Wow, that's genious. If You First can be used on your allies, I now see a point in it's purpose.
Well here's how I see it, if pokemon A uses You First on pokemon B. Pokemon B can use a slow attack right from the get-go without wasting a turn using "Me First".watch you first be a crappy version of me first.
Doubt it, but I wish they would.Maybe triple and double battles will have even more depth now... it would certainly give me incentive to try them (and once again, doubles).
Do you guys think they will change the way entry hazards work? Like Stealth Rock, for example, such as weakening it a bit? It would make Charizard... uh, a bit more viable, I guess.
So does Articuno. Also Moltres says hi.
This move has not been confirmed to raise the user's speed. We know only a little bit of info on this and other starters' moves. Only the amount of PP (20) and attribute (fire) are confirmed.I thought Nitro Charge was confirmed to raise your speed?
Although this hasn't been confirmed by Serebii, we can infer that Nitro Charge is an attacking move, based on the quote from the Sunday Update: "It appears this move will be on Pokabu in a similar manner to Grass Mixer on Tsutaja and Shell Blade being on Mijumaru." And according to the description of Grass Mixer from Serebii, it states: "This attack appears to do significant damage."Whether it's an attack or a status move, it's clear that Pokabu might have something in common with something that heats up to speed up (a locomotive, an engine)
First off, without any entry hazards, or weakened hazards, I still think Artiucno wouldn't be that strong. (I love Articuno, by the way. Like... top 20?)So does Articuno.

So I'm almost certain that these are all attacks with secondary effects. However, we have no idea what these kinds of effects are, but I have some ideas.
Nitro Charge: Chance of raising the user's speed by one level. (Nitro implies speed)
Shell Blade: High critical hit ratio. (Most slashing and blade moves have this effect)
Grass Mixer: Slight chance of inducing sleep or paralyzing the foe. (This one I'm least certain. When I think of this move, I think of the grass type moves Stun Spore and Sleep Powder. Why not have a move with a mixture of these grass moves. Eh?)
Are you saying that because both of the names seem eerily the same, or that both attacks will have the same effect as the previous attacks. (Most likely the first response)Nitro charge = flame wheel
Grass mixer = leaf storm
jussayin
Do you have pics? I know Serebii only has that Pokabu pic, but that's all I know. It seems that Nitro Charge might not be good, seeing as Baycon will probably be TOO SLOW , but unless we know all of the details, we just don't know if it's a good or bad move.Anyways, the new moves look pretty amazing. Shell Blade is obviously the best if it's Water and has like 80 damage or so. Grass Mixer sounds nice too, but the Nitro Charge really dissapoints.
neither, its just that the animations of these attacks look EXACTLY like the moves i said. Are you saying that because both of the names seem eerily the same, or that both attacks will have the same effect as the previous attacks. (Most likely the first response)
Where's the pic for Grass Mixer?neither, its just that the animations of these attacks look EXACTLY like the moves i said.
I need to specify better. They look good on paper, but the problem is they have room to be flawed. Sorry I write weird sometimes. Are you saying that because both of the names seem eerily the same, or that both attacks will have the same effect as the previous attacks. < Serious poster is seriously posting serious.

I'm not sure but it might be this @ 0:20: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tf83RqrBcZ0Where's the pic for Grass Mixer?
P.S: I suck
I'm glad. B/W is the best since Gen2, I'm so excited.
Well, you are talking to someone who has a girlfriend who plays Pokemon. Plus, you met a girl on MW2 earlier today so the idea of Pokemon still seems fairly tame compared to that, right? When will I find a woman who won't think that pokemon is for gay queers who still haven't grown out of their childhood phase yet?
I said find a woman. I still have not found Shimazu's girlfriend, so that doesn't count.Well, you are talking to someone who has a girlfriend who plays Pokemon. Plus, you met a girl on MW2 earlier today so the idea of Pokemon still seems fairly tame compared to that, right?
You take that back! Pokemon is awesome. But MW2 and Pokemon is different. I mean, all teh cool guys play MW2 while we're stuck with the stereotype that Pokemon is for queers.
a lot of the competitive people get the Japanese versions, so maybe Shoddy will update with new stuff a little before the other releases. When will I find a woman who won't think that pokemon is for gay queers who still haven't grown out of their childhood phase yet?
Man, but do we seriously still have like 59 days left? I suppose this would be for the ***. release right?
And I have a question to those who actually were around for the upcoming gen 4. Does Shoddy update the system with the new pokemon when the japanese release comes or do they wait for the American release as well?
when you are like meWhen will I find a woman who won't think that pokemon is for gay queers who still haven't grown out of their childhood phase yet?
It seems like Kibago (Im hoping for the new guy like Dragonite/Tyranitar/Salamence/Garchomp to be a Dragon/Fighting type, that would be way epic
I see Dragon for Kibago and a secon typing for one of its next evos. Also I hope we get to see the official artwork for some of the pokemon that haven't truly been confirmed yet. (Smugleaf's & Wotter's evos for example).I actually thought that as well, but what would his typing be i wonder...? Imma guess Dragon/Dark

There's good reason to believe that this is the next OU Dragon pokemon from Gen V.It seems like Kibago () may be the new Dratini/Larvitar/Bagon/Gible.
