I'll try my hand at this; one idea's been in my head since I tried playing through the character's game.

The trailer starts with a zoomed out view of Mario fighting Ryu on a nondescript cliff. The fight is CGI rather than gameplay, but it's clearly going badly for Mario. Ryu hits Mario with a Shoryuken, sending Mario flying back, but before he can hit the ground, someone catches him. They're dressed similarly to Ryu, but we don't get a clear look at his face; Mario tries, but the sun's directly behind them, so we only see a rather distinctive silhouette of their head.

Rather than setting Mario down, the character turns around, walking Mario over to the edge of the cliff as Ryu watches in confusion. The camera would conveniently block the newcomer's face from view.

And then Mario gets thrown off of the cliff by the newcomer. (the button prompt appearing is optional)

As Mario yells, the camera pans up to reveal Heihachi from Tekken laughing maniacally before his title card appears.

GET READY FOR THE NEXT BATTLE! HEIHACHI

Once the title card's vanished, Heihachi turns to face Ryu with a smirk on his face as his theme from Tekken 3 kicks in..

Cut to gameplay of Heihachi vs. Ryu on Battlefield as Heihachi demonstrates some of his normal attacks. We get a brief montage of gameplay showing him demonstrating his normals and specials against characters like Pac-Man, Little Mac, Zero Suit Samus, Pikachu, and Link. (seeing as Pac-Man's a fellow Namco character, Mac's a boxer, ZSS vaguely resembles Nina (another Tekken mainstay), Pikachu had some Mishima-inspired moves in Pokken, and both Link and Heihachi were guests in Soul Calibur 2)

As well, we get to see a Tekken assist trophy - no idea who this would be, though if I had to guess, it would be either Kazuya (in which case, it would be him attacking Heihachi), Jin (which would probably also be him attacking Heihachi), or Kuma (in which case it would be Kuma doing something goofy).

It would end with his Final Smash; while they could use the final smash of him strapping everyone to a rocket like in Playstation All-Stars, his finisher against Kazuya (spoilers for Tekken 7 are in the video, though I skipped to the relevant part) or a Ten Hit Combo could also work.

Cut back to CGI as Ryu and Heihachi do a cross counter. Sliding back, the two of them charge into the fray, but the game's title is shown before they land any more blows.

As a stinger, I'd think it would be something silly like having him taunt with the other villains.
I absolutely love this idea

I always love thinking of trailer reveal scenarios, so I thought of one that I ended up really liking.

Shadow echo and Tails newcomer reveal concept:

Fade into Green Hill Zone of a flicky going about, suddenly, shaking can be felt through the ground, the flicky then notices a vehicle coming at a high speed, it’s Captain Falcon speeding through Green Hill Zone in his Blue Falcon, he then flips the nitro to hit the famous loop.

After successfully clearing the loop, Falcon quietly praises himself, a mysterious silhouette then jumps on Falcon’s Blue Falcon, he notices the figure and suddenly the silhouette chops the windshield, Falcon jumps out of his vehicle before it crashes. A warping figure takes a shot at Falcon, followed by many other quick shots.

Falcon, now on the ground, has a dark hedgehog walk up slowly to him, as he walks to Falcon, I Am All of Me starts playing, pan from his skate shoes to his face, Shadow lets out a “hmph”-like chuckle and poses like he does before he kills eggman, black doom etc., then a splash screen, “Shadow Causes Chaos!”, hits Falcon across Green Hill with smoke trails trailing him and falling off-stage. Cuts to a montage of gameplay, but doesn’t show Sonic. After a little montage, Sonic crashes Shadow’s fun, they fight and at one point Shadow gains the upper hand and launches Sonic off stage, with the screen fading to black.

You then hear a hand grab (sound effect of Sonic grabbing Tails’ hands), fade back, with a rising sound effect of a helicopter sound, into Sonic opening his eyes looking up and smirking, camera pans back to Shadow a little surprised, then crossing his arms with a frowning smirk. Sonic lands grazing his nose while his partner, Tails, slowly lands and pulls out his Energy Ball cannon (from Sonic Battle) followed with a splash screen, “Tails Tinkers Away! [(Flys High!) i couldn't think of a witty splash screen], with This Way Out (Prison Lane) playing when the splash screen displays. Tails shoots an energy balls, and as it gets closer to the screen, the screen fades white and cuts to a gameplay montage. Ends with Sonic and Tails fist bumping, and then a huge shadow in the shape of the Death Egg Robot swallows the landscape with a voice coming from a speaker saying, “Ha Ha Ha Ha, if it isn’t Sonic!”, teasing Eggman will be a boss character.

After seeing Simon and Richter's reveal trailer, it gave me multitudes of ideas in terms of not just who to show in trailers but, how.
I expect Shadow to be an echo fighter, but I have little faith in Tails, who knows though. :^)

It starts with a panning shot of a waiting room lobby. Several confirmed and unconfirmed Assist Trophy characters are in the various seats. Waluigi is reading a newspaper (the headlines reading "Yoshi Indicted In Billion-Dollar Tax Fraud Scandal"). Shovel Knight and Ashley are playing chess (if you freeze frame it, you can see that Ashley is about to finish pulling ye ol' "win chess in four moves" trick). Alucard, Zero and Grey Fox are laid back, sipping drinks and making casual jokes about... idk, sigma's baldness or something. Lyn is taking a nap on one of the chairs with a pillow and everything. Chef Kawosaki is grilling burgers indoors (oof) humming the Butter Building theme. The panning shot ends at a door with a sign on it saying "NEWCOMER AUDITIONS: 30+ MINUTE WAIT. PLEASE TAKE A NUMBER." As it does so, Female Inkling busts out the door with gusto holding a certificate of some kind. The other characters applaud her, even the napping Lyn, as she walks past them out the front door, shaking everyone's hands and almost crying. She walks out the office front door, waving them goodbye, and a PA announcer goes "next!" The room goes silent as everyone's eyes turn to someone off-screen. The camera cuts to someone alone in a chair, everything but their silloette obscured by the darkness. The figure stands up, walking toward the camera, with the light revealing...

ADAM JENSEN Sneaks In! *"First and Last" starts playing*

The gameplay footage begins with Adam Jensen dropping down to Shadow Moses, beginning an Infolink conversation with Pritchard, which continues as the gameplay footage progresses, which also shows J.C. Denton as an echo Fighter and a stage taking place in Panchaea.

Go back to the cinematic, where it's now at Frigate Orpheon where Adam Jensen and Cloud are locking swords (well, Cloud's sword. Jensen's... arm machete thingy). However, they look toward the camera, both easing up on eachother before disengaging completely as the camera turns to another silhouette, this time revealing Dante from the Devil May Cry reboot, laughing at the audience as a shadowy figure approaches behind him. This person taps him on the shoulder, and knocks him out with a single punch. Cut to Cloud and Adam Jensen golf clapping the knockout as the camera turns to the

DANTE enters the Feature! *"Devil Trigger" starts playing*

Now it's gameplay footage of Dante, playing Reboot!Dante as an assist trophy. The trailer ends with showing Dante's final smash.

Cut to title, release date, all that jazz.

The stinger shows Reboot!Dante being thrown out of the auditions room, mouthing off at Sakurai and Dante, as the other assist trophies start to crowd around him. He looks over to them, and it cuts to most of the assist trophies looking at Reboot!Dante, and they're not happy. Trailer cuts to black, but you can hear sounds of the other assist trophies beating up their new coworker as the triumphant-sounding part of the intro theme to the original Deus Ex plays innoproiately in the background.

It begins with a codec conversation. Either Marth or Ike is furious that Snake abandoned them last game, with Snake explaining that he had something important to take care of, and that he'd find a way to make it up to Marth/Ike. Marth/Ike tells Snake that Ridley is up to something big at the Great Cave Offensive. Snake mentions that he "knows a guy..."

Cut to a cinematic. Ridley is tearing the Great Cave Offensive apart. Marth and Roy get slammed against a wall by Ridley's tail. R.O.B. shoves Lucina out of the way of a fire attack, catching on fire in the process. Female!Corrin tries to sneak up on Ridley, but is blocked by Ganondorf and they lock swords. Bowser throws Falco off a cliff, and is about to do the same to Diddy Kong before he is interrupted by a loud whistle. Bowser, Ridley and Ganondorf turn to the source...

RAIDEN rises to action! *"Rules of Nature" starts playing*

Gameplay footage starts with Raiden comboing Bowser, Ganondorf and Ridley on Great Cave Offensive. The "RULES OF NATURE!" bit is timed with Raiden using a charged smash attack that KOs Ridley off the stage. His MGS4 and MGS2 versions are revealed as alternate costumes.

Now the second cinematic, and it's back at Great Cave Offensive where Raiden has dealt with Bowser and Ridley. He enters a codec call with someone, presumably Snake, about how the operation went smoothly, as Ganondorf is getting back up from being Raiden and is about to stab him in the back, but Ganondorf is blocked by a blinding light wooshing in front of Ganondorf, sending him reeling. It cuts to the light as it hits a wall and stops; it's a keyblade. Cut to Ganondorf making an "Oh, crap" face as he sees the keyblade and slowly turns his head towards the direction it came from, with the opening notes of the techno version of "Simple & Clean" playing...

