Yeah but he does significantly better on Brinstar against DDD and he does better on both against the majority of the cast compared to other stages. I wasn't talking specifically about the DDD MU when I listed Brinstar+RC as a plus for Wario

And I meant that he 'loses' a terrible MU (ie DDD) when MK is banned because DDD becomes less popularity. ie that terrible MU becomes less relevant
The reason I didn't mention Marth is because Marth is just as good with MK gone

Even with MK gone, that's not Top Tier material at all. Every other Top Tier, with the exception of Falco, has no more than one -2 MU. Falco has two, but he also has two +4's to make up for it.

His MU with MK could arguably be -1 too, and either way it wouldn't have any weight since we were talking about his "counters" in an MK banned environment.

He doesn't lose -2 to Marth, and he doesn't lose to Peach. It's probably even.

Warios wouldn't care about those characters. The only one they'd care about would be Dedede.
I doubt any Wario is more scared of Marth or Peach than of Diddy or Falco (talking about the top players here). Well, I guess there could be some, but eh...

Glutonny always beats the EU Marths and Leons Peach. When I play Wario vs Peach it also seems more like Warios favor. Marth is meh - I guess it's -1, but imo it's also possibly even.

The only thing I'd consider calling a >counter< to Wario would be Dedede.

Marth had as much rep as he needs. If he was top tier, it would show by now

Baiken is considered the 4th best character i GGXXAC but didn't receive as much representation and didn't win as many tournaments either.

Many reasons for that and it is probably a similar situation for Marth.

He doesn't have anything that is easily abused.
He isn't like Diddy who has stupid bananas, or IC with their stupid infinite, or Olimar and Snake who are just stupid.

He actually requires quite a bit of finesse to utilize properly.
Not to say he is top tier like MK, but he is a high tier character for certain, and people who believe otherwise are just band wagoning on the Marth hate train.

Explain to me how she is suppose to beat wario. What should she be doing and not doing to beat him?

Peach DOES suck
I mean I know 'sucks' is subjective and the suck/doesn't suck line can be drawn anywhere, but it's very unrealistic to expect solo Peach to win any big tournies.

Of course solo Peach wont be winning anything big? Why?

- People don't know how to corner pressure well.
- When they have an chance to corner pressure they give the enemy too much space or run for a turnip.
- They are not equally skilled in general as top players
- They don't attention to the characters weakness and how what they are doing is exposing it.
- Some auto pilot alot and depend on luck hoping stuff will work and if they opponent has no clue how to deal with it.

Peach takes work and you can NOT be lazy. You simply can not.

This is what I seen, done my self and heard for years. So damm right she aint gonna be winning anything. But thats not a characters problem. Thats the problem of the player behind the character, Like meta knight has all these tools and is just insane. But people stop placing top 8. meats are getting bopped. Does that mean meta is not the best in the game? I bet you meta would not drop on the list if this was to start happening. Cause really, its the players fault for slacking with meta.

Think is alot of people always go by words on the street and with what they see instead of thinking for themselves. Going to do thier whole. 80+% of people who say she sucks don't even break her down and explain her good and bad traits. How she works and suppose to be played. Can't speak on something you don't know about. This happens with alot of characters when people open thier mouths. Thats no good.

Im using Luigi player right now as an example to see just what he knows. He says he knows how Peach works. So he should be able to explain to me how Peach is suppose to beat wario. If he can't that means his drink is spiked. And proves my point I made a while ago.
