Ok so Hugs has a good looking future, and one trip to Australia is not a good reason for Hugs to mess up a big part of his life missing out on a very VERY important week of study/midterms, so he has decided that it would be best to get someone else to come.
Mango is the best option here IMO.
If anyone has previously donated and wants their money back because It's not hugs no more, let me know, ill be more than happy to refund it in full.

Well, I think it's safe to say judging from the previous dilemma, that redact's should sponsor whoever he wants cuz he hasnt received much support from the community anyhow.

I was looking forward to hugs, oh well I'm not gonna ask for my donation back. I'm not fussy on who gets sponsered but others probably are.
There's still a chance I may go should mango be unwilling. It's a huge risk for me to go, but I will do it because I know it's a huge opportunity for me.
But Mango wasn't just a second choice, he was my suggestion because I know that he can provide an amazing experience that would be worth every penny.
He's an amazing player, he's very sociable, and he's got his own outlook on the game that he's willing to pass on to people who ask. Trust me, anyone who's willing to donate for my presence will be more than satisfied with the mango experience as well.

this is probably a good way to get some experience abroad -- tons of media/comm majors do stuff like this because they can't find jobs back home. have a look in the 'governance' category for media/comms jerbs if you're interested.

I just wanted to remind everyone that to pre-register for BAM you do need to fill out your details on http://www.couchwarriors.org/bam/register.php and send through payment, you won't actually be on the registered list until we receive the money.
Please pre-register for BAM as soon as you can, not only does it help us plan and pay for the event but it also saves you money and time on the day!
In fact there really is no reason not to pre-register. We'll have a separate desk outside the room for pre-reg when the doors open so you'll be able to get in without all that waiting and save yourself money at the same time. You'll also know all of your pool allotments for your pre-registered games days before the event. (I'm not sure if this applies for Smash but it certainly does for other games)