SORA has been Unlocked!

Now it's gameplay footage of Sora, and it also shows a bit of footage of a The World That Never Was stage, with all the Organization XIII members as stage hazards.

The trailer ends with a cinematic of Sora's Final Smash, Kingdom Hearts, as it shines that light that killed Ansem on Ganondorf, who lets out a hammy "NOOOOOOO" as the trailer fades to white.

Cut to title, release date, all that jazz.

The stinger is gameplay footage of Raiden getting Riku as an assist trophy with Male!Corrin and Dante* witnessing this, with the four looking at eachother going "huh?"

*=assuming this trailer would be coming out after the previously mentioned one.

Ok, got another idea for one - this one has a live-action framing device.

*Smash Logo*

We open on a young kid (~10) sitting at home playing Smash Bros. The kid's hairstyle/clothes are unmistakably early 2000s. He's playing Melee on a gamecube.

Another kid runs in with a magazine.

"Look at this!"
"WHOA!"
"Just get 20 KOs in Cruel Melee!"

Both kids start trying to play Cruel Melee, but keep getting KOd. They're frustrated. As they keep playing, the camera shows the cover of the magazine: EGM. We also see that it's April 1, 2002.

Quick montage showing time passing. We focus on the kid sleeping in his room (now in his 20s). He's got a fairly typical dorm room style bedroom, nothing out of the ordinary but a few Nintendo posters around. His desk is mostly clean save for a game cube controller connected to his docked Switch. On the wall is the current "Everyone is here" mural (nobody new added in). But on his desk is a small slip cut from the magazine - the picture that suggested Sonic and Tails could be unlocked in Melee

As the camera zooms in on it, there is a flash and it cuts to actual gameplay in Ultimate: Yoshi, Sonic, Luigi and Tails in a free-for-all on Green Greens. Tails KOs the rest of the characters. The announcer says "GAME!" and it goes to the win screen - but instead of doing the standard flash of color, it gives Tails'
splash screen after he poses.

Tails Spins in!

*Back to the results screen, where everyone gets to the 'press start to continue'*

*Cut to Tails gameplay montage*

*Ends on Ultimate logo*

After the logo disappears, we cut to the mural centered on Tails. The camera pulls back to show the same room in the same state, but now he's got a Sonic and Tails themed comforter and he's smiling in his sleep.

Gonna try one more:

Phoenix Wright, Miles Edgeworth, the Judge and Captain Falcon are in the courtroom (the trailer is stylized like the modern Ace Attorney games)

They're in a trial. Phoenix Wright is defending Captain Falcon from the accousation of speeding over 100% the allowed speed in a highway located in Lumiose City. Edgeworth presents really incriminating evidence, but Wright spots a really small contradiction.

(OBJECTION! Appears on screen)

Title card: PHOENIX gets his verdict!

-Gameplay-

"A lawyer is the one that stands aside people when they have no one around them!" Phoenix says that while showing his moveset. His moveset involves throwing papers, flashing his badge, using an "objection" counter and...

"Hey, Nick!" Maya appears: she's part of the psyche-locks attack (it's his grab)

"For the power of psychology!" Athena appears: her Mood Matrix unleashes a random elemental attack.

"On stage, you should hit the opponent with speed and ferocity!" Trucy appears, using assorted magic attacks

Some of his costumes, including his AA1-3 one, his AA4 one, the AA3 pink sweater (with the white mask), and one based on Godot (with the red visor and all)

Bowser then appears and gets an Assist Trophy capsule that summons Edgeworth, completely overtaking him and Captain Falcon with his objections.

-Goes back to the stylized cutscene-

Edgeworth teases Wright, asking if he's ready to give up.

(another OBJECTION! appears, but from a different person)

"Mr. Wright, don't give up!" - Apollo Justice appears

TITLE CARD: APOLLO Is Fine To Fight!

-Gameplay-

"My name is Apollo Justice, and I'M FINE!" - Gameplay of Apollo is shown. He's a Phoenix echo, with the main difference being a visual one in his grab: Maya is not present, and instead of Psychelocks, his bracelet traps the enemy.

"A lawyer is someone who smiles no matter how bad it gets!" - Phoenix then uses his Final Smash, which in where the character is trapped in a Divination Séance (from Spirit of Justice), and Phoenix objects to it.

-Game logo is shown, goes back to the cutscene-

Judge says he can't reach the verdict, so both the defense and the prosecution need to find the answer... In the battlefield. Court is adjourned!

Trailer - A Child’s Wish

The trailer starts with a kid Toad watching the end of a direct, looking sad. He looks down at a doll he’s holding, and then clutches it tightly, but we do not get a good look at it. He looks down at it momentarily and then hugs it. He places the doll on the table and moves over to a window. The child then clasps his hands and closes his eyes.

We cut to a heavenly location where a star forms in front of another star. The new star begins to move and becomes a shooting star. The other star begins to move in a different direction.

We cut back to the Toad who sees two shooting stars and is in awe of them. Suddenly, one of the stars comes crashing into his room and begins to float around until he stops over the doll. The star enters the body, and we finally see it is Geno. Then, the doll is enveloped in light and grows to be life-sized. Geno then begins to walk awkwardly until he gets a handle of his body.

The kid is in awe of what has happened, and smiles, as if realizing what happens. Geno smiles in return before the title card appears.

GENO GRANTS A WISH

Cut to a gameplay montage of Geno’s gameplay, including a moment where he blasts Mario hard off-stage.

As the trailer ends, it’s on the Toad’s tv similar to how trailer started. The Toad is now beaming with happiness.

I'll try my hand at this, or something around it. *is nervous*

Trailer Name: The Lightning Flash

It starts off with the cloudy skies being dark, thunder and lightning can be heard and seen respectively. Pit and Palutena are seen fighting Link and Zelda in a 2v2. Though Link does get Pit with a remote Bomb, Pit quickly gets the upper hand with an Upperdash Arm to the face, while Palutena and Zelda are even.
Before Pit defeats Link with his blades, a lightning bolt soon strikes Zelda first which takes her out, causing the others to look at the sky and be alert. Seconds later, a blue ball of electricity appears at super high speed which strikes Link right in the stomach (slow motion shows a blurry silhouette in the ball kicking him), which takes him out. Soon, three lightning bolts strike around Pit's direction, but miss as the angel is familiar with who's behind this (without saying names). It turned out to be a distraction, as the blue ball of electricity appeared and crashed into Palutena next from low elevation (who was holding her shield up) and electrocuted her. Unlike the others, she isn't taken out, but rather knocked unconscious.
This leaves Pit alone, avoiding the few more bolts. Pit yells out Phosphora's name, assuming it was her, before the one responsible for all this appears right in his face.

"Yes, you called?" She says with a wink.

The banner thing comes in:
Phosphora makes a shocking entrance!

The wink flusters the angel.
"Ready for the main act?" She says while posing.

Cue gameplay
During the gameplay footage, Pit and Phosphora generally have a banter with each other, mostly featuring Phosphora saying she's showing off her powers and going to make Viridi proud. She states that she's ready for a rematch against Pit now that she's charged up (a reference to KIU where Pit defeated a "weakened Phosphora"). The gameplay itself will show the following:

-The "coming at ya" sliding kick against an opponent.
-A dashing contest showing that she actually can run faster than Sonic (technically she glides close to the ground). Shows Phosphora doing one of her teasing taunts with Sonic pouting (he stomps his foot).
-Shoots some electricity as some attacks that feature her shaping her hand like a finger gun, including a taunt where she blows out the electricity (referencing KIU again just before you fight her). A clip of her shooting electricity from her palm is also there.
-A moment where her attacks are weaker due to using up electricity, but is shown to be able to recharge (which is one of her moves)
-Phosphora being randomly hit by an electric attacks; one where she takes a bit of damage and shrugs some impact off while helping her charge up (to show that she takes reduced damage from electric attacks and helps recharge her electricity).
-Features her Up-B, which is a triple-direction Pika Up-B in a way that has her warping quickly. The next clip after it shows her doing this to escape an attack from an enemy, then grab them from behind with a serious look on her face,
-The powerful D-smash that is the big dome of electricity. It shows her charging it amidst some chaos, where someone was knocked into her at the wrong time.
-Final Smash which pretty much is her in the Air Battle, surrounded by massive amounts of electricity. She flies around the field and randomly crashes into opponents or the ground, up to 4-5 times, as well as saying "Finishing Blow!" when defeating an opponent (it's actually randomized when the move is supposedly going to KO someone).

