Since we were talking about DBZ a couple pages back, I was thinking about giving our PR a DBZ theme. Since themed PRs seems to be all the rage these days. lol

Why do we need to mix up the tiers even more than we already do in this region?

I could understand if you wanted to take something like this to toronto, where their top five all play MK, but in a place like this, where you have a sonic and an ike and a DK in the top five, I dont really see the reasoning behind it.
