I wish when Mario Kart Tour was still getting new content, it did more cross-promotional events the same way Super Mario Run did.

After thinking about it a bit more, I’ve decided to reinstall Discord on my phone.
Anyway, after clearing my mind of…current events, I’ve decided I want the next Smash game’s newcomer selection to be as follows:
- Newcomers from veteran franchises in both the base game and DLC
- Newcomers from newly represented 1st party franchises in the base game
- Newcomers from newly represented 3rd party franchises in the DLC
Hopefully official companies like Nintendo make the jump to BlueSky ASAP. Because it’s clear that Musk will just keep screwing them over the longer they stay on Twitter.
I deleted that last status about how I wish I was TFOne Megatron because I realized that I might’ve gone too far.
I think for the sake of continuing to clear my mind, I’m going to limit my social media presence. I’ve already deleted Twitter and Discord from my phone (the latter of which I can still use on my computer for article proofreading, at least).
No matter what happens in the next four years, don’t give up. We’re in this together. Tell everyone else you love the same thing. As long as we keep fighting, we’ll get through this. The one silver lining in all of this is that Trump won’t be able to run again after this term.
I genuinely cannot sleep tonight. The fact that this is a close race at all just goes to show how much America has failed humanity.

If Shadow was in Smash as a fully unique fighter, I have a rough idea of what I’d like his specials to be:
- Neutral: Chaos Spear
- Side: Doom Wing
- Up: Chaos Dash
- Down: Doom Blast
- Final Smash: Chaos Control

The existence of Pro Rules in Super Mario Party Jamboree made me wonder; how would you handle a "Pro Rules" option for the next Smash game?

To think, at this point ten years ago, Sonic was the biggest laughing stock of the industry. It took a while, but I’m glad the franchise has finally pulled itself out of that rut, and hopefully SEGA finally learns the right lessons from Shadow Generations.
I’m actually surprised that Super Mario Bros. Wonder didn’t have a “Course Maker” side mode. I think that would’ve been a great form of DLC.

Which Mario Party boards would you like to see as race courses / battle maps in Mario Kart?
My mother and I had a conversation about seeking game design as my passion, and it got me thinking: would it be feasible for Nintendo to open a game design school?
You know, in a weird way, I’m kinda glad the “all characters are just functions” meme exists. Because if my time in the Smash speculation scene has taught me anything, it’s that there are people who genuinely believe that.

I’d like to see mods for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe that revamp some of the existing base game tracks to have unique routes on each lap, kind of like the Tour city courses in the Booster Course Pass. I had a dream where I was playing on Sweet Sweet Kingdom and it had exactly that: three unique routes per lap.
I’m making a Clodsire Smash moveset and the play style I have jotted down for it is “super heavy trapper”. Basically, a character who makes up for their lackluster speed and lag with not only superior strength, but also special moves that serve as traps and super armor that poisons opponents when struck by physical attacks (an adaptation of Poison Point).
Clodsire is a friend-shaped bludgeon weapon.
You know, sometimes I wonder why I even bother with creation threads. Whenever I try to suggest more out-of-the-box options, it gets drowned out by votes for the super-obvious, white bread submissions.
I just made a new Smash moveset template using Google Docs' new document tabs feature. Feel free to use it how you see fit.
You know, I wish the new Google Docs tab update came at a time when I was still in school. Mainly because that sounds like something that’s going to be very beneficial to students. -