After the gameplay, it shows Phosphora warp right behind Pit and grabbed him right after he turns around. She holds him and does her signature flirting of calling him cute and Pit's fluster. Soon after, she lets him go where the angel's fluster goes away and turns to seriousness, as they get into a fighting stance, ready for round 2 of battle. A confident and serious Pit eagerly says "Bring it on!" as he separates his bow and Phosphora charges her body up. The background shows lightning striking once more before the screen fades.

II feel like I could've done better with this, but I'm not really good at this kinda thing. :ultpit:

Trailer name: The Dream Friends

*Cross flairs*

Link and Lucina are fighting in Dream Land. In the audience, Bowser is taking a nap while Bowser Jr. plays on his Nintendo Switch. Kirby is napping beside Bowser, Meta Knight is reading a book and King Dedede is having a conversation with King K. Rool. Mario, Marth, Samus and Robin are all watching the battle.

The battle concludes and Lucina wins. She helps Link up and the two shake hands. Kirby and Bowser wake up to view the results. As the audience shuffles out, a portal opens above the stage. Everyone turns to look to see who it is, but only Kirby, Meta Knight and King Dedede recognize the face. An air raid siren begins to play in the background as a dark, shadowy silhouette travels out of the portal, who the viewers cannot yet see.

The figure unleashes a flurry of arrows that take out everyone except for Mario, Marth, and the Kirby characters. The five rush up to confront the hostile, but two vines come out of the ground and snag Mario and Marth by their legs and hurl them out of the map. Only Kirby and his friends remain. As the air raid siren grows louder, the figure comes out of the shadows and reveals himself

A light chuckle comes out of it's mouth....

MARX STEALS THE SPOTLIGHT!

Kirby and his friends look in horror as Marx's theme begins. A gameplay trailer plays, showing off Marx's moveset, where he demonstrates his attacks and blasts Kirby, MK and DDD offstage. His final smash is his black hole attack. We also see a new Heart of N.O.V.A. stage.

The footage ends with Marx utterly annihilating the Smash cast. As he stands in triumph over his defeated foes, another portal opens behind Marx. He turns around to see, but is blasted away by an unknown attack. This person, who we can only see their feet, comes over and helps some of the other fighters up. Marx flies back to the stage to confront this new fighter, but they reveal themself:

ADELINE AND RIBBON (Join the battle) (I couldn't think of a creative pun)!

Another gameplay footage, with their respective final boss theme from Star Allies. playing in the background. The two attack similarly to Star Allies, painting to life creatures that fight for them while rarely attacking on her own. Adeline can attack with her paintbrush and Ribbon can shoot her crystal gun. A glimpse of the Ripple Star Stage is shown. In the end, they use their final smash, where they use the crystal gun to fire an enormous beam of light.

After the footage ends, Adeline and Ribbon celebrate. But their celebration is short-lived. A third, bigger portal opens far away and ship flies out. As it lands, the players can see that it's the Lor Starcutter. A doorway opens and a cloaked figure steps out. A golden crown rests on its head.

MAGOLOR TAKES THE CROWN!

As "Under My Control" plays, Magolor is seen using his attacks from his boss fight against the Smash crew. A third new stage, Another Dimension, is shown, and Magolor EX/Soul appears as a boss fight. His final smash is also his black hole attack. Magolor does not side with Marx or Adeline and Ribbon, but can instead be seen defeating both of them in battle. Then another figure steps out of the Lor Starcutter:

BANDANA WADDLE DEE PUNCHES THE COMPETITION!

As Butter Building plays, a final gameplay footage is shown for BWD. This time there's no new stage. BWD's moveset is not just his spear, but also includes the parasol and beam weapons used by toher Kirby enemies. His final smash is Megaton Punch, a cutscene smash where BWD slams his opponents to the ground with a single, powerful punch that is shown cracking the earth.

In the end, in a cutscene all four newcomers are shown dancing, then they all high-five each other.

EXT. MILITARY BASE - NIGHT

Sirens are wailing in the distance as helicopters fly overhead - their searchlights pass overhead, illuminating the ground below. It is the dead of night and the base seems to be on high-alert.

THE BANG OF A VENT COVER

INT. WAREHOUSE

A vent cover lands on the grounds followed by a brief silence before SNAKE descends from the roof and ducks behind a series of crates. As a patrol of Orange Star troops rush past, the crash of SNAKE’s compatriot joins him. DONKEY KONG bursts through the wall - creating a Donkey Kong sized hole.

Insert shot of SNAKE’s face - he looks mortified as he sees DK’s lack of no style - no grace. Surely this Kong has a destructive face.

DONKEY KONG jumps up on some barrels and proceeds to hurl them offscreen. SNAKE sighs and pulls out his rocket launcher and starts to destroy vehicles in the hangar.

SHOT OF A TANK EXPLODING BEHIND SNAKE AND DONKEY KONG AS THEY WALK AWAY.

After a moment - the sound of a wrench hurriedly working off-screen. Snake pauses as a mechanical whirr noise kicks up - Donkey Kong is clueless.

Reverse shot as the two turn around to see an entire arsenal of repaired Tanks, Artillery, and Helicopters all facing them.

Andy sits up on the top of an Orange Star tank as it stares down the two of them with it’s barrel.

SNAKE’s ‘!’ icon plays along with the trademark sound effect.

Camera zooms on Andy as he catches the wrench and points forward dramatically - flashing a over-cheery smile. An offscreen explosion rips off - presumably blasting Snake and DK.

Reggie Fils-Aime comes on screen for the American audience. He simply says "and we have one final character to announce for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate." On screen you see all of your favorite characters – the entire roster.. as they begin to fight Master Hand and Crazy Hand. But wait! What's this?! Master Hand and Crazy Hand knock the entire roster out! And from the inescapable void in the distance you can finally make out the face of Masahiro Sakurai himself! Suddenly, the caption "Masahiro Sakurai smashes your hopes and dreams!" appears! "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster to include only playable versions of Masahiro Sakurai. Delayed until the heat death of the universe." Thank you and good night.

My trailer has to do with Skull kid and Geno (assuming they both get in). So both characters come from confusing tree areas (lost woods and forest maze) right? So their reveals can be crossed over in the same setting.

The opening for the reveal trailer could be set in a forest/in the woods (which could be either forest maze or the lost woods). Here, a mysterious hooded character that looks similar to link can be shown briefly (but of course we cant make out who it is for sure. Then it could cut to toad and peach exploring some woods and getting lost and being scared. They eventually hear some music and start walking towards it. Over time the viewers make out the music to be Sarias song. Peach and toad find the source of the song, which is a dark figure in the shadows facing away from them, playing a flute. The tension builds, and the figure suddenly turns to reveal itself as the skull kid wearing majoras mask. Peach and toad crap their pants and run away, and skull kid attacks. His trailer begins.

After some highlights, the cinematic begins again, and the previously introduced hooded figure comes to save peach and toad. This can heavily tease to be young link , but then before removing the hood, the character lifts his arm up, removes his hand to reveal an arm blaster and starts charging geno beam. He fires it at skull kid, and his hood comes off revealing of course geno. Genos trailer plays.

Now heres where my imagination really starts going wild lol. After genos trailer, one more reveal takes place. Re-entering in the cinematic now, Skull kid unfortunately is too much for geno, he summons the moon and geno tries to stop it but is failing. Now, in comes young link with a D-air from above knocking skull kid off his game. Young link stands up, and pulls out the goron mask from majoras mask and puts it on. He attacks skull kid as a goron, and eventually switches to a zora. Then the trailer begins, and its revealed that some characters can have alternate movesets, and young links alt allows him to cycle between deku, goron and zora. During this trailer, its also revealed that ganondorf has his own moveset from oot, and a number of other characters have movesets that come from older iterations of the character (like pit, Falco etc). Side note - The reason im going in this direction in my mind at all is because giving us skull kid from majoras mask (which again has been heavily speculated) would be a perfect way to also give us link from majoras mask, and in doing so open up a can of worms about alternate movesets for other characters as well.

After these huge reveals, sakurai talks about some other details regarding the revelations, and then also goes into some of the other game modes (perhaps only the mysterious game mode that he mentioned last direct). He can end the direct by saying there are more things to discover in the game, but we'll have to wait to play it in order to find out!

This would make me so happy as the final reveal trailer before release.

SPLASH TEXT

“Andy Advances on the Competition!”
As an Andy supporter that would be really awesome if it were real. Not only that but Andy and Snake interacting would be so cool.

I posted my Andy trailer earlier in this thread but that was in the style of Smash 4 DLC trailers (the ones with gameplay and no CGI stuff). Gonna do a new one in the style of Smash Ultimate reveals.

I just want, for when they get to the last trailer before launch, and they've announced the remaining characters, and they show that giant image of everyone again to add those last few characters to it, it slowly pans over and adds one LAST character, and then jumps into the trailer for that character.

Clock Town is pleasantly going about its day, with the jovial theme song playing that's all-too-familiar to anyone who's ever enjoyed Majora's Mask.

