I think that means he still has to set you up as a teammate. Same thing AC and I had to do.

In my case, It was I knew who my partner was (both this year and for APEX 2012) but then they flaked on me at the last secondWhy do people enter teams if they don't know who their partner is gonna be?

I mean, I assume the streamers are using the wifi they have there. From what I heard, it's suppose to have a really good connection.
It's at Rutgers. I'd be stunned if the internet there wasn't extremely good.

If you're not affiliated with Rutgers you will need a guest account to use their Wifi. Anyone who is a staff member (including student staff) at the University has the access to make accounts.

theres really no reason any of us should be on the wifi of the venue. And most hotels have some sort of internet just have to check with your front desk
