I spoke to one of them he states all the japanese players are safe 
Mach Dash, CJ, Bombsoldier, Mikael, maybe Aniki It would be great to see them again at a major U.S. tournament.

Good stuff, I love seeing OOC players.
The last Apex was epic in the way that OOC players were there and people had no idea what their skill level was.
One moment people said Brood was bad, the next he's good, the next he's bad, then he beats M2K and Ally 0_o
Even the lower level players surprised people. Shoot, even the ones who weren't that good at all lol!

sub regions? I think you mean Regions.
Now, York is a sub-region of Southern Ontario. Same with Toronto (anyone who says that downtown is a seperate sub-region is wrong).
Then there's a bunch of others like Whitby and Ingersoll.
Regions of Canada (very probably forgetting at least one):
Maritimes
Quebec (Montreal)
Southern Ontario (GTA)
Northern Ontario (Ottawa)
Alberta/Saskatchewan (Edmonton)
British Columbia (pippipcheerio)

I've talked to a couple of people from Europe.
Mr-R can probably afford the flight and wants to book / confirm soon. I assume Orion will join him and hopefully other people from the Netherlands who can afford the flight.
Leon wants to come but it depends on his financial situation. Currently flights from EU are really cheap and I hope that'll make him join us. He may even convince other french people to come along [although Glutonny is highly unlikely] but it's up in the air.
King Funk is trying to get scandinavia involved, which mainly includes Melee players [who will probably interested anyway].

Does Kaos still play?
I'm really not sure on his status. From what I've heard he's attending a french medicine school and has a really strict schedule, cutting down a lot of his play time in the past. Apparently he will try to get in shape for the french summer tournament this year but I have no idea whether he's interested in Apex.
