With how big of a deal Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was, I hoe the next Mario Kart game comes out the gate swinging in terms of characters and tracks. More specifically, my one dream for the next Mario Kart game is 48 tracks at launch (24 new, 24 retro).

Normally, I want alts for characters other than Mii Fighters to be part of the base game. But if they just have to be paid DLC, all I ask is that they get bundled in with the Challenger Pack.
I think I've noticed a bit of a pattern with Fire Emblem throughout the 3DS and Switch eras.
