Imo it's a good thing that the paramount/warner bros merger didn't happen but I must admit that the prospect has made me a little curious as to what a fully monopolized entertainment industry would look like.

I feel like Terraria and Cave Story get shafted way too much in COGH rosters. Cave Story arguably kickstarted indie games as we know them today by showing that the work of a single developer could rival major studios. Terraria is the 13th best selling game of all time, the (somewhat debatably) first indie game on the list.

A while ago I posted a "1 character COGH roster" with just Mario, but I had a thought related to it. If there was a 2 character COGH roster, who should be the other character? Sonic? Probably not, Mario already represents platformers and Sonic would mainly only uniquely represent 90's console wars. Though that was a big part of gaming history. A Call of Duty character? Minecraft Steve? A Pong Paddle? A Spacewar ship? Should the next character be the next most important thing or should they be able to compliment Mario in some way? Should the first character even be Mario?
People who parrot "show don't tell" when they see a story that uses a framing device of someone telling a story.

The only actual cool thing I've seen NFTs being used for was as like some sort of "universal avatar" for games. Like you just can play as the same character in multiple different games and I think that's kinda neat. However, you don't actually need any sort of NFT or blockchain stuff to do this. Pretty much all of the technology has been here already since Team Fortress 2. So it's not really an actual "use case"

Idk why but I really hate whenever there's a non-human character in a setting with humans and the non-human character says "you humans always [THING]". It just makes me roll my eyes every time.

You ever think about how annoying zip files are? (Specifically downloading zip files) Especially when there's literally one file in the zip. I know that there's a good reason for them with compressed files being easier on the servers and faster to download, but why isn't the uncompression automatic? I can't really think of any reason to not immediately unzip a file I just downloaded, and if I did I could just zip it back. It's commonly accepted when downloading files that there's this random-ass step that's pretty much just there because it's always been there.