:ultyounglink: is hanging out, feet dangling over the edge of the inn as he sips from a jug of milk, Tatl floating around over his head. Suddenly, a shadow overtakes him and the rest of the town, as the music goes into overdrive, reminiscent of the final day in Clock Town. Young Link stands and looks to the sky, drawing his sword, and the camera pans to the angry moon descending upon the town-- with
standing upon it. "Skull Kid crashes the party!!" He gives his cackling laugh, hops off of his moon, and comes down to fight Young Link one-on-one.

Gameplay montage continues, with Skull Kid showing various moves against BotW Link, Zelda and even Sheik, until we transition back to Clock Town, with him floating above the scared and dark town with another eerie cackle. Then, the unexpected happens:

"Hold on just a minute!" The text box overtakes the bottom portion of the screen in a familiar happy font, its translucent white bubble looking so out of place atop the image of such a dire situation. Skull Kid's attention piques as he juts his head down and to the side in time with the camera, which pans down to the ground, and zooms in...

...on
. "Isabelle has a plan!!" There's a total tonal shift as Isabelle hastily jumps from spot to spot within view, anime-style, popping from worker to worker as she jots things down on a clipboard and speaks in her typical adorable Animal Crossing gibberish. The city builders grunt in approval, and soon they begin to build and expand the town's central tower until a large trampoline-like tarp is erected over top of it, catching the hurling moon and sending it back up to the sky. Skull Kid watches this happen and sounds out, flabbergasted. An equally confused Young Link looks at Isabelle as she cheerfully applauds with the rest of the town for accomplishing their goal.

Skull Kid suddenly drops from the sky, overtaking the shot of our two heroes as his shoes are shown from the back. Young Link readies to fight again, and Isabelle jumps and frets with sweat bubbles flying around her head. Skull Kid suddenly sends a strike at the little animal, only for Young Link to dive in front and take the blow, toppling over. Isabelle sees this in shock, gets her angry face on, then leaps for Skull Kid. Cut to a montage of her moves as she beats up Skull Kid, then transition to other scenes fighting against Villager and hanging out in front of the Smashville characters.

The scene ends with Isabelle patching up Young Link, with Skull Kid in the background, dazed and tied up to one of the construction poles as workers continue their business, once again to the cheery Clock Town music.

Ok, got another one called “Lost in the Woods”

*Smash logo*

The scene opens on a pleasant forest clearing covered in wildflowers. Peach, Daisy, Rosalina, and Zelda are having a royal tea party. Bonus points for each showing a bit of personality, e.g. Peach thinks nothing could be better, Zelda holds herself as a royal should, Rosalina feeds some tea to Luma, and Daisy just feels out of place acting so stereotypically girly.

Close up of Peach as a shadow starts to fall and the wind picks up. She is fearful. All four of the ladies are now looking around anxiously as the forest darkens and strange rattling noises start to come from the trees. A rustle in nearby grass... Luma goes over to investigate... and is swallowed by the darkness.

Rosalina’s maternal instincts kick in, and she floats after Luma. Just then, a branch falls and blocks the way. Peach shrieks and takes off running in the other direction.

The rattling noises are getting louder and louder. Zelda and Daisy look at each other and get into back to back battle poses. Daisy pulls out a baseball bat and holds it menacingly while Zelda summons sparks in her hands.

Then Rosalina screams. Her Star KO scream.

Zelda and Daisy look at each other and both split up to follow the other two. Zelda runs into the underbrush after Peach, and we follow Daisy as she vaults over the fallen log after Rosalina.

Daisy runs through the forest, all the while the rattling and other creepy noises are getting louder. She finally sees Luma laying on the ground. Daisy gets down to help Luma, and doesn’t notice the shadow coming up behind her...

Meanwhile Peach is lost in a different misty grove. A twig cracks, she pulls out her frying pan, and then is relieved to see Zelda. Peach runs over and hugs her, but looks around in fear as we hear Daisy’s scream pierce the air. Zelda and Peach start to look for a way out, but another monster noise causes them both to run. Zelda doesn’t notice Peach trip and fall. As Zelda runs off screen, the camera quickly approaches Peach from the monster’s POV. Just like in the SSE scene where Wario turns her into a trophy, she pits a hand up and...

Zelda has found another dark clearing as Peach’s scream is heard. She looks around and notices she’s cornered. Rattling and cackling noises break out. And the a text box comes on screen, as if a mysterious voice fills the forest...

“You’ve met with a terrible fate, haven’t you?”

Determined, she turns and generates two fireballs in her hands. And then the mask appears in the mist, followed by the puppet’s body, just like his first entrance in his game.

Skull Kid Clocks In!

Following him are three Deku scrubs, one pinkish, one bluish, and one orange. They wear the princesses’ crowns.

He starts to shake the mask as the scene cuts to his gameplay.

*gameplay of Skull Kid, then Ultimate logo appears*

The stinger shows four Deku Scrubs, now joined by a reddish one with Zelda’s tiara, back in the first clearing having another tea party.

Smash Ultimate cross intro.

The trailer opens with Skyworld literally on fire, in the midst of a calamity worse than when the Chaos Kin possessed Palutena. The camera then cuts to Pit running towards Palutena in a panic. He passes many Skyworld legionnaires that are scattered across the ground, some reduced to skeletons, others smashed into the wall. He then noticed a large explosion of fire and lightning from the top of the temple.

“LADY PALUTENA!” shouts Pit, worried for the safety of his goddess.

He kicks up the pace. The camera then cuts to Pit kicking open the door to Palutena’s throne room and sees, in shock, Palutena, sprawled across the floor and looking badly injured. She looks up with tears of fear in her eyes as she reaches out.

“Pit...” she manages to rasp as she reaches out with her hand. “Help me...”

Suddenly, a large hand shoots out of a fire behind her and drags Palutena in. Screams of pain and fear can be heard from the goddess as she is seemingly burned alive. Pit watches in horror as this happens and falls on his knees, tears slowly trickling out. A moment passes before...

“Yes...” growls a booming and demonic voice. “I feel your terror.”

Pit looks up and sees a massive hulking demonic figure slowly walk out of the flames.

“Savor this final moment, angel of Skyworld, for terror shall be the only thing you feel!”

The demon reveals himself with a wicked grin and lets out a loud roar before the tag line is shown:

DIABLO Overshadows!

Cuts to gameplay footage showing his various moves, such as his Fireball, Fire Wall, Bone Prison and Flame Circle, including the passive ability to take enough damage from a character in order to create a shadow clone of them. The gameplay then cuts to footage of his stage, the Burning Hells, where some demons such as Mephisto, Azmodan and Baal will appear and give a random player buffs. Footage also cuts to not one, but two Assist Trophies: Leoric, who hits Simon with his mace before being instantly KO’d by his summoner, Diablo. The other assist Trophy is Deckard Cain, who begins to speak next to Young Link, Ness, Lucas, Kirby, Ice Climbers and Villager, telling a story that puts them into a deep sleep. Diablo’s Final Smash is then shown: Diablo takes a deep breath and shoots out a large stream of fire and red lightning that blasts Pit and Dark Pit, in addition to Simon, Richter, Shulk, Lucina and Bayonetta and sends them away. Smash Ultimate logo.

It then cuts back to the CGI cutscene from earlier: Pit is badly beaten, on his hands and knees, broken. Diablo walks forth and grabs him before pinning him onto the wall before donning the same wicked grin from before.

“Take one last look at your shining heavens, Pit, Champion of Skyworld,” whispers Diablo into Pit’s ear. “For nothing of it shall remain...but my laughter.”

He then drops the angel as the fire begins to spread, Diablo going forth to cleanse the light that bathed this once beautiful domain of the goddess.

I don’t know if anyone has done this yet, but I will.
So Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Bowser are battling on the New Super Mario Bros stage. Suddenly, a net appears over Peach. The characters are initially surprised, but the net comes up, and Nabbit is revealed to be a fighter, with the tag line “Nabbit Snatches The Competition!”
That’s it.

"Someone Call For Backup?"

*Smash Ultimate cross intro*

What we first see is an all out battle between Marth and his forces against a villainous army outside of their castle and it's pure action packed with fighting going on everywhere! Lances are being lunged at enemy's all around, Axes being carved in brutally against foes, and all out swordfighting across the battlefield. Archers and Mages are staying behind the frontlines to attack from afar and Pegasus Riders sweep in from the skies to make their mark.

Then the trailer focuses on Marth and his allies who are attempting to capture the enemy castle in the name of Altea. Marth and his army make much success initially but then a look of pure terror can be seen on the young Prince's face when he sees an influx of enemy reinforcements coming out in massive hoards, a sentiment shared by all his allies. Despite this, he commands everyone to press on their attack and they boldly charge but all is not well. Marth's army takes massive casualties when the replinshed enemy army takes out his forces through superior numbers. Pegasus riders can be seen being killed by Wveyn riders and they swoop down to kill the mages as well. Mercenaries of the enemy army are taking out sword, lance, and axe fighters in droves and it's clear that Altea stands no chance in the battle. Only Marth's key allies remain in the battle now and Marth gives his allies one last look before they get decimated.

