Storm., you can't sit in shield vs Wario too much either or you'll get bitten a lot.

I was mainly referring to avoiding KOs by shielding. I don't think Wario's Bite forces you into a dangerous position where you risk getting Uaired, unlike Snake's Dthrow leading to Utilt on the tech chase, or Falco's Dthrow which forces you to pick one way to DI and hope the Falco doesn't read it and go for the BDACUS or the Uair frame trap.

He ain't Peach, but Fox has some close range shield pressure too. SHFF Bair/Dair/Nair are all pretty safe on shield and Fair does alot of damage/hits for poking. His Uair isn't as good as Falco's for trapping, but he still falls fast enough to land before you if you airdodge and he isn't gonna give much of a crap if you wind up trading hits.

Everything in moderation. You're Sonic. Find a way to use your speed to work around/away from him, if you must avoid using your shield.

3K posts. Not much compared to some of you, but it makes me think. I've been here for a while. I'm still going 0-2, 1-2 every tournament. I've struggled--in total vain--over the whole stagelist thing. Have I benefited at all?

...Yes. Yes I have.

I am one of the quietest people I know. There's nothing inherently wrong about that, in moderation. But at 18, I'm literally not sure what to talk about when I hang around with people because I don't converse enough. I have zero social skills outside the Internet. None. But man, if there's one thing to help with that problem, it's hanging out with a bunch of people whose names you don't even know and playing Smash.

So thank you, Smashboards, for making me ever so slightly less pathetic.

On an unrelated note, I just got done with a huge composition project.

It's a bit of a long story, but as an aspiring music major, this kind of thing is really important to do. Inspiration is just a seed, while skill and practice are the nutrients to make it grow. Inspiration only ever came to me slowly -- like a farmer without seeds -- but whoever said there was no inspiration like a deadline turned out to be correct. So I'm feeling pretty good, haha.

On an unrelated note...

Hey Wedge: if you're reading this; the technique helps within moderation. It doesn't make Sonic game-breaking, but it's nice. It manage to help me get 5th out of 10 or so people. I should've done better, but they decided to make Spinshot impossible/difficult to do and it ended up getting me a ******** death. I also find it so wonderful that other characters have better tools/luxuries while Sonic got the short-end of this stick.

There's your results. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm never playing P:Meh again.

It's a shame that it had to be me, though. I would've liked for someone who is actually good with Sonic:M (why?) to get a hold of this and abuse it, but hey. Now that the videos are going to go up on Tony's youtube channel (I'm assuming), someone from the development team is going to catch wind of it and fix it. With all things considered, an invincible approach on command wasn't intended. It'll probably get hot-patched.

Sonic can go back to being an unplayable PoS in a PoS game! I'm not even implying Brawl here!

And on another unrelated note, I'm going to pick up my Wii from Tony after this week's tourney. I'll get to work on the guide, and find anything that I, or someone else, hasn't already pointed out.

Until then, I'm waiting for my semester grade's to come in, playing League/Touhou, and lurking 4Chan because I'm bored with little to do outside of vacationing during certain days in the summer. Oh, and yes, I'm going to get back into working out, woot woot!
