Thanks man. i appreciate the help. and the only reason im asking about laserlocking is because i already have a decent falco, i just figured i'd ask for some info just in case i need itI hope you realize that laser locking is, by no means, any kind of priority when learning Falco.
But since this is a question thread, I will answer.
1. ftilt, laserlock
2. firebird into them, then laserlock
3. get-up attack (if not teched), laserlock
4. Shield pressure off of a platform. Say your opponent is shielding at the edge of a platform. Back air the shield and they will fall off the platform and you can laser lock them most of the time.
5. downthrow > jab > laserlock. (Never done this, though, but I have seen it.)
im gonna start using thisI hope you realize that laser locking is, by no means, any kind of priority when learning Falco.

It's hella risky/punishable, but flashy if you get it.im gonna start using this
Should work but would be hard to pull of, I think.or BDACUS OOS drop? is it fast enough?
I just think it'd be hilarious to see a Snake utilt our shields at 150% and dying for it from a BDACUS OOS drop.Should work but would be hard to pull of, I think.
There was once a thread with a hack that would allow the cpu to do only one move the whole match. I want to train some shield SDI. Anyone knows the link?

10transparentsHow do you platform cancel?
LOOOL so i guess the rumours are true thenKasper so far that has been the case.
What I mean is that while Bdacus goes farther and comes out 2-3 frames faster but you lose the ability to do it whenever you want, having to wait to be in a buffering window.^BDACUS is far from a gimmick. It just hasnt been completely mastered yet due to its difficulty. But I did shield drop BDACUS kill an MK out of nado yesterday and I must say it felt good
I play him a lot. My partner is a Game and Watch. He's got some gimmicks, but he's fairly straight forward.i need tips against mr game,please...
Is MK legal?What's up Falcos?
I have a couple of questions I want to ask and I'd like you guys to help me answer them. They're all related to Norfair by the way.
1) How does your character fare with just the stage? Does your character benefit from the layout and the numerous hazards or do they normally hinder you?
2) How does your character generally fare on this stage against certain matchups? Does he excel in a lot of them and only has a few bad MUs, or is he generally bad on this stage against a large portion of the cast?
3) What are some general strategies for your character on this stage? Controlling the center? Stalling? Staying mobile?
4) Overall, would you say that this stage is mostly good for your character, mostly bad, or depends?
Thanks in advance!

-This stage is not a strength point for Falco. Relatively flat stages are his strong suit. The stage ledges present a problem for phantasm recovery and requires slightly more precision than a stage like battlefield or smashville. Firebird is still relatively unaffected by the stage ledges and is an easier ledge to grab than something like PS1.