Suddenly, loud sounds of vehicles/aircraft can be heard from the distance which causes the enemy army to halt in shock. Marth takes a look behind him and he's dumbfounded to see strange contraptions that neither he, his allies, or his enemies have ever seen before. In the distance comes a massive amount of Battle Copters, Fighters, and Bombers coming from the air. Tanks, Artillery's, Anti-Air's, Rockets, and Foot Soldiers follow suit on land. Suddenly fear begins to envelope the enemy army when a figure emerges from a Transport Copter landing graciously on the ground. The figure reveals a young man, roughly in his early teens wielding dual wrenches and dressed in all red. He gives a signal to his troops who decimate mass amounts of enemy units with one airstrike. The boy see's Marth and his allies damaged but Marth looks completely puzzled as to what he's seeing. He sports a cocky smile and says "Looks like you could use some backup" to Marth and then poses with his wrenches.

ANDY FIXES FOR A FIGHT! The splash text reads as Andy's Anthem begins to play.

"You guys better be ready for me!" yells Andy as his troops prepare an all out offensive against the enemy army. Marth and his allies suddenly feel relieved and also regain their will to fight as they join Andy in the battle.

Then the trailer shifts over to the gameplay portion. We see Andy performing a lot of his unique wrench moves among other things. We also see him building cities that give him extra funds (shown under his character icon) where he buys units from a small, special sub-menu including Infantry, Tanks, Artillery, Anti-Air, and other units. He also has a Side B that functions similarly to Snake's where he fires a missile but only it's much faster albeit not able to be controlled (similar to Mech's in Advance Wars). His recovery is shown using a Battle Copter that flies him back to the stage while also firing horizontally giving him better recovery options. His unique ability, Hyper Repair is shown where he recovers 2% damage if the player holds down for 2 seconds. The trailer has some humorous nods to Andy's franchise and other humorous interactions with other characters before Andy's stage, Wars World is shown. In it, it cycles between a stage in the city, sea, and in the air as I mentioned previously in my old draft. And finally, Andy's Final Smash, Megatank is shown where he summons the massive tank from Advance Wars: Dual Strike and goes trigger happy, causing major damage with his heavy firepower. The last scene is shown with Andy giving his iconic peace sign
from his debut game and the game's title is shown.

SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE! the theme song ends.

In the last CGI scene, we see the enemy's castle completely set ablaze and destroyed from Andy's offensive. Marth's allies are watching in the background and Andy and Marth are watching the destruction of the castle. They fistbump each other as a sign of friendship, Andy grinning with his hands behind his head; Marth crossing his arms with a confident smile and the trailer ends.

NOTE: The trailer is done in a way that leads you in to thinking it's for another FE character so you don't see Andy coming. The perfect bait and switch lol. I also wanted to tie Wars with FE since they're linked so closely together as Intelligent Systems oldest franchises and also each other's sister series (both turn-based strategy series at that).

Disclaimer: I originally wrote this before KKR was revealed

Scene: Pirate ship that’s docked on land.

King K Rool has the golden banana behind him, facing off against DK and Diddy. KKR smashes DK and Diddy into the ground, knocking them out. He appears victorious, when Dixie comes out from behind DK/Diddy and pummels KKR. KKR gets knocked out and falls down. Kongs cheer - when two cannons fire, and KKR steps back up (he pretended to be KOed) and starts to fight with the Kongs again.

While all four are distracted, a blast of frigid air pushes them all off the boat, freezing them in ice. A wave of water approaches the boat, with Alex riding on top of it. He jumps down onto the boat, about to grab the golden banana - when a psynergy hand snatches the banana and brings it to shore. Isaac is found with the banana and a djinn by his side. Behind him is Felix, pulling the iceberg of kongs to shore. Alex sees he is outnumbered, so he causes a blizzard/tsunami as a distraction and flees.

Originally it was also packed with echoes. Originally had Tiny as an echo of Dixie, Funky as an echo of DK, and Mia as an echo of Alex too.

I'll try...

It doesn't start with a Smash logo because it's hypothetically at Minecon Earth 2018.

Steve is going around doing regular Minecraft stuff, like mining, farming, etc.

He finds a tower, goes closer, and throws an Ender Pearl to teleport up. When he goes up, he finds a portal. This isn't a Nether or Ender portal. The portal is unblurred. It's a portal to the Super Smash Bros. universe. It has an animated Smash logo. The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate theme starts to play. Steve goes in.

On the other end, he doesn't look like his normal voxelly self, he looks more similar to the other fighters. He attacks Ridley with a Diamond Sword. This takes place shortly after Ridley's reveal trailer.

Tagline: Steve breaks in! (I know, very uncreative. Please come up with a better one for me.)

Gameplay footage, which include End stage (with Ender Dragon boss) and Creeper assist trophy reveals, all of them are more realistic, just like him. Steve's Final Smash is the Wither. He constructs it and it attacks his opponents, breaking any breakable objects on the way.

The trailer ends with Ridley hitting a wall and falling to his doom, but Dark Samus shows up and attacks. Steve empties a bucket of water on himself and uses a Riptide enchantment Trident, flying towards Dark Samus.

*Smash Ultimate Cross*

The trailer begins with a shot of a building belonging to Wario (either his house from WarioWare, or a giant skyscraper with his logo on it.)

Wario is seen entering his room while lugging giant bags of money, while laughing to himself. He approaches a wall covered with self portraits of all the characters currently in Smash, and he rips apart/throws darts at the portrait(s) of Lucas and/or Pokémon Trainer while laughing menacingly (implying that he stole money from them as an act of revenge for the events in Subspace Emissary.) Wario then starts thinking about all the things he can do with his new sum of money, and begins to laugh even more, to the point where he sounds like a lunatic.

We then pan back to outside the building, where we see everything surrounding the building to turn into a reddish hue in color, and starts to resemble a destroyed, ancient village, while the building itself starts to resemble a castle, like the one from Super Mario Land 2 or Wario World. Wario himself begins to change in appearance as well, as his eyes start to turn yellow, and his clothes now resemble his appearance from WarioWare Gold. Shadowy creatures, either resembling generic blobs, or Fronks from WarioWare, begin to appear around Wario as well, but Wario doesn't notice any of this, and continues to laugh maniacally.

Suddenly, we see four shadowy figures zipping around the hallways of the building. Wario stops laughing as he hears this, and then wedged between some of the money in his bag, he notices what appears to be a giant red business card, which he pulls out. The card has a message, which Wario begins to read to himself, with the message being narrated by Xander Mobus.

"Wario, CEO of WarioWare Inc., and the money-devouring sinner of gluttony, you take advantage of those who work for you, as well those who get in your way, and exploit them all for the sole purpose of self-profit. We have decided to expose you of your crimes, and we will take your distorted desires without fail."

As the letter is being narrated, the shadowy figures continue to zip around the building, while the shadowy creatures/Fronks scattered throughout the building are destroyed, and Wario begins to appear nervous, but shrugs it off and throws the card away after Xander finishes with narrating the quoted part.

Suddenly, the doors to Wario's room slam open, with no one in sight, and all the Fronks in the room are destroyed. Wario's face turns into complete shock, and he finds himself surrounded by three silhouetted figures; one with a face resembling a skull, one with a face resembling a panther, and a short figure resembling a cat. Wario gets nervous and tries to run away, only to trip and be greeted with a silhouette with a very recognizable looking mask.

A red stripe flashes across the screen, and the four silhouettes being their all-out attack on Wario, with Xander Mobus narrating "Signed, the Phantom Thieves" during all of this. After that narration, Joker appears with his signature all-out attack pose, with the usual AOA background instead being replaced with:

JOKER STEALS THE SHOW

At this point, "Last Surprise" from Persona 5 starts playing, and the usual gameplay montage begins, with Skull, Panther, and/or Morgana narrating Joker's different skills as a fighter, while also quoting different compliments from Persona 5.

Different snippets they could use include:

-Joker evading Richter's long range attacks, and closing in with fast and powerful close ranged attacks with his knife.
-Joker beating up a taunting King K. Rool while in front of a bunch of bananas (represented with banana guns, the banana food item, and/or banana peel.)
-Joker and Bayonetta firing their guns at each other, with the projectiles of both cancelling out.
-Joker fighting against Marshadow and Ditto, the former referencing the reoccuring shadows from Persona, and the latter referencing the "I'll Face Myself" theme in Persona 4.
-Make a joke about Morgana's infamous "go to sleep" line with Peach's final smash.
-Showcase Joker's ability to use elemental abilities by using different Personas, which would be iconic demons from SMT, including Jack Frost and Pyro Jack. He would be using these attacks against different characters that use magic/PSI/elemental powers, such as Robin, Ness, and Pikachu.
-If Futaba Sakura/Oracle is an assist trophy, have a shot where Joker has a confused look while standing between her and Inkling Girl.
-Joker fighting Snake and Cloud, or Mario and Link on his stage, which would be Casino of Jealousy.
-If Casino of Jealousy has a stage boss, then it would likely be
Shadow Sae/Leviathan.
-Final clip is Joker's final Smash, which would involve Joker using Down Shot on Link and/or Rex (if he's confirmed before Joker) and after landing, he performs the iconic all-out attack with Skull, Panther, and Morgana (in-game, make it so that Fox, Queen, and Noir can join Joker instead.)

SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE

Trailer ends with Wario's body (now back to his regular overalls/WarioWare clothes) appearing motionless, while Morgana and/or Ashley being taking the money he stole away.

The Smash Ultimate cross intro segues to Mario fighting Bowser in Bowser's Castle, with Peach locked in a cage in the background. They're both giving it everything they have, but neither is gaining the upper hand. Suddenly, there is a huge burst of wind that blows Mario and Bowser into the wall, both barely managing to bounce off in time to avoid falling into the lava pool beneath it. They both watch in horror as Peach's cage also flies into the wall and shatters, sending the princess plummeting to the lava. However, just as abruptly as the initial wind burst, a tornado grabs Peach and hoists her up into the air. Mario and Bowser look upwards in shock as the camera pans up, following Peach's ascent, until she's snatched by a black clawed hand. The camera then zooms out to reveal a black, one-eyed, orb-shaped monstrosity with two large hands, one clutching Princess Peach, and the wind violently swirling about it. A new, smaller tornado is conjured, trapping Peach inside, as the monster shrinks in a flash of light and transforms into a purple-skinned elfin boy, clad in a purple tunic, who hovers in the air, smirking as the splash art zooms in on him:

Vaati stirs up trouble!

Vaati directs a lustful glare at Princess Peach, who looks very confused and disgusted (with her expression and reaction being a call-back to when Bowser Jr. first called her his mother in Super Mario Sunshine). Cut back to Mario and Bowser, who simultaneously shout in outrage, having been inexplicably joined by Toon Link and Sonic while the camera focused on Vaati, and all four leap up into the air towards Vaati. Vaati's reaction is to smirk and gesture downward, slamming Mario, Bowser, Toon Link, and Bowser to the ground with a laser and a downdraft, before gracefully descending to the ground and drawing a short sword, pointing it toward them.

Cut to gameplay footage of Vaati, set to his theme from The Minish Cap (mixed in with Dark Hyrule Castle and the final boss music from the same game), which focuses on his mastery of the wind. We start with clips of his smash attacks being used against Bayonetta, Meta Knight, Fox, Diddy Kong, Falco, and Olimar. Using his smash attacks, Vaati generates screen-covering bursts of wind throwing his opponents directly towards the nearest blast line; a forceful roundhouse slash throws everyone sideways, a laser from his hat hurls everyone into the air, and two orbs of electricity slammed into the ground hurl the opponents to the ground (save for an offstage Meta Knight, who is flung to his doom, and Fox, who is already on the ground and simply trips instead). However, the clips linger long enough to make it clear that there is substantial lag on Vaati's smash attacks, so spamming them to force opponents offscreen isn't an option; they have to be used at the prime moment to properly gimp foes. We then cut to another clip of Vaati facing Lucina and Zelda on Final Destination (Vaati on one end, Zelda on the other, and Lucina in the middle). Vaati demonstrates his grab, a small tornado which flies across the stage. Lucina rolls through the tornado and rushes at Vaati, who is dashing towards her in kind; he rolls through Lucina, dragging her a bit towards him as she turns around, then continues dashing after his tornado, which grabs Zelda and pulls her towards Vaati. Right as the tornado is about to reach Vaati, Zelda breaks out of the tornado, which disperses in a gust of wind particles, and, as she pops up into the air, she promptly F-Air's Vaati in the face, sending him flying. Lucina leaps offstage at Vaati to finish him off, but Vaati does a graceful backflip with his sword, smashing Lucina into the abyss, before getting back to the stage with a Tabuu-esque swoozing attack. He lands and grabs Zelda again, and this time the tornado reaches Vaati in time to transition into his throw-prep state properly. After a pummel (a quick sword slash), he proceeds to send the tornado forward, towards the edge of the screen. Zelda breaks out before being carried past the blast line, but Vaati shoves her the rest of the way offscreen with the wind burst from his forward smash, KO'ing her. We then cut to brief snippets of Vaati using his special moves — blowing a bunch of fighters away with a pulse of wind, then generating a Gust Bellows-esque wind vortex coupled with a wind barrier that reflects a Charge Shot, followed by Vaati dashing along a path of solid wind, and finally cutting a bunch of fighters with a large cyclone, before cutting to Vaati grabbing a Smash Ball and transforming back into his cycloptic orb form and flying to the top of the screen at center stage, then generating a large tornado beneath him that sucks in Mario, Bowser, Toon Link, and Sonic from the sides of the stage (Toon Link being hit in by an electric orb flying in from the top of the screen), then lifts them helplessly up and violently hurls them directly into the background. We then cut directly to the Smash Ultimate splash. In the closing scene, we see Vaati flying off with Peach in his clutches, only to be followed by a little imp-like being; we only see him from behind, but he appears to be wearing Majora's Mask, and two fairies are following him...

Oh boy, I'm gonna be hated after I post but screw it...

Prepare for a truckload of WAH.

#1

Cut to gameplay, Wario facing off against the Mario Bros. on Battlefield. Mario grabs Wario, allowing Luigi to meteor up B, then they both taunt as he is Star KO'd. Cutscene, Wario lands in a small patch of forest, rubbing his head, mad that he was defeated, he then looks up, sees a tall building in the distance with what looks like an Assist Trophy on the side, grins and starts walking towards it. quick cut to the inside of what looks like a factory, with shelves of assist trophies, he looks inside a bunch, finally finding the one he was looking for, we hear him laugh as he takes it and smashes it on the ground and we cut to a rematch, Wario vs Mario and Luigi, the brothers pose, looking ready to wipe the floor with Wario again, we see a lanky shadow as Luigi turns around only to be smacked off the screen with a tennis racket sounding impact WAH *Waluigi pinball plays* -Waluigi sneaks his way in- (more meme fodder i guess) cut to gameplay, mostly of Waluigi styling on Luigi and Mario, or taunting with his rose to Daisy, while she walks away uninterested, Waluigi posing with Wario (not Warioware outfit) and showcasing his final smash, which I have too many ideas about, does he break out some dance moves, or throw bomb ombs at everyone, some cool cinematic like DDD? Or a combination like DK except he hits them with a combination of baseball bat, tennis racket, golf club before posing with his rose?

#2

Involves Mario, Peach, Luigi, Daisy having a picnic and Wario interrupts, starts getting overwhelmed when the Mario Bros start to hit him with fireballs only for Waluigi to step in and assist Wario, same type of intro as the other one cutting to the same gameplay, thats going to be the same in the next one too.

#3

We see gameplay of Luigi vs *insert your favorite character here, but I guess Wario makes the most sense*, the other character grabs an assist trophy, summons Waluigi, and Luigi KO's him fairly quickly, we hear that horrifying sounds we've all heard, a controller hitting the ground, zoom out and we see the tv the match was being played on, with an upset Waluigi WAHing about Luigi defeating him and him not being able to fight back as himself, he grabs his hat and puts it on, the screen goes black, we hear a door close, and another door open. Waluigi is in Smash Bros Ultimate building, he sees two doors, one is labeled "Assist Trophies" and the other "Fighters", he looks at the first door (ATs) and scoffs, quickly going to the other door and opening it, walking into the light, then we get the good ol' gameplay and stuff mentioned in #1

Leave me alone I know hes "deconfirmed" and most of this is overly ridiculous but it isn't over till it's over and I cant give up hope yet, and the Waluigi trailer dreams wont stop haha.

Meta Knight is flying in the Halberd, which seems to be a normal night for him. Suddenly, the clouds turn dark and circle the moon, which stops as the sun quickly comes behind it. The controls stop working and the crew begins to panic.

Meta Knight flies to the bridge and scans the area. All he can see is the eclipse, until suddenly a dark orb come flying at him at high speeds. Meta Knight dodges to his right, and looks up to see a familiar enemy in a cloak…it is revealed to be Dark Matter, who draws his blade.

“Dark Matter Zeroes In!”*

(Obligatory gameplay montage)

Dark Matter and Meta Knight continue to clash blades until Dark Matter swats away Meta Knight’s and beats him (or rather, cuts him) down to the ground. Dark Matter charges for the final blow, but Kirby comes in time with the Rainbow Sword and intercepts Dark Matter. Kirby helps Meta Knight up, and the two charge towards Dark Matter.

*Yes, I know this was already used for ZSS.

I felt like giving some commentary on already-proposed trailer concepts.

This trailer would be amazing. Just the spectacle of Shadow kicking butt alone would be sweet to watch.

This trailer seems a bit too meta for me...

Whoa, that's a lot of Kirby. Seems like too much for one trailer.

