Actually by holding a certain button down while preforming rest makes it so that the hitbox will appear somewhere else. If you hold the A button while doing rest the hitbox appears infront of Jigglypuff. If you hold the R or L buttons during Rest the hitbox will appear behind you. And if you push up on the control stick (or push X or Y), then the hitbox will appear above her.
