms in towards the city and shows Cloud on his Fenrir bike, navigating through the streets as Ridley attempts to incinerate him with his Plasma Breath. Cloud deflects a few with the Buster Sword, and weaves around a few others, the fireballs melting half of passing cars and scorching buildings. Cloud jumps off and launches a Blade Beam at the Space Pirate, who whizzes past it and reaches to grab Cloud, only for him to smash the blunt side of the Buster Sword into the side of his head, causing him to careen to a building on the side. Cloud lands back on the Fenrir and looks back at the crash site before looking back forwards, only for him to crash into an Iron Block planted by Steve, who drops a lit block of TNT down towards his location. Cloud knocks the TNT back upwards and jumps upwards, only for Steve to Elytra-glide into Cloud's torso at full force, sending him careening into another nearby building. The former SOLDIER props himself back up on the Buster Sword as Steve and the now-recovered Ridley menacingly walk up to him. Cloud just barely makes it up and attempts to engage the two, only for the wall behind him to explode, a massive storm of wind causing chunks of rock to fly towards the Cunning God of Death and the World Crafter, who attempt to brave it only for them to be blasted into the wall behind them. Cloud looks behind himself and sees a blonde knightess with a golden blade that soon seems to vanish, only leaving distortion to cloak it. The figure walks up next to Cloud as she looks towards Ridley and Steve, who seem to recover themselves and glare at her. She turns to Cloud.

"Can you still fight?"

Cloud lifts his Buster Sword, taking a bit more effort due to the Elytra-attack from earlier, but nods curtly.

"Then come. We shall fight them together!"

SABER Is Summoned To Battle!

The trailer then cuts to gameplay of Saber, the King of Knights, as she flourishes her currently-invisible sword. We then see her moveset, which heavily involves wind boxes and mana attacks. We then see her stage, Fuyuki City, which transports to multiple locations before showing a battle with Saber, Byleth, Ganondorf and Link. We then see her Final Smash, her signature attack Excalibur, as she creates a massive golden blade above her before striking down with the force of a meteor, destroying everyone on-stage.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Fate/stay night

We cap off with Ridley, sprawled on the floor, and multiple floating items indicating Steve didn't win either, as Saber and Cloud put away their respective weapons. Suddenly, Saber recoils in pain and falls to her knees. Cloud whirls towards her and kneels down, checking if she's okay as she grips her stomach.

"Z-Zounds...it seems I am faced with a new foe!"

Cloud looks around, his hand returning to the grip of his Buster Sword.

"No, it is not...one that can be seen..."

Cloud turns his attention back to Saber.

"It would seem...that now, hunger is the enemy!"

Cloud face faults, all tension in the scene vanishing and giving way to humor. At that moment, Shirou Emiya arrives and sees Saber, who helps her up and brings her somewhere for a good bite, leaving Cloud trying to recover from the drastic tonal shift.

The trailer starts with Link on Castle Siege, wandering for a bit until a Mii Swordfighter in a fluted suit of armor jumps from behind and attacks him.

The Fluted Armor is shown as it fights off a giant Ridley on Find Mii, then we see him chasing a tiny gold K. Rool for a bit before showing a freeze shot of him fighting the Black Knight Assist Trophy.

Flamelurker (Brawler)
We are then shown a costume for the Flamelurker, who possesses flame effects unique to the costume. He jumps down onto the volcano portion of Castle Siege and charges towards the Fluted Mii Swordfighter. It then charges a Side Smash on Brinstar Depths and causes an explosion before we see a giant Flamelurker Mii Brawler roaring triumphantly over a dead Mii Swordfighter in Fluted Armor

Lloyd (Swordfighter)
Here, we see footage of the returning Lloyd Costume alongside Heihachi.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Rhythm Heaven
Karate Joe (Brawler)
Here we see a Mii Brawler of Karate Joe from Rhythm Heaven, who's seen punching Piranha Plants rhythmically jumping towards him before punching away a Soccer Ball. We then see a freeze shot of Karate Joe passing for the camera.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Metal Slug
Marco Rossi (Gunner)
Here, a new SNK costume in the form of one of the playable characters of Metal Slug is shown. We see him throwing one of Snake's Grenades back at one of them, then we cut to another scene where he's fighting alongside a yellow Ken who helps fight off a bunch of yellow Kirbies. We then cut to a still shot of himself with characters standing in for the other three characters.

Fade to black. A camera shot lingers on it for a moment before we are shown Dracula's Castle. We see Richter, who is slowly walking all by himself in the dark stage, who then stops at the sound of footsteps. He turns around, and we cut to his POV, where we can only see darkness. After what feels like forever, a grotesque monster with a gaping maw appears from the shadows towards him. We see this new Mii Costume for a little bit before Richter turns around and runs away before it cuts away back to black as Richter's Star KO scream is heard.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate X Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Servant Grunt (Brawler) [NEW TRACK]
The Servant Grunt, who is then seen alongside Dracula, shambles towards Luigi, who crouches and starts crawling away in an attempt to look away from it. We then see multiple Servant Grunts on a rampage against other victims of scary circumstances before we see a final freezing close-up of the beast's grotesque face. It is also shown that the song heard is also a new track coming with the costume.

