i would say

2. West Coast

5. Southeast
6. Canada

in melee ever since ken, WC has almost always had the number 1 player but EC has always had way more top players that are (usually) alot more even in skill level .

1. I THINK Fiction has some sort of medical problem keeping him from playing, don't quote me on that.
2. Without M2K, EC loses a lot of leverage as best region, them and WC seems really even to me.
3. @Victra: I said that because I don't know much at all about Canada smash, and I didn't want to insult anyone by snuffing them / putting someone popular but not very good on my list.
4. @AlphaZealot: Learn to read. Also, region bias. Also, yeah you're right kind of. Midwest should be about Southwest. Edit'd (because people obviously care.)

Inui never fully got over that mountain. =( **** takes a lot out of you.

I was just naming good brawl players and yes Inui is good at brawl even if you don't like him as a person (i personally think he's chill).
