What do you think of the IC vs Ness matchup? Did playing my Ness in Niagara sway your opinion at all? XD

More serious:
Do you think Dedede has more potential to improve or stagnate as a character in the metagame?
Same question for IC's I guess although more interested in Dedede. :)
