I'm pretty sure people didn't vote for you cuz they didn't think you'd do it. Actually I'm suprised you would. =P Vote Ankoku!

That's the only reason why I didn't vote Ankoku, I didn't think he would do it.

How does everyone feel about being able to switch one of their votes for Ankoku? Of course, I'll be checking to make sure you are swapping a vote YOU made and not someone else's.

I guess I will. I switch Light for Ankoku. Nothing against Light, but he's got the most votes (its pretty obvious I'm his biggest fan anyway).

Ankoku should pretty much be guaranteed a seat in the panel, as if the vote-swapping isn't proof enough. I don't think there's anyone on the Sheik boards with half a mind that wouldn't respect his input.

He doesn't use SWF and he really isn't concerned with Brawl.

I think having all 5 names up there be the panel would be good.

Also, the power ranking really should just be changed to top 5, and then perhaps honorable mentions. While the top 5 may be easier to place, I suspect anything beyond that will be tough to be accurate with, and there won't be much difference anyway.

You miss understand. We are voting for a group of panelist right now. It will be the panelist responsibility with the help of the community to determine who the best sheiks are bassed on many of the factors you mentioned. Friendlies and hip happenin' video's aren't going to cut it when it comes to making the list. Thats something the whole of the sheik comunity already understands.

That said it seems like we are starting fresh we won't be using existing records but will instead only refer to tournies and such that have taken place after the panel has been constructed.

Ah, I did misunderstand. I apologize. Once panelists are selected... do all players qualify for the Sheik PR? Or simply Sheik mains? Because I kind of use Sheik for a third of my MUs...

It will be impossible to legitimately give that title to a player but IMO it is between Neo and Light as far as tourney results, fame and all of that stuff.

A lot of people don't like the idea I'm 100% for it. if you are out there in tourney proving you're sheiks worth how can we say no? but obviously using her say... only to counter scrub-a-dub foxes wouldn't get you too high up.

I'm headed to the Georgia Halloween tourney soon, so I won't be able to check this thread too often this weekend. The only time I will be checking this thread is on my friend's laptop (if he let's me) in between tourney matches, side tournaments, friendlies, and MM.

By the end of Saturday, the poll will close and we will have our panelists, so VOTE if you haven't yet. Each person gets 3 votes.