 

[Wario Wario Wario]

"Four-eyes in Fourside"
Ness and Lucas are walking through Fourside in the day. Ness' stomach grumbles, he communicates to Lucas with a burger appearing in a thought bubble, while Lucas looks quite reluctant - Ness grabs Lucas' hand and rushes around until he finds a garbage can. Ness pokes his hand inside and feels for any leftover food, much to Lucas' disgust. He picks out a burger and uses his PSI to clean it up for consumption, all the while poking back in in search of a slimy side order, represented by fries in a thought bubble. Much to his shock, he just so happens to rip out a piece of white hair - disgusting Lucas even more!

Suddenly, we shift to a perspective of someone or something coming out of the trash can with the camera slightly obscured around their eyelids as if the perspective was that of someone who's angry, they see Ness and they eyelids lift as their imagination goes wild - suddenly Pac-Man-shaped eyes, a thinner striped shirt, bandanna, ocarina and inhaler appear on Ness, before it poofs back to reality and Ness looks at the camera with curiosity.

We then cut to Ness' perspective and see a boy his age with identically coloured hair to the ripped hair and circular glasses rise up from the trash can, extremely nervous as opposed to angry, once again we return to an imagination POV as his hair turns yellow and glasses turn square. You can see Ness' hand holding out to the white-haired boy, which he happily holds. It then returns to 2nd person as Ness and Lucas both pat the spectacled boy's back, to which he wipes a tear off his face.

LLOYD drops a bombshell!

It then shows rockets coming out of his trash can and homing on to a yellow helicopter, causing it to explode, interrupting a jeer of "Spankity spankity spankity" and shocking all 3 boys

It then ends with a view of the 3 boys cheerfully running around the city from the other side of the road, while on the camera's side of the road a figure with red boots and black trousers mopes off, dragging his orange and blue swords across the pavement.

is walking along a beach with Navi. The two notice a wrecked ship along the shoreline and find an unconscious young man with red hair and armor. The young man regains consciousness....just as the two are attacked by a group of 's. blocks the Ptooie onslaught, but one of the 's sprays it Poison Breath at the two; the red-haired boy charges forward and slices several 's to pieces (while the rest flee).

The trailer starts on Wuhu Island, where an Incineroar is wandering. After focusing on the Incineroar, a Mii Swordfighter with a bat walks up to him and smashes them away.

Mike Jones (Swordfighter)

We are treated to Mike Jones, the protagonist of StarTropics, beating up a bunch of Fighters that reflect the StarTropics enemies, before freezing on Mike surrounded by Bananas and banana-related items.

Jago (Brawler)

We are then shown a Mii costume of Jago, donning his KI Classic outfit, who engages in battle with a red Yoshi and is shown performing a massive barrage of attacks, referencing the Ultra Combos. We then see a frozen shot of Jago on a Stage Builder stage where Ridley, representing Gargos, plummets from a portal to try and strike him.

Mumbo Jumbo (Swordfighter)

On Spiral Mountain, Mumbo Jumbo jumps on-stage and flourishes his staff. We see him traveling with Banjo & Kazooie, and we also see him in Wrecking Crew surrounded by various metal objects before cutting to a freeze shot of him sleeping near the house on Jungle Japes.

Quiet (Gunner)

We see in Garden of Hope, a costume of Quiet, who hides away from multiple Snakes. We see her crouching near a large crate before she strikes a Captain Falcon with her gun. We then see a freeze shot of her and Snake on Great Bay, representing the hub world from MGSV.

Fade into black. We are shown to a MASSIVE Ridley in slumber, a black-clad Zelda crouching behind him. We then hear the sound of a sword attack charging, waking Ridley up before the dragon is struck by a blade owned Mii Swordfighter in the guise of a red-clad knight.

Dirk the Daring (Swordfighter)

We see Dirk the Daring fighting off small white Kirbies while running off, then a scene in Castle Siege where he is fighting off multiple Piranha Plants. We then are shown a freeze shot of Dirk the Daring running off out of a castle with the black-clad Zelda from before, representing Princess Daphne.

This trailer idea I have is a hypothetical one for Smash 4 where we got Azura instead of Corrin, and Roy's return was saved for then.

Spoiler: Firewater

The trailer starts with duking it out on Coliseum, when suddenly....

"Youuuu are the ooocean's grey waaaves...."

...a water-imbued lance is thrown at the four, and the lady wielding it picks it back up.

Azura
Braves the Wave!

The trailer then becomes a gameplay montage of Azura's moveset, including a few snippets of her crouching next to and putting out 's "Here I come!" taunt with her down special. After using her Final Smash, a freeze frame of Azura using her down Dragon Vein on the new Opera House stage, which is then interrupted by a familiar voice yelling in Japanese:

"Don't forget about me!"

A youth then bursts through fire, and then appears on the Opera House.

"I've returned at last!

Roy
Seals the Deal!

The rest of the trailer then plays out exactly as Roy's trailer, but with a freeze frame of him clashing with Azura.
