I'd honestly take MTX over another Fighters' Pass any day. At least with MTX you know what you're paying for, even if you can't control the rotation.

This showed up in my recommended, and for something clearly made by a pre-teen it is extremely impressive - might be one of the best takes on the Mario Party DS Anti-Piracy/scary disclaimer meme I've seen. I still think the Nintendogs and Teletubbies ones are the best though.

I want to start a "Smashboards Creates: SSBU Stages' Pass" thread but I'm having a hard enough time running the Animated Smash Bros. thread so I'm not sure if having a second (active) thread would be good.
I just realised "Ice Capades" is a pun on "escapades" and there is actually no such thing as a "capade".
Why do Sonic fans take IGN (and review scores in general) so seriously? Especially considering how much they tend to disagree with said reviews.

Most instances of "flanderisation" when it comes to Japanese characters are just said characters getting more accurately localised when people have adjusted to their American versions. Whether that's for better or for worse is up to you, but don't call it flanderisation.
A character I think would have a really interesting effect on the speculation scene is PaRappa the Rapper. He is, in my eyes, the one character who would most clear as day illustrate "Smash is no longer just about Nintendo." as not only is he owned by Sony with no Nintendo appearances, but there is also a relatively popular Nintendo IP with the same genre and a similar aesthetic to PaRappa. PaRappa would also break a lot of Smash fans out of the console war trance of Nintendo being the "only innovators" and "the only ones who don't make gritty shooters all the time" given how historically significant PtR is to gaming and its cute, silly style.

Every time I watch the Space Jam 2 trailers, I can recognise some sort of blank spot where Pepe le Pew was probably supposed to be placed in almost every group shot.
I've had a pretty bad day, so seeing this trailer in my subscriptions instantly cheered me up.
