On that note, maybe we should have different threads for different match-ups. Focusing all the effort of one thread to a single match-up may be what we need to sort everything out.

Brandon, I beat you barely and got 3-0d by dajuan because dajuan is much better than you. Don't be lame and try to act like I was playing legit. You fools in norcal are lame sometimes, especially when so-cal goes up and wins in norcal everytime. The one time we don't win, u gotta figure something is wrong cuz you KNOW y'all ain't better than us.
Its like when fools acted like mango was playing legit at rom2 after losing to Kage twice just cuz he won teams and beat other players.
Shroomed beat me with a handicap. Simple as that. If ur arguing that he'd beat me on another day that's fine. But quit acting like I was playing legit borrowing controllers

I think mario is a worse matchup for pikachu than doc is. I don't know if it's enough for the difference, as I feel their both borderline between > and >> for pika, but yeah. No idea about YL though.

and doc/puff is one of those matchups where if puff doesnt know she loses, but if she does she wins, alot of puffs struggle with it tho

Also, the matchup is even IMO. It's a really slow, boring matchup when played right on both sides, but I think it's even.
maybe 55-45 for samus. The problem is, that the best samus I've played were watty and spaceballs and not for a long amount of time either.

I'm a proud person, what do you expect me to do when people bring up some nearly 3 month old ****? You expect me to sit back and not say a word? I always got a reason, I always got an excuse, that's what makes me motivated, that's what keeps me coming back, that's why I win.
If I just sat back and accepted a loss without considering factors that could have caused that loss, I wouldn't come back a winner.
Now I'm gonna go up to norcal to handle business, because I had a john, and I want redemption on SS and Shroomed.
That's why I'm going to Apex, to handle business, because I want redemption on OOS tournaments.
The only times I accept a loss is when I play my best. SS beat me at Nice Shot Hugo when I was playing my best. SO I sat back and analyzed what I did wrong, and I improved my falcon game because of it. If anyone brings up me vs SS @ NSH, I wouldn't say a word. He beat me legit.

alright hugs, chill. You've already gotten your message out. Don't make things worse. Just beat him next time if need be. You know that you were playing bad and that's all that should matter to you. Even if your opponent knows that you were playing bad, they won't care unless they are a good friend of yours (most of the time). Trust me, I've gone through that **** time and time again as well.
I'm aiming for the same thing at Apex. Tear **** up, and redeem myself from other US tourneys.

Eh, I can understand the rationale behind johning over losses, but I'd rather not make my opponent feel like I'm trying to discredit his victory. I'd prefer to quietly figure out what I could have done better and let the results speak for themselves next time.

Yeah HugS, I understand that you're a proud person and are trying to win, but you're coming off as a bit of a jerk. You're basically telling shroomed that he didn't deserve to beat you, ie he's not good enough for you to even consider the possibility of losing to him legitimately. Fact is, when someone beats you, it means you were outplayed. Doesn't matter if it's because you were using a borrowed controller, doesn't matter if it's because your hair's on fire, you were still outplayed. It obviously doesn't mean he's better than you (I guarantee he's not going to claim that), but still. I mean, competitiveness is fine, analyzing your losses to get better is fine, but being a sore loser isn't.