SPLASH TEXT

“Andy Advances on the Competition!”
The idea of showing Andy's abilities by having him undo a destructive surgical strike is a pretty good one.

This trailer concept had me laughing. The way Isabelle thwarts Skull Kid's attack on Skull Town is simply hilarious.

So, basically, this trailer is a slasher movie... and that fits Skull Kid amazingly well.

Jesus Christ, that's dark!!!! Even Ridley’s trailer wasn’t anywhere near this gruesome!!! I’m pretty sure this would give children night terrors!!

This is the best Andy trailer concept yet. Between the bait-and-switch, the action shots, the scale, the personality, and the whole sister-series gag of pairing Advance Wars and Fire Emblem in the first place, this is just genius.

This trailer sounds like it would be quite entertaining. It has a whole lot of neat little touches, as well, such as the Fronks.

The trailer starts with a peaceful-looking forest, somewhere in a tundra. As the camera pans, the sound of fighting can be heard. After a few seconds, the camera cuts to Zelda and Simon fighting two unknown adversaries. After trading a few blows, the opponents are revealed to be Ryu and Bayonetta, except they’re different.

The general difference is that despite having no wounds on their bodies, they come off as undead. Not to mention that they had glowing blue eyes.

Ryu has a scar on his chest similar to the one found on Evil Ryu, except that it is filled with ice. His attire consists of a dark grey thick leather armor with an opening on the front revealing said scar, a skull pauldron on the right shoulder, and dark grey leggings with a bright blue cloth with a skull on it in front of it.

Bayonetta’s appearance is different also: her glasses have a darker tint in the lens and sports a bone motif, her hair jumpsuit looks more like the fur of a wolf on her shoulders, forearms and calves. Her guns are dark grey with cobalt metal trims and have the words “Cold Haily Rainy Night” along the sides of the barrels. And on the fingertips of her gloves are wolf-like claws.

Ryu fires a sickly green Hadouken at Simon, which Zelda reflects. The Hadouken is about to strike Bayonetta, who dodges it only to be hit by a vial of Holy Water. Simon then throws an axe at Ryu as Zelda fires a beam of light at Bayonetta, knocking them back. The two are about to strike again until...

“Enough!” booms a voice from the woods as a wave of snow and ice appears to strike the Hylian Princess and the Vampire Hunter. As the two recover from the cold assault, Ryu and Bayonetta turn to a heavily armored figure with glowing blue eyes before they each get down on one knee in loyalty. The armored figure draws a familiar runeblade and glares at the two in front of him.

“So...the Bearer of Wisdom and the Bane of Dracula have finally arrived?” asks the two with a mocking tone. He swings the sword around as the tag line appears:

ARTHAS Breaks the Ice!

“Shall I lay down Frostmourne and throw myself at your mercy, Hyrule? Belmont?” asks Arthas, motioning them to come forth. As Ryu and Bayonetta, pieced together by the viewer that they are Death Knights, slink back, Arthas charges forward and engages Zelda and Simon, who charge forth in turn.

Cuts to gameplay. His moveset is shown to have been pulled mostly from his raid boss fight in Wrath of the Lich King, ranging from his Necrotic Plague to his Ice Sphere to summoning Scourge to aid him. He is also shown to use runes like any other Death Knight worth their salt. One particular funny moment of the gameplay is Arthas having a Hearthstone taunt where two players, Bowser and Shulk in this case, play against one another with Shulk winning. The trailer also shows a montage of Death Knight skins for the entire cast of Smash Bros. The trailer then cuts to his stage: The Frozen Throne, where occasionally Sindragosa will swoop down and sweep the stage with ice breath. The trailer then show his Final Smash: Arthas casts Frostmourne Hungers and is shown to KO Zelda and Simon before he revived them both as Death Knights that fight alongside him. Smash Ultimate logo.

Arthas channels power through Frostmourne into the recently felled Zelda and Simon as they come back as Death Knights. He then looks behind him to see the Smash Bros. Fighters that have died in the past (Mario, Mega Man, Luigi and King Dedede) have turned into Death Knights. Arthas smiles underneath the helmet and orders them to scatter and search for more for his forces.

okay, :ultyounglink: is riding :ultyoshi: through the woods and and then suddenly a blast of dark magic makes yoshi skid to a halt to avoid it. :ultyounglink: looks up and see's Skull kid. you here the iconic music as the Majora masks twitches and moves. :ultyounglink: jumps off of :ultyoshi: and fires a fire arrow at Skull Kid and misses then :ultyoshi: manages to hit him with an egg... he screams and falls over in pain, Majora's mask is knocked clean off of him. :ultyounglink: climbs back on :ultyoshi: and gets ready to leave. Suddenly you hear start to hear the music again and see something getting back up in the background. The duo turns around and see's Majora's mask floating by itself with tentacles sticking out of it. Splash Page " Majora's wrath unleashed"

cut's to gameplay. Majora's default will be it's wrath form without the tendrils. :ultyoshi: runs at Majora and is knocked aside by a tendril similar in usage to :ultsimon:'s chain. :ultyounglink: shoots an arrow at Majora and Majora ducks showing off his ducking animation where it turns into mask form and lays flat on the floor. Next Majora uses it's side special which changes it back into mask form, spins recklessly and flings itself at :ultyounglink: and changes back.

Next we see Majora's walking animation and suddenly we see :ultmetaknight: chasing him causing Majora to go into it's running animation where it transforms into Majora's incarnation and flee's in a goofy fashion for it's running animation.

After this we see :ultmarth: trying to hit Majora out of the air. Majora responds by dropping down with an exclusive drop down animation where it transforms into mask form and falls like a rock. Majora changes back to wrath form and hits :ultmarth: who's directly above with a tendril. :ultlink: tries to grab Majora after he lands but the the clawhot (or whatever he's using this game) doesn't reach. Majora uses a ranged grab with a tendril to grab him and succeeds.

Majora summons Skull Kid who floats in the air to block :ultsamus:'s charge shot.

Lastly we see Majora's final smash where it pulls out 2 tendrils and rapidly lashes :ultyounglink: and sends him flying.

Seeing how we got Isabelle as a newcomer, that reminded me of an old trailer idea I made around August last month. I think I could of done better job, but it should be decent enough, so enjoy (in my original post I didn't exactly give my trailer a title so along with the intro that's the only other thing I'll add).

Smash Title: Assisting in Attitude Adjustments

*Smash Ultimate Cross Intro*

Bowser and his son (in his clown car) are making a ruckus in Smashville, bullying, stealing, painting graffiti on the trees, and worst of all... jaywalking. The Villager would help, but he's busy cutting a giant tree for lumber for a neighbor not to far away, so he asks Isabelle to put a stop to it. She approaches them while also carrying a stack of heavy papers hoping to teach them about good manners, and kindness.

Her mind also wanders back to that mysterious envelope she got with, a weird circle and cross symbol, the same one her mayor got. Suddenly *a wild rock appears*. She trips on the rock, sending the papers flying in the wind, and into the face of a neighbor, upstairs watering their plant

Who knocks the giant flowerpot over.

Which hits a bird.

Who's tailspins out of the sky

Who's beak pops a balloon holding a present (before the bird gains control and fly's way)

Which contains a Bowling ball

That hits the palm tree that Bowser and son was under.

Which knocks off the Coconut.

That hits Bowser in the head, with the bowling ball and the hard flowerpot bombarding him also.

He faints, falling backwards landing in his son's tiny car. Bowser Jr. loses control of the car while stuck in it and crashes into the same tree Villager was chopping, causing it to fall over on top of the two Koopas. The giant tree hits them head on, and literally hammers them into the ground six feet under with two big stones unearthed where they stood at the same time.

Isabelle gets up after tripping wondering where the Koopa duo went, but quickly doesn't worry about it since they're gone, glad that they hopefully learned their lesson about good manners by themselves, and probably left to teach kindness and good manners to others :)

Villager waves to Isabelle, thanking her for keeping the town peaceful, both of them unaware of what really happened.

Cue Splash art:

Isabelle Delivers the Win.

