I seriously don't see the problem here.

Yeah I loved that the only repeat character was falco. Jman/m2k don't count cause m2k is really a marth main and only went fox on stadium and vs hbox cause hes ********. His marth would have done better IMO, hbox is too good vs fox and probably has way less experience vs marth than vs fox. The only marth in FL is like qdvs right? Or dark sonic?

I don't mean to insult anyone, but this is what happens when....scrubs, post. I admit, I did it when I first joined. I posted dumb ****, acting like I knew what I was talking about, but in reality, I had no idea.

Jiggz is not broken, she is not even the best character in the game. She's not even in the top two. IMO, she's not even in the top 3. There is no reason to ban a character simply because it is winning, and people just don't like it. That's not an actual argument, that's just a lousy player making lousy excuses.

So, if you really hate Hbox's style that much, Man up and beat him.

Can't Pokemon be either gender? I'm sure I encountered male Jigglypuff while walking in the high grass in the Pokemon world before. Therefore it's impossible to tell the genders of Jigglypuffs in Smash, but we can assume that some of them (i.e. the ones with the bow and flower) are female based on appearance?

is it me or does this topic appear every time hungrybox wins or places high at a major tournament? Puff is a great character and hungrybox is a great player. i don't understand why this bothers people so much. There are always going to be matchups that people do bad with and as of right now, it seems that puff is that character we haven't really figured out how to handle with players as skilled as hbox using him.

Jigglypuff can be either male or female, but the Jigglypuff in Smash games has always been female. Her voice and costumes have always supported that fact.

Dude I think a jiggs match takes almost the whole 8 minutes, if I just camp ****ING HARD with pills dash dance and try to fair jiggs AFTER/BEFORE her attack (cuz jiggs always bairs and backs up, so if I try to fair her I'd get hit instead of hit, **** that's hard xD )

also rest isn't an easy tactic to use. But no, I love resting. So much, that I'd secondary jiggs (practice it to the point of SUPER CONSITENCY O YEA) and try to be good with her too, and then maybe Falcon. Only two I see that might be viable... and maybe shiek. Then others I just SUCK with, with people of tournament level. I might even practice ice climbers. : D

But yeah. I notice, that gimping fox/falco is easier, and there is ton of pressure IN the stage. But with jiggs, she isn't FAST, but is a bit tricky... and dominates OFF stage, which is bad for me, since I'm DOC. xD So it's hard work for me. %10 brain power right there. Jiggs doesn't even have to lift a finger. Just kidding.

I think there was only 1 puff in top 16 at Apex and only 2 at Pound 4. Since Genesis there hasn't been a single tournament where more than 2 puffs have done extremely well. It may get to the point where Jigs deserves to be banned but we haven't reached there yet.

That might fly against randomj1ggsm@$t3r1337 , but you really can't afford to give up that much space against a decent Puff. I think that's one of the reasons why Hungrybox wins so much, they let him get too much space and then they complain that they get bair camped after he gimps them.

i've literally been saying this forever that if m2k uses his marth on point he'll beat hbox. HBOX has way too much puff vs. fox experience . The only way m2k will beat hbox with jiggz is if his fox is on some 06/07 **** ( frame ****ing perfect) aka mango good (mango beat hbox 6-2 in a double or nothing MM). M2K and HBOX meet the next time m2k should go marth. However his main argument will be much like armada with peach (a lack of killing power) or gimping options against jiggz. M2K should considering playing a more precise and patient style with marth again like his SCC, Pound 3, and MLG days when he wasnt as aggressive with marth as he is now. Perhaps thats what continuously ****s him over against armada in that clutch situation. PATIENCE IS THE KEY.

P.S. Jason probably wont listen because he has no faith in his marth. Much like he would never uses marth against sheik/falcon/mario/pika (which makes sense i guess since marth has a hard time against a top level falcon/ sheik....axe ***** marths, and a good mario can manuever around marths spacing advantage). The second biggest thing when fighting jiggz is your mindset and not letting one rest mindrape you (i know armada has a tough mental game but still couldnt overcome hbox's jiggz)

for m2k's sake i hope they got recorded...also m2k can win with marth last yr. m2k beat hbox in a crew battle 4 stocks each (I believe) going marth vs. puff on FD. (i know m2k's broken on FD but still he can do it.)

his math's playstyle has changed drastically over the last 2.5 yrs. it has been tainted with aggression and has sacrificed precision and patience along with a certain elegance. (raw aggression wont beat out Armada's peach nor will it win against mango/hbox). After his epic battle with shiz at FAST 1 his marth has looked kinda off.

step it up jason...you're pretty much the GOKU of smash right now (although mango will argue otherwise and say you're vegeta) like wife said m2k embodies smash. Its time for someone to take a stand against puff WE GOT THIS.

If by even you mean Mango ***** M2K except in 2007 when M2K was better than Mango then sure.

I don't know why people are still using matches that are almost four years old to account for the current state of affairs, especially when there's such a huge difference in how Mango and Hungrybox play(ed). So different, in fact, that they might as well be playing different characters.

Fun fact puffs ump isn't high enough to jump onto any platform in the game other than maybe FoDs. so puff must use at least 2 jumps to get up to the platform on KJ64 3 jumps. Puff is very slow at up n downs.

I'm amazed that no one gays puff enough. If only puff didn't counter sheik then the gay sheiks would take care of puff. So we need gay falcos and junk.

I don't get it. Let's nerf a character who general consensus says isn't the best character in the game? Why would we do that? Just because Hungrybox isn't as flashy or fun to watch as other players, just because you don't have to move your fingers as fast to play Puff, and just because some people construe rest as an "easy kill" doesn't mean there's any reason to nerf the character by banning the rest. Really I don't see your argument here, all you say is "OMG HBOX BEAT M2K AND LOOK HE PLAYS SO GAY THAT MEANS PUFF IS TOO GOOD AMIRITE". Unless you honestly believe that Jigglypuff is so far and away the best character in the game that she needs a nerf, which you'll be pretty hard-pressed to defend, I don't see the need for banning rest.

On the note of wobbling, since you bring it up, I disagree with wobbling bans as well (why nerf a not-so-good character?). I understand the similarities you're drawing between wobbling and rest, but two wrongs don't make a right.

I don't get it, Fox is far and away the best character, and single handedly breaks like half the stages in the game, and yet nobody even mentions nerfing Fox or banning Fox tactics on certain stages. Not saying that we should nerf Fox, but I just don't get why people are complaining about characters that are clearly not the absolute best character, but talking about how "too good" and possibly "broken" and "gay" the very best character can sometimes be is almost taboo.

Stages with a ton of vertical movement are really bad for Jiggs. I never told anyone that during my playing days. One of my worst matches was against Rob& when he went Sheik on KJ64 and just jumped around the plats throwing needles and running away. I couldn't move vertical fast enough to keep up with Sheik. Seems to be that would still work, since Jiggs vertical climb speed hasn't changed. Falco/Fox should be able to abuse that as well.

People just need to think outside the box a bit. From my experiences against Azen, I'm still on board with Marth as a potential counter to Jiggly, even though I beat most other Marths.