So... any new ideas? I haven't seen anyone make a trailer for Isaac from Golden Sun.
I think I can remedy that:

We see a forest, and we also see a brown blur retreat into some brush, cut to a low view, we see someone stepping through the forest slowly, quietly, black sneakers with white on the front, and a red stripe on top of them, it zooms out to reveal that it is :ultpokemontrainer:, with :squirtle: on his shoulder, both looking around, then right ahead, when they hear rustling from that brush we saw earlier, :ultpokemontrainer: and :squirtle: look to eachother and nod, and the trainer points at the bush, his pokemon releases a Water Gun attack, hitting the area the sound was coming from, we see the little brown blur dodge the attack, but forcing it out in the open.
Venus_Djinn_Front.gif
is shown, :ultpokemontrainer: readies another command for :squirtle: but the Djinn begins to spin, quite fast, turning into round particles, that fly up, then over them, as they turn around they see a figure with arms spread absorbing these particles, the silhouette outlined in golden energy, seemingly taking a sword off their back, the energy begins to fade, as the earth quakes a bit under :ultpokemontrainer: and :squirtle:'s feet, they look up paniced to see Isaac, who takes a fighting stance (similar to his stance in the Golden Sun games
download.png
) wielding the Sol Blade, jumps at them! -Isaac shakes things up-

This plays and we get into some gameplay, a good view of a new lighthouse stage (throughout the trailer we see different colors on very similar lighthouses, each representing one of the 4 elements, later on its confirmed each time you choose this stage it'll randomize between the 4 styles), we see some of his moves, a teleport-like recovery (Teleport Lapis), his grab, a large white hand moves forward and grabs Wario, the pummel being a squeeze before it tosses him up, with Isaac meeting him in the air for a downward swing, Isaac facing off against Ivysaur, motioning his hand to the ground as vines extend from Isaac (on the ground) to Ivysaur, connecting, wrapping around him and keeping him still (farther hit stuns for longer type deal i suppose) after the vine hits Ivysaur we see Isaac sheath his blade, and a Djinn appear on his shoulder (taunt). Link on his left and Shulk on his right, both charge as Isaac is outlined in some sort of energy and they are both hit and sent up from both sides of him (Earthquake maybe similar to DK's downB), next a fair distance away from Ganondorf who is hanging from a ledge, Isaac unleashes a large energy sword projectile at him (Ragnarok) that spikes him down from the ledge and KO's him. back on the lighthouse stage, Isaac (glowing after breaking a smash ball) is face to face with Cloud, who uses his projectile sword beam, but Isaac activates his Final Smash, lunging through the projectile, initiate cinematic Final Smash, Isaac slashes many times, before smacking Cloud into the air, floating above him with his Sol Blade in both hands over his head glowing as it creates a giant sphere of fire and he hits it (almost the exact same animation as Megiddo in TLA) into Cloud and he's KO'd. On the same stage, Isaac's model turns, to see Felix, they both taunt, Isaac with a victorious looking sword brandish over his head, while Felix's taunt is more of a scoff.

Kinda just started typing and didn't stop, may revise it later, enjoy!

Que Smash logo as the camera emerges in the sky sun glowing in the backdrop camera turns and pans towards the ground thousands of miles below as it

zooms in quickly towards the ground. You briefly see an old ruin as the camera goes right through it into the earth. You arrive in a room with a path in the

center and two streams along the walls. Beautiful maiden statues along the wall are poring water out of vases into the stream.

You suddenly hear cackling and a familiar voice sending out a Heeaaahh!!! As the camera rushes over towards a door way a shadowy figure rushes past. You cant make out who he is, shortly after you see another figure appear. Yep its :ultlink:. He emerges through the doorway and standing close behind him is :ultmarth: and :ultpit:. They walk along the path with beautiful fountains on the sides as :ultlink: sees the figure and gestures to the others to chase him. They chase the Shadow down the path and then up a spiral stair case. They arrive at a doorway with light as :ultlink: rushes through the door only to suddenly appear on a ledge almost about to fall. :ultmarth: quickly grabs him before this and pulls him back falling on to the ground. Now outside it appears that they are on the very top of a huge tower. The Camera turn towards :ultpit: who gestures to two different paths and shrugs. :ultlink: suggest for the other two to go one way while he goes the other. They both nod and go left as :ultlink: goes right. Two flights of stairs appear on both sides heading to the towers rooftop. :ultmarth:and :ultpit: head up one flight and :ultlink: heads up another flight. :ultpit: looks around as he trails behind :ultmarth:and hears a noise he turns around to investigate only to be grabbed suddenly. :ultmarth: hears the noise and turns only to see that :ultpit: has vanished. He turns to go to his aid as another familiar character steps around the corner at the top of the stairs :ultmarth: looks back in shock. :ultlink: goes up his stair case shield and sword at the ready as he takes a few steps up. From out of nowhere the shadowy figure jumps down towards :ultlink: its Dark Link. They have a awesome fight going up the stairs like in the ocarina of time Dark Link mirrors :ultlink:'s attacks. They reach the top of the stairs and the camera pans right looking at both characters from the side.
You suddenly see two other characters emerge in the back drop. :ultmarth:is fighting a cloaked figure as it temporarily zooms in on that fight then the camera goes back to where it was. At this time and from this angle you can see both fights simultaneously. Then you see :ultlink: pull out one of his breath of the wild bombs jumps up into the air and Dark Link copies him only to find out he doesn't have those bombs. :ultlink: throws out his bomb with his left hand and then holds out his hands in a catching motion with the detonator clasped in his other hand. Dark Link copies catching the bomb. :ultlink: presses the button and then BAMB!!! Dark Link evaporates to dust. :ultlink: breathing heavily then looks over towards :ultmarth: only to see two new cloaked figures and the Other Cloaked figure from before. Link looks down to see :ultmarth:collapsed on the ground The Original hooded figure pulls out a bottle from within his cloak that contains a little blue soul he then uses a bit of magic to suck up another soul from :ultmarth: and places it in the bottle. He turns towards Link after placing a lid over it and puts it back into his cloak. He then lifts his hood only to reveal non other than :ultganondorf: under the hood. He lets out a laugh and points to the other two to attack as he begins to walk down the stairs. One of the other figures holds a red sword while the other holds a red Scythe they rush towards :ultlink:. :ultlink: pulls out his bow and attacks firing arrows as the draw closer missing as they dodge the arrows with great finesse. They lunge and attack at the same time with :ultlink: barely dodging the blows and getting a cut along his cheek. He pulls out his sword and shield and begins to fight off both of them. Then one of the figures lunges forward and :ultlink: lifts his shield to block the blow, but the hooded figure lets off a sudden blast of fire from the shield. :ultlink: is

Launched backward almost falling off of the edge of the tower when suddenly a large translucent hand appears to catch him. A little glowing fairy looking creature flies around in front of :ultlink: and winks then the camera follows the creature as it pans over towards the right with the sun in the back ground the

creature flies around a silhouette of a figure and lands on his shoulder. The silhouette gets his sword at the ready and hand outstretched, then he appears.
moves Into the competition! Go game play cut scene. After the showcase of character and stage the camera then pans to the two cloaked figures.

They laugh then throw off cloaks to reveal Saturos and Menardi. Saturos laughs and throws a gem towards an alter with four statues around it behind him.

And the gem goes into a chasm. As the tower starts to quake. More ingame cutscenes. Saturos and Menardi are bosses and they fight you at the top of the tower. Afterwards
gets blasted back and leans upon the end of his sword as it is jammed into the ground. They unleash a countless storm of fireballs at
him. His Face glowing from the burning lights headed his way. When suddenly the ground begins to quake and a giant slab of stone appears in front of him blocking the attack. A figure Jumps next to him and
looks up. Felix shakes the stage! More cut-scenes. Saturos and Menardi transform into a two

headed dragon in game then also in game Isaac sendsup 4 Venus Djinn into the air and defeats them with the summon judgement for his ultimate smash. Afterwards
and Felix fist bump and turn towards :ultlink: only to find him collapsed dead on the ground. The camera pans over to Ganon laughing as

he heads down the spiral staircase with the bottle in the air and three souls inside.

The end.

A poster of Captain Falcon cracking his knuckles opens the trailer. After soundly defeating Chrom, Lucina, and Robin, he's received the right to take on a super tough enemy. A collisseum is shown and He's seen in the middle of combat with Bowser. They appear evenly matched, trading blows regularly. Bowser Jr however doesn't like this and aids his father in some way. with the new advantage he takes the advantage and with one final blow sends the captain flying. his helmet skitters across the ground and lands in front of a set of double doors. Bowser turns to start leaving when there's a loud bang. They turn back to the door. Another bang and the door noticably moves. A third bang and the doors fly open, showing a psynergy fist disappearing. Isaac steps out from the shadows.

ISAAC JOINS THE PARTY (roll gameplay)

Afterwards an earth Djinn is standing on top of Captain Falcon while Isaac casts revive.

Mostly a re-post but I think I like it.

The scene opens with a mighty blue flame crashing against a red to be quickly dispelled by a swing of Ike's sword clashing against his opponents. The camera shifts to this opponent raising his sword: Black Knight: Fights to Survive! (Couldn't think of a better one). Ike is then narrowly saved by a lance interrupting this fatal swing. Black Knight turns to see this new adversary and sees a Waddle Dee.

Came up with this trailer idea for my girl Dixie.

So it's set in King K Rool's lair, he has DK and Diddy tied up and he's preparing to launch the blastomatic, he pulls out a remote and is about to press the launch button while DK and Diddy watch on in terror... when suddenly a blonde ponytail comes out of nowhere and snatches the remote away. K Rool, DK and Diddy all look around in confusion until the ponytail manages to pick up K Rool and launches him away, DK and Diddy continue to look around in confusion before they see a figure standing on K Rool's seat nonchalantly fixing her hair...

"Dixie Kong comes to the rescue!"
